Come Run Like It's Recess at this fun filled, inter-generational family event, benefiting ALL CHUH Schools. Run or walk the 5K course that loops through the heart of beautiful Cleveland Heights.  Stay around after the race for refreshments, entertainment, and the Kid’s Fun Run around the High School track.  Online registration is $30 for adults, $20 for children (14 yrs and younger) and Kids' Fun Run is free. All 5k participants receive a “Tiger 5k" T-shirt; additional T-shirts are available for $15.   Same-Day Race registration is available on Saturday, May 18th at Heights High School from 8AM to 8:30AM for an additional fee: $35 per Adult, $25 per child. Please join us this year for our 14th annual running of the Race for Case. Race for Case is a community-oriented event benefiting all students of Case CLC. Profits from the event have helped us build our permanent greenhouse on school grounds and fund a set of digital microscopes, a VR system, and school events. Help us continue our tradition of successfully funding projects that provide our students with equipment and opportunities many APS students miss out on. The Race for Case is just one of the Neighborhood races in the Akron Promise City Series, held to support community organizations, promote youth opportunity, explore Akron, and encourage a healthy lifestyle.

RACE INFO: Join us Saturday, May 16 at 7 am for the Guernsey County Crossroads Marathon. This is a continuation of our Spring Race that has taken place since 2018, but now it has a new name and a new race, the inaugural Crossroads Marathon. This event is meant to showcase historic downtown Cambridge, Ohio and The Great Guernsey Trail and will consist of a marathon, a half-marathon and a 5k distance. This will be Chip timed race with timing services provided by Muskingum Multisports. Starting line will be on Southgate Parkway next to the trailhead located at 134 Southgate Pkwy Cambridge, Ohio.  Proceeds raised at this event will support the Guernsey County Community Development’s (CDC) Great Guernsey Trail and The Cambridge Area Chamber of Commerce. This family friendly event will be a true dedication of Amy Market Jorgensen by combining her love of running and cooking. This event will be used to raise funds to aid others escape a life of domestic violence, that unfortunately took Amy’s life in 2023.    Check in and the start/finish line will be at the amphitheater/pavilion area at Faurot Park. Parking is available at "the bowl" next to the Bradfield Center. The food truck will accept cards, but everything else is cash only. Same day registration is available until the race starts at 9am. Open to the public - do not need to be a participant to visit the food truck or participate in the raffle. May We Grow Old" 5K run/walk to celebrate Older Ohioans Month! All proceeds from this race will be used to serve older adults in Clermont County through services like Transportation, Lifelong Learning, Meals on Wheels, Adult Protective Services, and many more! This day will be a celebration of growing older and gathering in community to support one another. The race will be at Sycamore Park in Batavia, with the 5K portion mostly on trails. There will be a shorter walk (.6 miles) around the park on a paved surface for people of all ages and abilities to participate.

Miles for Messiah 5K & Breakfast is our annual event that benefits the youth programs at our church. The 5K course starts near PVCC and finishes at the Family Life Center where a delicious breakfast will be served to all runners. Breakfast plates are also available for any spectators for a small fee &/or donation. The race course is a figure 9 with a loop off of Doggett Road and small inclines. The church youth and leaders manage the event and make it a family friendly event for everyone. M4M has been a part of the Rutherford Outdoor Coalition (ROC) Race Series since 2012. The 7th Annual Zen Squirrel Trail Run is where it all started for Roadless Races in 2019, and it's BACK!  Offering 2 mile, 5 mile, and 10 mile distance options, this race brings together trail runners for fun, challenge, and healthy competition.  Runners will be treated to some awesome courses that include a mixture of smooth and flowing dirt trails, rock and root strewn single-track, and challenging hill climbs.  After finishing the race, enjoy post-race food, great music, a free kids race, and an awards ceremony with fun contests and lots of giveaways.   Sprawling over 900 acres and located on the south side of Chapel Hill, NC, Briar Chapel is a green community that boasts a vast network of forested hiking and mountain biking trails.  In addition to 20+ miles of fantastic trails at Briar Chapel, centrally located Great Meadow Park, with its beautiful lawn, stage, and pavilion, offers a perfect setting area to start and finish a race.

This is a charity run/walk held in memory of Christopher Mang who passed away in May of 2018. Chris was a longtime participant in the Skagit County Special Olympics Program and more recently volunteered at a number of Northwest Endurance Events running events. Known for his big personality, Chris was driven by a love for the many people in his life and a passion for helping others – He was a friend to everyone he met. He loved music and movie trivia and enjoyed karaoke with friends. The Mang/Glesne family and the Skagit Valley Family YMCA have partnered to establish the Christopher Mang Memorial Fund. Registration fees from the event will be donated to Chris’ Memorial Fund which supports recreational programming and equipment to benefit under-served youth and families, as well as those with special needs in the Skagit Valley. The Columbia Gorge Running Club invites runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to embark on the 16th annual Ridge Run 10-Miler. This point-to-point race goes up and over the scenic ridge between the towns of Carson and Stevenson, WA. It's a stout climb in both directions - so much so that Backwoods Brewing (in Carson) named a delicious oatmeal stout after this event. Where:The 2026 event starts at the Fairgrounds in Stevenson and ends at Backwoods in Carson. This is a point-to-point race, so you can either park at the Backwoods Cabins in Carson and carpool to the start in Stevenson, or find a ride back to the start after finishing.  There is not a shuttle to the start (or finish), so you will need to coordinate your own ride. It is highly recommended that you meet at the Backwoods Cabins in Carson (there is a large parking area just past the pub across Wind River Hwy that will have a parking sign) at 8am and carpool from there to the start. This annual event raises awareness about the impact midwives have on improving outcomes in maternal and infant health and supports two professional midwifery organizations, The American College of Nurse-Midwives Oregon Affiliate and Oregon Midwifery Council. Welcome to the Awesome 3000! Join us as we return to McCulloch Stadium for another year of this exciting event. Since 1983, youth from Salem-Keizer and surrounding areas have participated in this fun run event that benefits Salem-Keizer Schools.  In 2024-2025, United Way will distribute nearly $40,000 in grants throughout the district to benefit our children. We are excited to see you again! The Brave Run starts and ends at the Banks High School track. This event brings together people of all ages to honor breast cancer survivors and those we've lost to the disease. Participants will raise vital funds for groundbreaking research aimed at ending breast cancer, as well as for initiatives that support and enhance the lives of survivors. Set against the backdrop of Hammonasset's blooming beach roses, the walk symbolizes strength, perseverance, and hope.

Please don't sign up to be a running buddy if you are running with a specific school! Running Buddies are randomly assigned to schools who need extra support.  A Running Buddy is an adult woman (18+) who registers for and runs the 5K alongside a girl from the Girls on the Run program, offering support and encouragement throughout the event. Running Buddies help their assigned participant (or two) maintain a positive attitude and celebrate their achievement. They are positive role models who prioritize the girls' experience over their own race time and are background checked to ensure the safety of all participants. The Spirit Challenge Run for Autism offers three different distances, a 10k, 5k and Kid’s Fun Run. All races are on paved roads, except for the 5k which has a short section on trail. The Kid’s Fun Run is an 800m run consisting of 2 laps around the Steamboat Springs Middle School track. The Spirit Challenge Run for Autism is a long standing race in the Steamboat Springs Running Series, and gives runners a chance to get those feet moving after a long winter in the Yampa Valley.  Come out and support this fun local race!

The Human Potential Running Series Presents:The Endure Trail Runs @ Mueller State Park The Endure 12-Hour is a one-of-a-kind 12-Hour timed event designed by YOU… and tiny colorful balls. Each runner will pull colored balls from a bucket, which determines the loop they’ll next run. This continues for up to 12 hours; the runner’s result is the miles they ran within the allotted time. You are not required to run for all 12 hours, as your final result is the number of miles you ran within the time you participate!  The 10k, Half Marathon, and Marathon are great ways to enjoy Mueller State Park’s natural beauty in a supportive, “no-pressure” environment. We are so thrilled to announce the return of our annual Gluten Free Gallop 5K for its 13th year! Join Denver Celiacs to raise awareness of celiac disease and all gluten-related disorders. Our 13th Annual Gluten Free Gallop 5K will take place at Clement Park in Littleton, CO, on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. This year we will also be offering our very popular ROCK Fun Run again! This is a fun, family, stroller, and dog friendly event. This event will include food trucks, lots of samples, freebies, and kids activities!  The 5k will be two laps around Johnson Reservoir at the Robert Clement Park in Littleton, CO. The race will begin at 9 AM sharp near shelters J, K, and L. Look for the large entrance arch and Denver Celiacs' white tent. Race registration will also be near shelters J, K, and L, and will open at 8:30 AM. Get your shoes, water, and sunglasses ready! The course offers scenic foothills views and a great atmosphere to relax and connect after the run!

It's back! Join us on May 16, 2026 for the sixth annual, Milford's Merry Miles of May 5k race! This race offers a scenic view around the small town of Milford, KY. The course is flat and fast, with runners starting and finishing in the parking lot of Milford Christian Church.  You'll be surrounded by hundreds of acres of farmland as you begin your 3.1 mile journey.  Around the 3/4 mile marker, participants will begin to run alongside the beautiful North Fork River.  As you reach the half way point, you'll run near an old tobacco barn where you'll have the chance to stop for a sip of water and take in the awesome view. Don't soak in the view too long though, after all, it's a race...so...GO, GO, GO!!!  Celebration starts after crossing the finish line, so be sure to hang around for the music, meal, and dessert auction!     All proceeds from this race will go towards Milford Christian Church's annual Christmas Shop.
