For 2026, Jack-O-Lantern 5K & 10K will be celebrating 8 years. The races will be along the scenic Upper Bucks Rail Trail in the Quakertown area. The Pumpkin Challenge was a huge success last year, and it is sure to sell out again. Be sure to check out the family friendly pricing. The Ville to Ville Sprint Relay is a 3-person running relay. Teams will complete 21 miles with a start and finish at Trailblazer Park in Travelers Rest, SC. Runners will travel the Swamp Rabbit Trail and enjoy a festive post-race tailgate celebration with music, college football, and craft brews. Enjoy all the fun of Ville to Ville camaraderie in a shorter timeframe without needing a team vehicle. Race Format The event features six legs, with each consecutive leg getting shorter by one mile. Three team members will split the six legs, with runner #1 completing Legs 1 & 4, runner #2 completing Legs 2 & 5, and runner #3 completing Legs 3 & 6. All teams will start the event at 10 am. The Jamestown Rhode Race will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026.  The half-marathon is set on picturesque Conanicut Island and looks out over Narragansett Bay and the Newport Pell Bridge, the largest suspension bridge in New England.  The course features vivid landscapes, winding roads, historic Watson Farm as well as the village of Jamestown with its small shops and quaint restaurants.  Nautical but nice! ⚓️ The race will start at 7:00 am and has a 3.5 hr time limit.  The race has a limit of 425 participants. RUN FOR DAD is the American Cancer Society’s premier  community event to raise funds and build awareness about prostate cancer.  Now in its 22nd year, RUN FOR DAD, is changing it's date! Usually taking place every Father’s Day, we have decided to move to September which is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. Join us on September 26, 2026 as this event honors the memory of Frank Simms, event co-founder and all those who lost their battle with prostate cancer.    Over 1,000 people attend this family  fun event which consists of a 5K Run and 2-mile walk.  Small children are invited to take part in the Kids Run For Dad, a series of small races where they are all winners.  In 2023, approximately 228,800 men in the US were diagnosed with prostate cancer and over 27,500 died from the disease. About one man in seven will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during his lifetime. New Jersey has the third highest incidence per capita of prostate cancer in the US. 20th Annual 24-Hour Race VENUE:Hinson Lake, Rockingham, North Carolina RULES: This event will be electronically timed.  All participants will be issued a bib/chip which must be worn at all times to guarantee that all completed laps and splits are recorded.  There will be a chute for runners only and if you will be taking a break, you will be asked to steer clear of the lap counting area. COURSE: The course is the 1.5032-mile inner loop that circles the lake. It is a USATF certified course with certification code NC14103DF.  The surface is sand/gravel-maintained trail through the woods. The Friends of the Poor Walk is a nationwide signature event of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.  This event is being held to raise awareness and funds supporting the local Conference of Our Saviour's in Cocoa Beach.    This is our 3rd Annual event and will be a 5K out and back run or walk from the Church parking lot onto Banana River Drive and nearby residential neighborhood.  Registration fee is $28.00 (plus fees) with a kids registration for ages Pre-K through 17 years old for $15.00 (plus fees).  We will have a free kids dash after the 5K is completed. Local Steps for Lasting Impact [Insert race write up]

The Race for the Bays will occur on the last day of National Estuaries Week. This is a fun way to close out a week of appreciation for our estuary and natural resources by running through Conservation Park that was created to rehydrate wetlands using the City of Panama City Beach’s reclaimed water. The City employs forestry management practices and wetland protection that will have lasting benefits to the St. Andrew Bay. Proceeds benefit the St. Andrew and St. Joseph Bays Estuary Program.

The Junction Jamboree Jog will continue to offer a 5K, 10K and 10-Miler.  The 10K and 10-Miler are out and back courses on the Firefly Trail.  The proceeds will go to improvement projects in Union Point, including the Southern Terminus of the Firefly Trail.   These are the final races in the 2026 Firefly Trail Race Series.

Come run into the sunset and enjoy the Georgia night with the Red Dirt Runners at the 2nd Annual "Rollin Into The Night" 6 Hour trail run. This is a completely free run.  You only pay in sweat and hopefully not tears.  Donations to help offset some of the cost are appreciated. The course is a 2-mile single track trail loop with plenty of trees, creek beds, and challenging short climbs.  There is approximately 250' of elevation gain per loop.  Thanks to Hurricane Helene, this year's course has been modified and is the same as the “Southern Chicken Fried 25/50K" course.
