This race was founded to honor 2 very special ladies, Sam and Carol. 100% of the proceeds got to the Putnam County CAP. This amazing organization helps with expenses for people going through treatment for cancer. This year will be a night race with registration opening up at 6pm, and race beginning at 7:15pm. We also upgrade the prizes to customized beer glasses for the winners, and as always we have a SICK design for the T-shirts this year!  You will want to stick around for the after party too! Strokes, Spokes & Strides is a sprint distance triathlon located in beautiful Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. The inaugural event was held in 2015 as a celebration of the Waynesboro Area YMCA 100 year anniversary. Our goal was to create an event that would promote community spirit and welcome all levels of athlete. The triathlon course can be completed as an individual or as part of a three person relay team. Athletes of all levels are encouraged to compete – experienced cross trainers, families as well as first time competitors. The triathlon start, swim, transition area and finish are located at the Y. The swim portion of the event is held in the Y’s six-lane, 25meter pool; the bike and run routes will take athletes through tree lined neighborhoods and farmland throughout Waynesboro. 1st annual Rhode Island Yacht Club Cardboard Boat Regatta will be open to the public and held at the RIYC facilities on Ocean Avenue, Edgewood, RI in 2026 Date to be Announced.  Join us as we celebrate a day of creativity, competition, and free family fun. Welcome to Western Pennsylvania! Here We Go! That’s how we cheer for our beloved Steelers and how Western PA will cheer for you at the Annual Jenny Lee Tri Cup. Western Pennsylvania and Beaver County are beautiful in June, and we can’t wait to host a Junior Elite, Youth Elite, and NTDR Cup event. Along with some fun age group races. Beautiful Brady’s Run Park is located in the heart of Beaver County near the Beaver River and the towns of Bridgewater and Beaver. Hotel stays will be 12-15 minutes from the park and the hotels are 15 minutes from the Pittsburgh International Airport.  Beaver County is rolling out the red carpet for you. They are shutting down the park for the races and we will have full access to their recreation center with hot showers and a large facility for packet pick-up and a race expo. Several races will be hosted over the Father’s Day weekend. Adult Draft-legal Races this year are open to all ages 16 and older. This will be a two-day prelim and finals super sprint

Strokes, Spokes & Strides is a sprint distance triathlon located in beautiful Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. The inaugural event was held in 2015 as a celebration of the Waynesboro Area YMCA 100 year anniversary. Our goal was to create an event that would promote community spirit and welcome all levels of athlete. The triathlon course can be completed as an individual or as part of a three person relay team. Athletes of all levels are encouraged to compete – experienced cross trainers, families as well as first time competitors. The triathlon start, swim, transition area and finish are located at the Y. The swim portion of the event is held in the Y’s six-lane, 25meter pool; the bike and run routes will take athletes through tree lined neighborhoods and farmland throughout Waynesboro. We’re also excited to offer two additional race day events: Aquavelo (swim/bike) and Duathlon (run/bike/run).

Tri 4 Schools is a part of Active Youth Wisconsin, a nonprofit committed to empowering kids to be happy, healthy, and confident through movement. The course spans 5K (3.1 miles) and was bicycle calibrated by Ray Nelson. It runs south on Broad Street into Warwick onto Narragansett Parkway then turns at General Hawkins Drive and returns north. Distance: 2.4 Mile Open Water Swim along the Mount Pleasant shoreline or 6 Mile Open Water Swim starting at Daniel Island, crossing the Wando River and proceeding down the 2.4 Mile course. Participants: 2018 Stats = 196 in the 5 Mile, 401 in the 2.4 mile. Age ranges from 10 years old to 82. Start & Finish: Wet start at Hobcaw Yacht Club for the 2.4 mile Splash and wet start under the Wando Bridge on Daniel Island for the 6 mile Splash, followed by a wet finish at the Charleston Harbor Marina in front of the USS Yorktown for both Splashes. Join us for Bigfoot's Backyard Bash! Runners will get a shirt and finisher medal. This is a low key, fun vibe event. Runners can start anytime between 8am and noon. You can run 1 five mile loop or multiple. There will be no timing and no top awards.
