Registration is open for the 18th Annual race across the islands of the Florida Keys--May 16-17, 2026.  This chain of unique and inter-connected islands--some inhabited, some not--end in the City of Key West, just 90 miles from Cuba. This is a pavement race, with approximately 75% run on paved bike paths or sidewalks and the balance on the road shoulder facing traffic.  The Florida Keys, known locally as "The Conch Republic", is a spectacular and laid-back sub-tropical paradise, surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Florida Bay/Gulf of Mexico. The Keys feature great fishing, kayaking, snorkeling and diving, hotels, resorts, B&B's and cuisine and cocktails to fit every budget. Join us at Walker Place Park next to the Brookshire Grocery Arena for our annual Thomas LaValley 12.84 mile relay.  Each entry into the race will provide a T-Shirt and a free entry into a raffle(item to be declared soon) and first 100 finishers will receive a medal. This event was started to support The Wil-Power Foundation, Inc, which is a 503 (c) organization formed to honor the life of William Mintner through providing educational and wellness opportunities for our local communities. Wil is a former friend, son, teammate of the YMCA Wahoo's in Ocala, The Ocala Aquatics swim team (AKA the Marlins), and the Florida Southern swim team. The Annual Run For The Paws 5k is an annual event that encourages healthy activity within our community while raising financial support for the Clark County Animal Shelter. Through revenue generated from entry ticket sales for over 100 runners annually and generous sponsors throughout the Clark County Community, the Run For The Paws 5k has helped the Clark County Animal Shelter purchase much-needed supplies including food, shelving, cleaning materials, and more.  What is the virtual option? The 12th Annual I'm A Dam Runner is a 5K Run/Walk that takes place at beautiful Green River Lake in Campbellsville, KY on the USACE property. This race goes along the dam that creates Green River Lake, and is a closed course. It's an out and back, mostly flat, all paved, and offers views of the lake nearly the entire run. It's back! Join us on May 16, 2026 for the sixth annual, Milford's Merry Miles of May 5k race! This race offers a scenic view around the small town of Milford, KY. The course is flat and fast, with runners starting and finishing in the parking lot of Milford Christian Church.  You'll be surrounded by hundreds of acres of farmland as you begin your 3.1 mile journey.  Around the 3/4 mile marker, participants will begin to run alongside the beautiful North Fork River.  As you reach the half way point, you'll run near an old tobacco barn where you'll have the chance to stop for a sip of water and take in the awesome view. For many, it is sacred ground. The campus includes rolling hills, wooded areas and historic buildings. The spires of St. Vincent de Paul Church rise at the entrance and welcome all who arrive. The 3.1-mile course guides participants across the Nazareth campus, along wooded trails and around the lakes. Runners and walkers will pass the Nazareth Motherhouse and see how the Sisters serve today. Each registration supports this work and helps respond to urgent needs around the world. In 2026, the Nazareth 5K will benefit a ministry of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth that offers a nature based summer day camp for children. Campers explore the outdoors, learn about the natural world, practice reflection and meditation, and take part in creative activities that support their growth.

Join us as we continue to stand beside and support our loved one, Stef Dorner, in her ongoing fight against ocular melanoma. Stef was first diagnosed in March of 2020. In early 2025, her diagnosis progressed to stage 4. This past year brought significant challenges. After five aggressive rounds of Hepzato to treat liver metastasis, Stef also underwent radiation to address metastasis in her lung. As we head into 2026, we gather with Hope in Sight. Stef’s most recent scans show stable tumors with no new growth, a milestone we were deeply thankful for. She continues to fight and is hopeful for a cure. Together, we will walk, gather, and raise awareness for this extremely rare eye cancer, diagnosed in only about 7,000 adults worldwide each year. Mill Race Park in Parsons will be The starting point you will run 3.9 miles to Hendricks Park. At that point, you will Kayak or Canoe 3 + miles back to Mill Race Park. Taking place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the scenic Marigold Lodge in Holland, Michigan, this event invites MillerKnoll associates and their families to come together for a day of movement, connection, and care.   Participants can choose from multiple ways to get involved, including a 1‑mile family fun run, 5K walk/run/roll, or 40K bike ride. This year the walk will be held in 3 separate locations including Washington DC where the first event of the year will be held. That event will be on April 18th. The second walk will be held along the Macomb Orchard Trail on May 2nd with the Holland walk on May 16th being the last one of 2026. We are so honored to partner with our family, friends, and neighbors to stand together in this fight that many of our veterans battle alone. Join us in 1 or all 3 events and help us save lives. The Holland Walk will start in the parking lot of Holland State Park Beach with parking available along Lakeshore Dr or in the State Park with a park pass. This is an out and back trek.
