This family-friendly event, which will take place at Lebanon Valley College on Saturday, April 18th, 2026, is a fundraiser for Covenant House Pennsylvania, an organization providing services for young adults experiencing homelessness. We hope to see you there!  Not able to join us? You can still contribute by becoming a sponsor, providing an in-kind donation or service, bringing a food truck to the event or donating funds directly to Covenant House Pennsylvania!

The Fourth Annual Hot Pursuit 5K Run/Walk & 1 Mile Catch-A-Cop will be held on Saturday, April 18 2026 ! This is a chip timed race starting and finishing at the Pickens County Airport along the taxiways and runway! The 1 mile Catch-A-Cop will be open to kids ages 5th grade (10 years old) and under. These participants will attempt to "catch a cop" and collect flags as they chase law enforcement officers down the runway. After the conclusion of their race, they will get into police cars and ride back to the race start area in a parade.  ALL PROCEEDS from this race will go towards purchasing a wheelchair accessible swing to be placed in Liberty, SC.  Youth Leadership Academy is charter middle school in Pickens, SC serving 300 students in grades 6-8. Each year, the students at YLA participate in a service project that will benefit the local community. Pendleton Recreation Association and Down Home Health DPC, with much support from the Town of Pendleton, are excited to host the 2nd Annual Town of Pendleton 5K and 1-mile fun run.  "Running of the Bulldogs" April 18, 2026 1 mile starts at 8:30 5K starts at 9:00 Same course as last year> Leaving from Veterans Park, we will run through Pendleton and end back at Veterans Park. We are pairing with Unity in the Community, and all runners are encouraged to hang out after the race for food, faith, and fellowship.  All proceeds from the race go to support our youth sports programs at Pendleton Recreation Association.

Issaqueena’s Last Ride is a challenging, mountain ride through the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and Foothills of South Carolina. The 100 mile ride is highlighted by the climb to Wigington Overlook where it is rewarded with expansive views of Lake Jocassee and the surrounding Carolina Piedmont. The 30 mile and the Metric Century 62.1 mile rides stay in the flatter areas of Salem and Tamassee where the roads are gently rolling with no difficult climbs. All routes feature scenic rural roads with little traffic.  This is a CHALLENGE.  Please follow rules of the road. Registration fee includes pre-ride coffee and baked goods, post-ride meal, cue sheets, SAG, and fully stocked rest stops.  The event T-Shirt is guaranteed until March 31, 2026 11:00 a.m. registration date and time. Please join the Durango Running Club for the inaugural Earth Day 5K! The race will be on 04/18/26 at 8:30 AM at Rotary Park in Durango. Runners and walkers will go north on the Animas River Trail from Rotary Park, and will run or walk 1.55 miles north to just before 32nd Street. Join us for the third annual Miles for Missions 5K, 10K, and 1 Mile Fun Run as we raise money for our church mission trip. This year we will be raising money to continue spreading the Gospel to the people of Japan! Join us for the annual Beat Beethoven 5K running race! This is an all ages, all abilities event that is a fundraiser for the Fairbanks Symphony Orchestra. Racers will start when Maestro Zilberkant drops his baton and gives the down beat for the start of Beethoven’s 5th Symphony! (Bum-bum-bum-baaa!)  The goal is to finish the 5k before the end of the symphony. Music will be streamed from KUAC local radio and the recording will be our very own Fairbanks Symphony! Racers can listen to the music during the run.

Kick off the 2026 racing season with Clear Lake's Earth Day Youth Mile, 5K & 10K races on Saturday, April 18th. The Youth Mile will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the 5K & 10K races will begin at 9 a.m. Youth Mile participants will make 3 loops around City Park, finishing by the seawall. The 5K & 10K races begin lakeside at the Main Avenue boat ramp. Runners will make one loop around City Park before heading out along South Shore Drive. Once runners reach the designated 5K or 10K turnaround, they'll head back toward City Park, turning left at Main Avenue to finish in front of the Lady of the Lake. This event is open to the public but has special pricing for Kern High School District Staff and immediate family. (Please sign up by 4/6 to be guaranteed a t-shirt!) Kick off Health Fair day with our inaugural Health Grows Here 5K Run/Walk! This family-friendly race is open to all ages and fitness levels — walk, jog, or run at your own pace along a beautiful route surrounding the hospital with mountain and desert views. The race starts at 7:00 AM on the CVRMC campus. All registered participants will receive an event T-shirt. Kids under 12 may register for free and are welcome to participate alongside their family. Free kid registrations do not automatically include a finisher medal; however, families may choose to add an optional kid medal during registration if they would like their child to receive an official race medal. The BADWATER® ultra running experience returns to the Anza-Borrego Desert and Palomar Mountain when the thirteenth BADWATER SALTON SEA, presented by Mount to Coast, race takes place on April 18-19, 2026.   This remarkable event challenges teams of two or three ultrarunners – running together as duos or trios for the duration, NOT in a relay – to tackle an unimaginable traverse of Southern California deserts and mountains. The  route covers 81 miles (130km) from Salton City (elevation 234 feet / 71m below sea level) to Palomar Mountain, the almost tallest mountain in San Diego County (elevation 5500 feet / 1676m.)* Eight of the 81 race miles pass through Anza-Borrego State Park on a single track trail from Borrego Springs to Ranchita, creating a race route which is a mix of road and trail. There is a total elevation gain of over 9000 feet (2740m). The twelve previous editions were received with wide acclaim. The thirteenth edition – with a limit of 100 runners – is scheduled for April 1
