Alturas International Academy Fun Run is offering a Family Price of $50 for a family of eight. Participants in family groups do not need to run the same distance if they don't want to. When registering be sure to click "Would you like to join or create a Group/Team?" You can sign up four for the $50 price as long as they all join the same group/team name during the registration process. If you register more than eight in your family group/team, each individual after the fourth, will be charged $10.

When a child is diagnosed with cancer, everything STOPS. A family’s whole life changes just like that and it does not go back to normal. Bills and stress are at an all-time high and help from others is critical. One in 285 children in the U.S. will be diagnosed with cancer by the time they are 20 years old. Childhood cancer research and treatments are vastly and consistently underfunded.  Keris, was a proud Kindergarten graduate of Newnan Crossing Elementary School. She was a vibrant and faithful child who bravely battled a rare form of pediatric brain cancer called Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) from the age of 4 until her transition at the age of 6.  She made a lasting impression on those that knew her. GO GRAY FOR A CURE 5K Go Gray for a Cure, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to fund life-saving brain cancer research, educate and increase awareness, and improve the quality of life for those living with brain cancer. An estimated 1 million people in the United States are living with a primary brain tumor, and approximately 94,390 more will be diagnosed this year. Glioblastoma is the most commonly occurring primary malignant brain tumor, accounting for 14.3% of all tumors and 50.1% of all malignant tumors. For malignant brain tumor patients, the five-year relative survival rate following diagnosis is 35.7%. For the most common form of primary malignant brain tumors, glioblastoma, the five-year relative survival rate is only 6.8% and median survival is only 8 months. In 2021, Maxeys Model Mile was the first official 5K to be held along the Firefly Trail.  We are excited to present the 8th Annual Maxeys Model Mile 5K in 2026. The Savannah Mile returns for 2026! This highly anticipated race is scheduled for 8 a.m. Saturday, May 16, as part of National Law Enforcement Week. Please join us for the Harbor of Heroes 5K: Unsinkable Spirit Run--a beautiful XC style trail run through the scenic property of Cole's Family Farm in Dayton. We are the "oldest race in town"! And we are excitedly planning our third consecutive year in north Franklin parish in the town of Baskin on Sat., 5/16/26. We thought this year would be an excellent "warm up" to the Run for the Red, White, and Blue the very next weekend in Monroe. As you may know, last year's race was a charity benefit for Tracey Ready's breast cancer battle. We lost Tracey this side of heaven less than 2 months later. We want to honor her memory by funding a memorial scholarship in her name AND purchasing Bibles to distribute to local detention centers in need.  Our race this year follows the same, flat and fast route through Baskin, LA. May We Grow Old" 5K run/walk to celebrate Older Ohioans Month! All proceeds from this race will be used to serve older adults in Clermont County through services like Transportation, Lifelong Learning, Meals on Wheels, Adult Protective Services, and many more! Please join us this year for our 14th annual running of the Race for Case. Race for Case is a community-oriented event benefiting all students of Case CLC. Profits from the event have helped us build our permanent greenhouse on school grounds and fund a set of digital microscopes, a VR system, and school events. Help us continue our tradition of successfully funding projects that provide our students with equipment and opportunities many APS students miss out on. The Race for Case is just one of the Neighborhood races in the Akron Promise City Series, held to support community organizations, promote youth opportunity, explore Akron, and encourage a healthy lifestyle.

Come Run Like It's Recess at this fun filled, inter-generational family event, benefiting ALL CHUH Schools. Be a SUPERHERO! and help fight the effects of child abuse in Lake County. Our 5K is Family Friendly and strollers are welcomed.  Held at Lake County Fairgrounds, Crown Point, IN.  Check in at Shelter #1 from 8:30-8:50am.  5K Run starts 9:00 am, walkers and strollers start at 9:05 am. The 4th Annual Prairie Dash 5k Fun Run is Saturday, May 16 at beautiful Conner Prairie in Fishers, IN! Runners and walkers representing both the Lawrence Township School Foundation and the Hamilton Southeastern Education Foundation will participate! Registration includes a race shirt, timed racing bib, and finisher medal! Families and all members of the community are also encouraged to participate! The run/walk benefits each school district’s foundation.

Miles for Messiah 5K & Breakfast is our annual event that benefits the youth programs at our church. The 5K course starts near PVCC and finishes at the Family Life Center where a delicious breakfast will be served to all runners. Breakfast plates are also available for any spectators for a small fee &/or donation. The race course is a figure 9 with a loop off of Doggett Road and small inclines. The church youth and leaders manage the event and make it a family friendly event for everyone. M4M has been a part of the Rutherford Outdoor Coalition (ROC) Race Series since 2012. Join us at Silverton's Ficke Park for the Fourth Annual Silverton Color Fun Run & Walk!  What's a color run? Participants are "splashed" with chalk color at color stations along the race course. Participants are provided a white t-shirt on race morning, and will be doused with color by the end of the event. How many colors can you collect on your shirt?! The Cpl. Kyle Schneider Foundation is holding its annual Honor & Remember Hybrid Run/Walk 5K on Saturday, May 16th, 2026. The 5K is held on Armed Forces Day. The Honor & Remember Run/Walk brings communities together to Honor those that have Served and Remember those that have Sacrificed. All proceeds support The Cpl. Kyle R.
