Rock and Run for Mental Health 2026

Get tickets here. *** Rock and Run for Mental Health is a live music, 5k race, 1-mile fun run/walk, food truck, and wellness vendor event for mental health! Held on Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026, 9 a.m. to noon at Rochester Community Park, 90 Wildrose Ln. in Rochester, Illinois.
