The Tampa General Hospital Loggerhead Triathlon is Presented by Tampa General Hospital and produced by the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce is one of the longest enduring triathlons in the state of Florida. Dating back to 1985, triathletes have made the trip to Jupiter year after year to enjoy the magnificent ocean-side setting, the family-friendly atmosphere and the competition. The event has become a "must do" on the southeast race circuit and has spawned some of the top triathletes in the United States. This is an out and back Run / Walk 5K / 10K course along A1A, this is a non-scored event!  We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will received a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib.  Make sure to register yourselves as well as any students that will be returning back to school! The 18th Annual Race Montana Triathlon and Duathlon is scheduled for Saturday, Aufust 22nd, 2026, at the Electric City Water Park in Great Falls, Montana.The Race Montana Triathlon Sprint Distance event will start at 7:00 am.  The event features a 500-meter snake swim in the Electric City Water Park 50-meter pool.  The Bike portion will be 12.2 miles, with the first 5 miles and last 6 miles being relatively flat.  Mile 6 is a steady climb to the turnaround.  The run will be a fast and flat 3.1 miles.  If you do not want to compete in all three events, get some friends together and compete as a team.  Team racers will start the event with individual racers based on the anticipated 500-meter swim time. Join us for a historic 10K Road Race along the Oswego River starting in Phoenix NY.  This course will quickly become one of your favorites.  This race had a huge following in the mid 80's through early 90's, and we'll stick with the original course.  It's flat, fast, and beautiful as it parallels the Oswego River for the entire loop course.  You'll start at Lock Island Park and immediately cross the Oswego River on the Phoenix Bridge.  You'll then run north along the river on Pendergast Road, glimpsing the river between open fields, woods, and homes along the way.  At the half way point you'll turn right to make a second crossing of the river at the single lane Hinmansville Bridge built in 1915.  A short jaunt through the woods on a packed dirt road will connect you to River Road to run back into the village of Phoenix and a finish at Lock 1.  This would be a great prep race for your fall half marathon or marathon! The Snowmaker Road Race is an annual event that benefits the Woods Valley Ski Patrol.  The 25th Annual Snowmaker course begins at the Woods Valley Ski Area and tours the picturesque Hamlet of Westernville, NY before finishing back at the Ski Area.  The event consists of a 5K Run, a one-mile walk, and a one-mile kids run for participants 12 and under. A new race presented by Miles & Macros: Which way you start your loop will depend on your bib number and a coin toss. Once you complete the loop and are back at the aid station, you will go out the way you just came in and complete your next loop the opposite way. This ensures safety and camaraderie. Ed was an influential member of the South Jersey racing scene for many years.  Swag/Awards T ShirtFinisher medals Overall and Age Group awards  While growing up in Mount Holly, New Jersey, Ed Espenshade played catch with his dad, attended Phillies and Sixers games, and dreamed of being an athlete. But soon after he acquired a paper route as a twelfth birthday present, Ed was hit by a car while attempting to cross a road. After blood was drawn during an examination in the emergency room, Ed received shocking news: he had diabetes. As his path took an unexpected turn, Ed describes how he became more determined than ever to pursue his athletic goals. After an unsuccessful attempt at soccer, Ed eventually found his home as a cross country runner in high school and college. It seemed that Ed was defying all odds as he continued to run hundreds of road races that included four marathons. But everything changed in 2003 when Ed foun

A 4 mile trail race within the confines of the Schenectady Central Park trail system. 100% of the proceeds will go to Second Chances Recovery Services. This trail race will be an open time trial format.  Runners will be able to start their timed lap any time between 8 and 11AM, with the course closing at 12 PM.   This is in honor of Ellen Wisnoski, our beloved sister who lost her battle with addiction in September of 2024. Join us for a beautiful day on the trails, and honor Ellen’s legacy by helping those in need.   A guided yoga/stretching session will be available pre-race, with post race refreshments at the finish line.

Can you survive the Death by 5k Challenge?  Ten 5ks in 24 hours. The first 5k starts at 8 am and subsequent 5ks start every 2.5 hours.  5k start times are as follows: 8 am, 1030 am, 1 pm, 330 pm, 6 pm, 830 pm, 11 pm, 130 am, 4 am, 630 am. The final 5k must be completed by 8 am on Sunday.  The event will take place at the RunStrong Training Center and the 5k course will be the same for each leg, starting and ending at the Training Center. Runners may rest or sleep inside their vehicles in between 5ks, or can go home if they live close enough to the event location. There is also a green space where tents can be placed.  There will be 5 meals, each including hot food, served over the course of the event. Meal times will be 830a, 130p, 630p, 1130p, and 420a. There will be plenty of snack food throughout the event also.  Registrants will receive a race shirt along with some race swag, and finishers will receive a custom finisher's coffin. This event is being held to benefit LIV's Promise; a nonprofit organization created to fight childhood cancer. Our daughter, Olivia, was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma at 9 months old.
