We’ll meet at the Leon Sullivan Building at Broad and Master, on December 31st at 6 PM and hit a 3-mile walk/run or a 5-mile run, with both routes designed to spell out “2027” once the we're done. This isn’t just a route, it’s a symbol of transition, of shared miles and fresh starts. The Harmony Silvester 20th Anniversary Celebration is a family-focused event in Historic Harmony that honors its German heritage by celebrating Silvester (New Year’s Eve) on German time-6:00 PM (midnight in Germany). Kicking off the event, there is a 5K race, followed by a 1 Mile Fun Run and new for this year a Diaper Dash. At 6 PM, we will count down in German to a ball-drop, followed by fireworks and singing of Auld Lang Syne. Other activities include vendors, and a Christmas tree and wreath toss. The first 300 5K runners will receive a long-sleeve 20th anniversary race shirt. Guaranteed size must be made by December 7th. Thereafter, while inventory lasts. There is race day registration. Finish the year in a healthy way!! Bid farewell to the old year with a walk or run through a dazzling display of holiday lights and animation. All courses run through the lights on the lake at Lakemont Park. This race is based on a loop and the amount of laps will be dependent upon your race. Runners are allowed to do the walk portion of the race for FREE to enjoy the lights if they wish. You do not need to register again just keep your bib tag on for the walk. Race participants will receive a pass for Lights on the Lake as well! Start Times: 5k Run-4:00PM2 Mile Run-4:30PM2 Mile Walk-5:00PM REGISTRATION: The first 700 registrants will be guaranteed a long sleeve t-shirt. How will it work? There will be a 20 day window from December 20-January 10 to complete your registered distances. If you are doing events that earn you a Challenge Plate, you will need to schedule your miles that they can be accomplished on back-to-back days to stay in the spirit of the challenge! Email us with your “proof” and of course we would love any pictures of your personalized event as well! Any phone app or fancy watch with an ability to measure distance by GPS will work, or provide a picture of the treadmill screen along with your treadmill selfie! The 2026 New Year's Eve Ball Drop 5K Run/Walk with a 1 mile Family Fun Run / Fitness walk will begin and end at Frank Brown Park, 16200 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida. Registration and packet pick up will begin at 6:30 a.m. race morning in Frank Brown Park. The 5K will begin at 8 a.m. with the 1mile family fun run/walk beginning when the 5K is complete (approx. 9:15). NYE 2026 5K // 45 Minutes A new Last Person Standing event in Georgia. Ring in the New Year with your toughest challenge yet. Participants will have 45 minutes to complete a 5K loop with 100ft of gain. The last person remaining after every other participant drops will be our champion. There will be a separate division for Male and Female Last Person Standing! Milestone awards will be given out to anyone that completes 50K, 50M, 100K, or 100M. An average pace of a 14:20 minute mile is required to complete the loop in time. Any extra time can and should be used to fuel, hydrate, and rest before the next loop. The entire event will be Live-Streamed via Summit TV! About the Venue Another Round Lula is home to one of the world’s top-ranked disc golf courses and a world-class glamping destination nestled in the heart of North Georgia. Before timing, Val was a dedicated middle school teacher, athletic director and track coach that went undefeated for 6 seasons and coached her athletes to holding every school record. A graduate of The Florida State University with a B.S. in Social Sciences with an emphasis in History and Economics. She also competed for the Lady Noles Cross Country and Track teams. Val is looking forward to continuing to assist RunSignup races expand their knowledge base, while getting to work closer with clients.

The Resolution Run begins at 6:30 pm. Runners and walkers are welcome to join us for one of the most popular events of First Night State College, the annual Resolution Run 5k race. The course will be the same as the last two years. First Night State College encourages runners and spectators to wear costumes. The runner or group of runners with the best costume will receive the adoration of millions or at least a nice round of applause and a story to dine out on for a week or so. Each of the first 500 registrants will receive one 2025 First Night State College button and some running swag from our sponsor, Mount Nittany Health! Runners High will provide chip timing. Annual 50kish run in and around Denver NC that includes road, trails and a surprise or 2. Operated by the Denver of the East run club. Race conceived and sponsored by Abrams and designed by Biggie V.
