SHORTCAKE 4K AT SUNSHINE HORSESJune 13, 2026 | 10:00 AM We invite you to come spend some time with us as we enjoy a mid-June morning full of good cheer, a spirited 4K run/walk followed by a post-race shortcake and fun festival put on by our good friends at Sunshine Horses The 4K will be officially timed with awards for Overall, Masters and Age Group winners. Mid Mountain 50KThe race course begins with a loop at Deer Valley, where it then follows the iconic Mid Mountain Trail for nearly 20 miles, to its terminus.  There is one last uphill push before a long, winding descent down through the Utah Olympic Park trail system. Jupiter Peak 25KThis is a Park City favorite with an elevation profile that resembles an inverted “V” (for vertical!) A 16-mile loop from Park City Mountain Resort (7,000′) to the top of Jupiter Peak (10,000′) and back down. Round Valley Rambler100% of the course takes place on prime, buff single and double track in Round Valley which sits at an altitude between 6,500’ and 7100′. While athletes will find the trails foot-friendly, the rolling, high-desert terrain presents a few long and steady climbs followed by fast downhills. The Nate the Great Race is held in conjunction with the Boxing Hall of Fame Weekend. Proceeds from the race started out building the “dream” of a state of the art track facility, when that was accomplished, the race continued on for numerous other community efforts. The race currently supports; scholarships, summer conditioning programs, youth track meets, health & fitness classes, office of the aging, and numerous other community based programs. Additionally you can find the Canastota Running Club baskets at fundraisers whenever there is a time of need. Please join us for the 5th annual Bad Dog 5000 this June 13 at the Carry-it Party Shop in Ottawa, Ohio. This race was founded to honor 2 very special ladies, Sam and Carol. 100% of the proceeds got to the Putnam County CAP. This amazing organization helps with expenses for people going through treatment for cancer. This year will be a night race with registration opening up at 6pm, and race beginning at 7:15pm. We also upgrade the prizes to customized beer glasses for the winners, and as always we have a SICK design for the T-shirts this year!  You will want to stick around for the after party too! This fun event has something for everyone! The USATF certified course  begins and ends at the Intervale Trail Head of The Jackson River Scenic Trail in Covington, Virginia. The trail follows an old railroad bed of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway. The course has a smooth crushed gravel surface and is mostly flat with some light hills. The trail follows its namesake river, winding it's way through small communities, cultivated fields, and small patches of woodland. Myles for a Mission 5K - The mission of the 5k is to raise awareness of childhood drowning prevention.  This race is held to honor the memory of Myles Davis Pope.  Myles tragically passed away just shy of his 2nd birthday due to a drowning accident.  Our mission is to raise money and awareness to prevent and educate others of childhood drownings.  Drowning is the leading cause of death for children ages 1-4, and the second leading cause of unintentional death for children ages 5-14. Children five years old and younger are especially vulnerable, representing 75% of child drowning deaths.  Boys are also more than twice as likely to drown as girls.   All proceeds will be donated to the Myles Davis Pope Memorial Fund. Rose City Track Club is proud to present the 9th annual Rose City Mile! Our mission is to provide a fun and accessible opportunity for runners of all ages and abilities to test their fitness. Join us on Saturday, June 13 at Franklin High School in southeast Portland for a track meet like no other. 16th Annual Kingwood 5K Saturday June 13, 2026 @ 9am   Presented by OhioHealth   The 5K benefits horticultural and educational programming at Kingwood Center Gardens in Mansfield Ohio. Our annual 5k race will take place on June 13, 2026! If you are unable to attend in person, we are offering a virtual option again for this year. In Person Event: If you've attended our 5k in the past, it will be organized as our previous events were.  If this is your first time, here's some info! Can you go the distance?  Come prove it in this "last-person standing" race. Every 15 minutes, participants will start a 1-mile road/sidewalk segment. If you make it back to the start/finish line before the next 15 minute horn goes off, you are still alive and go for another segment, if not, your race is over. How long can you endure?  This year's 4th Annual race features a point-to-point route starting at Zanesville Middle School and run along the paved and partially shaded Joe's Run Trail. The turnaround point is 1 mile away from the starting line. Both ends of the course will have designated rest areas stocked with drinks and snacks to enjoy while participants rest until the next 15 minute interval begins.  This event is presented by Zanesville Soccer Boosters, a non-profit 501(c)(3) supporting the Zanesville High School Boys & Girls and Zanesville Middle School Boys & Girls soccer teams.

Hosted by A Father’s Legacy, Inc., the Second Annual Fathers and Families Fun Walk/Run raises awareness and support for programs that empower both young and mature fathers to build strong families and thriving communities. The race will be held at the beautiful Pratt Park 120 River Rd, Fredericksburg. This paved and gravel course winds its way along the back side of the YMCA.  We will have music on site, a photographer, an award ceremony, and refreshments after the completion of the race at Pratt Park. 2025 was a RECORD BREAKING YEAR!!!Registration for Saturday June 13th, 2026is now OPEN!! Fun people + beautiful trails + good food = a great day. This is a clothing optional 5K trail run/walk through the woods, trails, and meadows of Carolina Foothills Resort. You may choose to run the 7.3K at no additional cost. There is a chip embedded in an ankle strap to record the 5K finish times with instant results to displayed on a TV. The Mike Ward Challenge: Go the Extra Mile, in the 7.3K Mike Ward Challenge honoring the man who inspired the event. 1st annual Rhode Island Yacht Club Cardboard Boat Regatta will be open to the public and held at the RIYC facilities on Ocean Avenue, Edgewood, RI in 2026 Date to be Announced.  Join us as we celebrate a day of creativity, competition, and free family fun. We will kick off a series of heats testing the engineering, ingenuity, determination, and artistry of our participants.  Launching from Stillhouse Cove, each hand made cardboard boat must hold at least two crew members, who will hopefully paddle their ship out and around a buoy and back to the beach. Boats will compete in a series of heats in competitive categories.  We expect to see the spirited competitors from Local Universities, Private and Public High Schools, Civic Organizations, and the local Restaurant and Hospitality merchants.  This will obviously be a spectacle long remembered and not to be missed. Join us for the SHS XC “Glow the Distance” Fun Run on June 13, 2026! This is an evening rundesigned by two of the junior class athletes of Shenango’s Cross Country team. This run is topromote a healthy lifestyle, community bonding, and the love of our township. The run iscomparable to a 5K, but will be a fun path of our township, highlighting our high school and ourtownship park. Glow the Distance will first include a Kids Run, which will be open to childrenages 10 and under. Every participant in this race will win a medal upon completion of the run!Along with the children, there will be 7 additional age categories (11-15, 16-19, 20-30, 31-40,41-50, 51-60, 61+) that will run as one group, but will be broken into these groupings for the top3 runners of each age category to earn medals. The Unlock the Ties That Bind 5K Run & Walk is an empowerment and advocacy event organized by Going Into Pieces Movement Inc. It aims to support underserved and vulnerable populations, including men, human trafficking survivors, teen fathers, and individuals struggling with mental health challenges. The event will take place on June 13, 2026, at Al Lopez Park in Tampa, FL, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Participants come together to symbolize resilience, healing, and the power of moving forward despite life’s obstacles. The event also helps generate support for the organization’s men’s emotional well-being initiative, 3rd Eye Anchored. Men can and do experience sexual assault, human trafficking, and various forms of abuse. These issues often receive less attention due to societal stigmas, stereotypes, and misconceptions about masculinity. Many men struggle to speak out or seek help due to fear of judgment, lack of resources, or the misconception that abuse primarily affects women. Raisin

Saturday June 13th will be the Color Fun Run and Arts Festival at the Parishville Beach. RAP River Run is a 5K, 10K and Kid's Fun Run benefiting the Runaway Alternatives Project (RAP) House located in New Port Richey serving youths ages 10-17 who are runaway, homeless or in need of a short- term out of home respite placement for any reason. The RAP House also accepts youth who are in need of an emergency shelter placement due to abuse.  The event is held annually at Sims Park in New Port Richey.

Stepping Stone Support Center and Trailhead Community have come together to present this amazing event to benefit adults with developmental disabilities, raising both awareness and funds to give these participants a home of their own! Join us on June 13 at Clement Park for a 5K or a 2.5K Shortcut!
