Welcome to the 8th Annual Jack Duffy 5K Power Run and 1M Walk! This event is held to honor and celebrate the life of Jack Duffy, a brilliant and kind young man and accomplished runner. Proceeds support youth mental health and suicide prevention. The event will take place on SATURDAY, AUGUST 8, including a virtual option. The in-person run and walk will be held in Horsham, PA, starting and ending at the Hatboro-Horsham High School Stadium and continuing along the beautiful, paved Horsham Power Line Trail. Advanced online registration is open through August 7 and is discounted versus race day sign-up. A free t-shirt is available if registered by July 8. Pickup for bibs and shirts will be at check-in on race day beginning at 7:15 am, with the race starting promptly at 8:00.  Awards for the in-person race will be given to the top three male and female runners as well as the top male and female in each age category. Despite competing in all the individual events within a Decathlon, and inequality persists: women are still barred from competing in the Decathlon at the international level - the iconic event which crowns the world’s greatest athlete. We’re done waiting for permission to compete - we’re organizing our own competition. Join us for the second annual Women’s Decathlon World Championships. Join us for Sheboygan County's only half marathon race! We start at the Quit Qui Oc Sports Complex in Plymouth, run (mostly) on the Old Plank Trail (paved blacktop surface) along Hwy 23, and finish at the Sports Core in Kohler. The race starts at 6 pm and is a *point to point* course.  Age group awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each group: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up. The Columbus Triathlon and Multisport Festival has something for everyone of all ages and ability levels! This challenging course covers 30 kilometers (18.6 miles), from Ferry Road Park in North Bend through Coos Bay’s waterfront finishing back at Ferry Road Park. Run/walk the whole thing yourself or form a 3-person team and make it a run or walk-cheer-athon.  The first leg is relatively flat, the second is moderately rolling, and the third is for your hill lover!  Note, prices listed are for the entire team. Aid stations close at noon and the finish line closes at 1:00 PM, so plan to finish the walk in 6 1/2 hours, the run in 5 hours. Water will be available at the exchanges, approximately every 6 miles. Come join us during our 2025 Slickville Community Days celebration! The August 9th 5k race is a challenging backcountry route with several hills leading to the "coal mine climb" up the slate mound past the famous Slickville sign that overlooks the town. The 2-mile walk is a much gentler course through town for the first half and returning to the finish on the Westmoreland Heritage Trail where you can watch the runners in their attempt to reach the summit of the race.  Be sure to sign up early to guarantee receipt of an event sports shirt in your preferred size. After completing the run/walk, all participants will be treated to a complimentary pancake breakfast with locally sourced genuine maple syrup courtesy of the Slickville Community Church and Maple Lodge. The Bulldog Chase is a flat, fast out and back 5K course.  This is the last race in the series of the 5 races for the SIRC. There will be many door prizes and the final standings of the SIRC race series will be announced at the awards program upon completion of the Bulldog Chase.

The Adel Sweet Corn 5K run/walk is hosted the second Saturday in August and takes place in Adel along the parade route in front of hundreds of spectators. Join us for this challenging 5K around beautiful Adel. Award Ceremony at 8:30AM at Start/Finish line.  Medals are awarded for the top 3 finishes in both men's and women's categories. This is a point to point mostly downhill run starting high up at the Diamondfield Jack Campground and running north down to the Third Fork Campground. The first 3 miles takes place on a the Deadline Ridge Road, a rough jeep/ATV trail; the final 10+ miles are on sweet single-track trail. The name of the race “The Outlaw” refers to Diamondfield Jack who was considered one of the area's first outlaws. The start of the race takes place at Diamondfield Jack Campground. The race is located 45 minutes south east of Twin Falls, ID in the Sawtooth National Forest  Rock Creek Recreation Area. The race start is near Magic Mountain Ski Area.

The Subaru CASA Cycling Challenge is an extreme cycling event that allows individuals and teams to test their endurance over a 24-hour period while raising funds for children in need. The event is the largest annual fundraising event for CASAs for Kids Fund, which supports court-appointed volunteers and facilitates opportunities for abused or neglected children in Tippecanoe County. TRI Columbus race is located in beautiful Columbus, Indiana in the Tipton Lakes neighborhood. The race is 8 minutes from the I65 Columbus/Bloomington exit. TRI Columbus was formally known as the Columbus Challenge Triathlon which ended in 2018. The Columbus Running Club has brought back the much loved event.  The triathlon event is a 500m swim in Tipton Lakes (time trial start) followed by a 13.5 mile bike through the country and a 5k run. The duathlon is a 5k run, 13.5 mile bike and a 5k run. Spectators are encouraged to come!

An amazingly scenic greenway race!  The race starts in Kreager Park park, winds is way along the Maumee river before the return trip along the same path. You'll love the novelty of the distance and the beauty of the path.   We have added a shorter and unique 7K distance. Jack also has arthrogryposis and limb differences, which effect his upper extremities and joints. Through our journey we realized that treatment for these conditions can be costly so we are raising funds to assist families with the cost of care associated with treatments, travel, therapies and adaptive equipment.    All funds raised through the Live Like Jack 5k will benefit awareness, research, treatment and management of clubfoot and other musculoskeletal conditions and limb differences. The Kenzie Rose Youth Triathlon is a multisport race geared toward the youngest competitors, ages 5-15 - the future of the sport.
