The 12th Annual Celebrate Sela: Race to Raise CDH Awareness 5K Run/Walk and Half Mile Fun Run is held in memory of Sela Marie Anderson. The 5K is for all ages and for all levels of "runners." The Fun Run is for ages 9 and under. Celebrate Sela will use proceeds from the event to fund research and treatment and raise awareness for congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) patients. Join us for the Color Outside with Brown School 5K Color Run — a fun, vibrant 5-kilometer race on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at Central Park, Schenectady (500 Iroquois Way, Schenectady, NY). This is our second Running on Kindness 5K for Autism Awareness.   Although the event is hosted at Pilla Middle School, all district schools and our community have come together to create this special event to spread awareness and promote acceptance.   All proceeds will be returned to our community and benefit Pilla Project Unity (a club dedicated to creating social interactions among students of all abilities while giving back to the community), Educators 4 Autism (a local nonprofit organization), and Project Lifesaver (providing local children with GPS tracking devices).   The entire race take place on the grounds of Pilla Middle School.  The terrain is mostly paved surfaces but also includes grassy and dirt areas in the field behind the school.  The course is jogging stroller friendly as long as it can handle the terrain mentioned above.   Register for the 5K by 3/29 and run away with a race tee and finisher medal!   Register for the 1-mile by 3/29 and receive a race tee!   Awards wi

Our third annual TUWT X HOMEWARD BOUND 5K! Location: Cooper River at the track! Check in begins at 9:30AM.  We will begin the event at 10AM beginning with introducing the 10+ adoptable dogs on site. You will hear their story and hopefully fall in love and adopt or foster! After the dog introductions, we will take a group photo which I forget every year so someone please remind me. The Tulip Trot 5K is a benefit race to help support the Freudenthal Center for Parkinson's Disease, a non-profit organization that helps people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) fight its debilitating effects. All proceeds will go to help our various exercise programs in the form of new equipment and facility maintenance, along with providing the means to add new programs to the center, like cycling. Your entry fee will also help to fund our support group by allowing it to afford to purchase support materials that can be handed out at no cost to the participants. Please join the Durango Running Club for the inaugural Earth Day 5K! The race will be on 04/18/26 at 8:30 AM at Rotary Park in Durango. Runners and walkers will go north on the Animas River Trail from Rotary Park, and will run or walk 1.55 miles north to just before 32nd Street. Participants will then turn around and finish at Rotary park. Please note this will be a Zero Waste event. Join us for the third annual Miles for Missions 5K, 10K, and 1 Mile Fun Run as we raise money for our church mission trip. This year we will be raising money to continue spreading the Gospel to the people of Japan! We will be going in October with Connect Church to share about who Jesus is, teach English, and encourage our missionaries who are in Japan daily.   If you would like to donate any extra funds, we would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you for your interest in our race!
