11th Annual Fun Run/Walk. The event is to celebrate babies and children who have passed in memory of them. The course is a 3.1 paved trail course out in the country near a lake.

ForeShore Adventure Run is back for year ELEVEN. The lakeshore’s premiere 5k adventure run returns to Pere Marquette Beach on May 16, 2026, with new obstacles but the same mission: helping people to overcome life’s obstacles. Each registered participant receives a short-sleeved, moisture-wicking t-shirt. Your ticket purchase directly feeds the hungry and shelters the homeless; 100% of the proceeds support Muskegon Rescue Mission’s food pantry and homeless shelters. We’re hosting our inaugural Revive & Thrive's Miles for Meals 5K Walk/Run/Roll to bring our community together around health, connection, and joy. Race will take place at the CASA soccer fields where you will make 2 laps around the county property. Katie Crowell was a dedicated member of our Milton community who gave 100% of herself in service to others. She was an advocate, a runner, a volunteer, a fundraiser, a mom, a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a friend. This amazing woman was diagnosed with stage IV metastatic breast cancer (MBC) in 2015 while 32 weeks pregnant. Katie has always used her passion for running to help others. Well before her MBC diagnosis, she was on the race team for the American Liver Foundation. It was there she met her husband, Mike. Later, after her diagnosis, Katie turned to her love of running to find some normalcy while continuing her work with various charities, including Dana-Farber, The Joe Andruzzi Foundation, Christmas in the City, and the Glover PTO. In the span of 15 years, Katie has raised well over $100,000 for her favorite causes. Armed with the knowledge that her subtype of cancer carried an average lifespan of 2-3 years, Katie persevered and made it her mission to raise awareness of MBC,

This is an adventurous trail race as it includes the long climb to the top of the mountain. This year will see a new course due to the increased traffic at the park and their request that we use a slightly different one. The changes will be finalized soon.  Due to supply chain issues we aren't offering jackets at this time.  However if runners are interested in doing a shirt order then we can check on that availability and additional costs.

Detective Michael “Mike” Doty, who served the York County community for 12 years, was one of four deputies shot searching for a domestic violence suspect in York on January 16, 2018. A day later he passed away. He was an investigator with the York County Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit and was the Law Enforcement Officer Narcan (LEON) Program coordinator for the sheriff’s office. He was also a member of the YCSO SWAT Entry Team, as well as an associate advisor for the York County Explorer Post 1786. 42ND ANNUAL GUTHRIE GALLOP LIVE RACE WITH VIRTUAL OPTION FOR 2026!  Join us as we celebrate this 42 year running tradition, a 5K and 10K race with over 400 runners participating annually in this kick-off to spring event!  The race begins at the historic Sayre Theatre, and the course runs on local streets through the Athens and Sayre Boroughs.

NOM-York’s 5K was created to raise funds to support our mission – to provide awareness, education and support to those affected by substance use disorder and addiction – as well as to provide a gathering opportunity for the recovery community. At our event, we remember those we have lost to addiction and honor those fighting for recovery.  Our 5K is not like others. It is not a highly competitive event. Although we do our best, we sometimes start the race a little late, and we have hiccups along the way. If you are a serious runner, this may not be the event for you.

This years 100 mile relay will be held on May 16, 2026. Once registration closes, a list of starting times will be sent out so participants can see what time they will run. The Vision Miles2Meals was created to fight hunger in our local community. By coming together as a community in a fun way, we can give back to our own areas and combat local issues. How It Works Obviously an unusual race format will come with some confusion in regards to sign ups. Here's how it works... You register for the race individually, submitting your prospective mile time and indicating what time of day you are available to run.Teams will run in the same group of 100 people, but will run consecutively, allowing friends/family members to stay together. You may request to be near certain participants and we will accommodate the best we can.Once 200 runners have registered, registration will close and two teams of 100 runners each will be compiled. We are doing a 5k race for all ages for a fundraiser for our youth mission trip. There will be medals awarded male and female division for age group winners and over all winners. Sign up by May 2nd for a free t-shirt. Race day sign up will be 35.00 per person and no shirt guaranteed  Registration will be at 7:15 am with race starting at 8:00 am

ABOUT BRAD SCHOENER Brad Schoener was a music director in the Upper Darby School District for 25 years. He lost a courageous battle to leiomyosarcoma cancer in 2009, but not before having an incredibly positive impact on the lives of countless students, colleagues, and friends. Brad was loved wherever he went and helped mold the future paths of thousands of children through his passion for music and his ability to bring out that passion in his students.    THE BRAD SCHOENER FUND Proceeds from the 5K Run support the Brad Schoener Memorial Music Fund and its MusicMan Academy programs. The mission of Brad's Fund is to support the musical abilities and aspirations of instrumental music students in the Upper Darby School District through the funding of instruments, instruction, and experiences for interested and talented students who might not otherwise have the opportunities due to personal circumstances. Brad's Fund is supported by the Upper Darby Arts & Education Foundation.

We are excited to be back at French Creek State Park for our 14th edition of the French Creek Triathlon! Make it a family weekend... Tri 4 Schools is a part of Active Youth Wisconsin, a nonprofit committed to empowering kids to be happy, healthy, and confident through movement. To support this mission, we donate 100% of youth entry fees to the participants' schools.  We offer 4 in-person course options for this race. While there are recommended ages listed below, please select the course that best matches your child’s ability, regardless of age. Athletes must be able to navigate the course themselves and follow signage and volunteer directions along the course. Only athletes are allowed on the course; spectators/parents may spectate from the side. Note that the Long Course is only open to athletes age 7 and older. If your athlete uses a bike with training wheels, they must be registered for the Short Course. There is also an At-Home Course for participants who are interested in a virtual option. Welcome to our 11th Annual Remember the Fallen 5K run/walk!  We are excited to provide in person and virtual race options.  The event is hosted by the South Dakota Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 1. This event is a way to remember those Law Enforcement Officers who have lost their lives serving their communities, as well to say thank you for those who continue to protect our communities every day! This year's event will come at the end of National Police Week. In 1962, President John F. Kennedy signed a proclamation which designated May 15 as Peace Officers Memorial Day and the week in which that date falls as Police Week. Currently, tens of thousands of law enforcement officers from around the world converge on Washington, DC to participate in a number of planned events which honor those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice.
