Two great bike rides on August 2 & 3 August 2 - Greenway Ride (Tour De Donut) starts at Cahill Park, located at Del Range Blvd and Friendship Circle. Registration fee is $25 which, is for one family. Each year on the first Sunday in August, cyclists have the extraordinary opportunity to ride the iconic Hurricane Ridge road when it is closed to all motor vehicles. Starting the round-trip ride at sea level from the Port Angeles City Pier, cyclists ascend through the Olympic National Park, past old growth fir, distant glaciers, and Alpine Meadows, to the stunning viewpoints of Hurricane Ridge.  Ride Registration includes entry to a car-free ride up Hurricane Ridge Road, which is closed to motor vehicles during the event, seven aid stations with a variety of snacks (including our famous Ride the Hurricane truffles), bike mechanic services, EMT on standby, and emergency radio services along the route. Just minutes from I-95 this mid-season Sprint/Olympic race is fast, flat and easy to get to.  Staged out of beautiful Lums Pond State Park in Bear, Delaware this is a great race for elite and novice athletes alike. The freshwater swim starts with a rectangular course that parallels the shore for the first 250 meters. The bike course is super fast and completes a large loop around the park.  This course is completely flat, all right hand turns and has great pavement throughout.  The run course is amazing with a beautiful, heavily forested mix of single track lake views and wide open graveled walking paths.  There are mountain biking, hiking and running trails galore as well as the GoApe ropes course.  Or you can relax with friends post race at Stewarts Brewing Company on the way home. ***The Lum’s Pond Sprint & Olympic Triathlons are the USA Triathlon Delaware State Championships.Qualifying for the Toyota Age Group National Championships. The Little Miami Half Marathon and 10K is a flat and fast scenic half marathon run along the banks of the Little Miami River. Are you training for a fall marathon or half marathon? Join the Licking Heights Hornets on August 2, 2026, for our third annual Licking Heights Hornets 5K! We are raising funds to support the Licking Heights Music and Sports programs! This triathlon will challenge your child in their age group with a swim, bike ride in Sherando Park, and a run utilizing a portion of the Sherando High School Track. Tulsa Area Triathletes is excited for 2026's Chris Brown Tulsa Duathlon! Join us on Sunday August 2nd, 2026 at Mohawk Park in Tulsa, OK. The Chris Brown Duathlon is a great introduction to multi-sport events for beginners. It is also a challenging opportunity for experienced and competitive athletes. The Chris Brown Duathlon includes a 5km road run, 25km road bike, and another 5km road run. The event is held at Mohawk Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The run course is fast and flat on a closed paved road within Mohawk Park. The bike course is relatively flat with only a few rolling hills along the city streets of Tulsa. The Autumn Lake Triathlon begins with a 0.4 mile swim in a clean, spring-fed lake in the heart of Williamstown, NJ. The 13 mile bike ride is flat and fast and includes roads with large bike lanes. The 5K run will take place on the property of Autumn Lake Winery and will take you through trails (hard packed dirt, some grass, sand, and loose dirt) around two lakes and through the vineyard.

HOW REGISTRATION WORKS The event is comprised of 24, 1-hour games in a row and is open to men's and women's teams of all ages and abilities. Every team that registers plays in at least one, 1-hour game and will be matched with an opposing team of similar age and abilities If you register as a dual-slot, your team will have the entire hour with no opposing team schedule, and choose how you wish to play for that hour.

Join us August 5, 12, 19 & 26 for a fun series of shorter midweek trail races. Our goal is to offer a fun, low-key series of races designed to give newer trail runners an opportunity to dip their toes into the trail racing waters, and to offer more experienced trail racers a chance to sharpen their speed on shorter, quicker courses. All races will start at 6:00pm, ranging in distance from 5k to 12k. Results will be tabulated according to chip times, with series points awarded for each race. Top series finishers will earn unique awards. We'll have a wide selection of vintage Gnar race shirts, and all registrants are welcome to their pick to call their own. Trooper Rd., Norristown, PA.  This GPS address will get you to the parking lot.  From the lot, walk the short paved path toward the river and make a left until you see our launch/starting point.  We are approximately 300 yards downstream from the 422 bridge.  Absolutely no parking in front of our launch area. Swimmers should be confident of their ability to swim 800/1600 meters in open water before entering. We follow USAT's guidelines for use of wetsuits.
