2026 Jared Anez Eagle Lake Race Series

Welcome to the 9th annual Jared Anez Eagle Lake Race Series!  The morning's events include: Half Marathon, 5K Run/Walk, Kids Fun Run, and Bean Bag Tournament!  Ice Cream Truck will also be on site again this year!       NEW FOR 2026: Additional race t-shirt purchases will be available to order online through July 18th. A limited number and sizes of t-shirts will be sold at packet pick-up and on race day.   Half Marathon: 13.1 miles. Long Bridge Swim

The Long Bridge Swim is the Northwest's Premier open water swimming event!  A beautiful 1.76 mile swim from the south end of Sandpoint's historic Long Bridge to the North end.  Founded by local swimming enthusiast Eric Ridgway in 1995, the Long Bridge Swim has grown from the first group of 78 friends swimming across Lake Pend O'Reille to 705 swimmers in 2024.  The Long Bridge Swim is always held the first Saturday in August.  Spectators can easily watch their swimmers progress as they make their way across Lake Pend O'Reille. Since 2010, the Long Bridge Swim has raised funds to support swim lessons for children and adults in the greater Sandpoint Area.  We want everyone to be able to safely enjoy our beautiful Lake Pend O'Reille!

The first run was in 1976 and only one event was a 7 Mile around the Lake. In 1993 WE made the 7 miler a 12K and added a 5K Run, 5k Walk & 3/4K kids Run. Ride the Hurricane 2026

Each year on the first Sunday in August, cyclists have the extraordinary opportunity to ride the iconic Hurricane Ridge road when it is closed to all motor vehicles. Starting the round-trip ride at sea level from the Port Angeles City Pier, cyclists ascend through the Olympic National Park, past old growth fir, distant glaciers, and Alpine Meadows, to the stunning viewpoints of Hurricane Ridge.  Ride Registration includes entry to a car-free ride up Hurricane Ridge Road, which is closed to motor vehicles during the event, seven aid stations with a variety of snacks (including our famous Ride the Hurricane truffles), bike mechanic services, EMT on standby, and emergency radio services along the route. It also includes the After Party on the Pier, with a taco bar catered by local favorite Little Devil's Lunchbox, draft beer, and other refreshments. All is included in your registration! TRENTON FISH AND GAME CLUB AUTISM AWARENESS RUN/WALK

This race (Walkers are welcome!) is all about raising money for great organizations in the Mohawk Valley and surrounding area.  The motivation for this race is to raise money for autism awareness.  All money raised will be donated to Kelberman.  Donations will also be made to the Trenton Fish and Game Club and the Utica Road Runners for their support. The race will donate money to the overall male and female race winners' charity of choice.
