The "I am not my diagnosis" 5K is not just a race; it is a community-wide declaration of health, resilience, and identity. Whether you are managing a chronic condition, beginning your fitness journey, or are a seasoned athlete, this event is designed for you. Why We Run Founded by Jalen Smalls (NASM-CPT, Precision Nutrition Coach), Rare Fitness was built on the belief that professional-grade fitness and nutrition education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their zip code or financial status.
