Welcome to the Boise Marathon. The Boise Marathon will offer the summer option for our marathon series. June 20th promises to be one of the longest Boise days. Sunrise is at 6:04 a.m. and while Sunset is scheduled for 9:30 p.m., you know that Boise sun can hang in the sky until late into the evening. Please join us for the 5th annual Bad Dog 5000 this June 13 at the Carry-it Party Shop in Ottawa, Ohio. This race was founded to honor 2 very special ladies, Sam and Carol. 100% of the proceeds got to the Putnam County CAP. This amazing organization helps with expenses for people going through treatment for cancer. This year will be a night race with registration opening up at 6pm, and race beginning at 7:15pm. We also upgrade the prizes to customized beer glasses for the winners, and as always we have a SICK design for the T-shirts this year!  You will want to stick around for the after party too! Drink tokens for every runner, good for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We will also have a 50/50 raffle that night as well.  This is a family friendly event. Chicken & Waffles Dash 5K Get ready for the most delicious and ridiculous 5K you’ll ever run! The Kids TRYathlon is a community-centered youth athletic event that promotes physical fitness, confidence building and family engagement. Using the Lakeshore Natatorium, track and field facilities and bike paths, the TRYathlon is a multi-age, multi-skill experience for young people, ages 6-12. It consists of three components: swimming, biking and running. Participants are divided into three age groups to ensure appropriate challenge levels and safety. Commonly referred to as the "Suffer fest of the Year" and "The Toughest One-Day Challenge Ride in the Midwest" is not to be missed by serious riders anywhere. Since 2003, Horribly Hilly participants have enjoyed a day of riding that results in an awe-inspiring accumulation of 10,000 feet of elevation gain in the Driftless Area of Wisconsin. Growing in popularity each year, although not a lotter anymore the Horribly Hilly registration has reached capacity each year months prior to the event. Strokes, Spokes & Strides is a sprint distance triathlon located in beautiful Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. The inaugural event was held in 2015 as a celebration of the Waynesboro Area YMCA 100 year anniversary. Our goal was to create an event that would promote community spirit and welcome all levels of athlete. The triathlon course can be completed as an individual or as part of a three person relay team. Athletes of all levels are encouraged to compete – experienced cross trainers, families as well as first time competitors. The triathlon start, swim, transition area and finish are located at the Y. The swim portion of the event is held in the Y’s six-lane, 25meter pool; the bike and run routes will take athletes through tree lined neighborhoods and farmland throughout Waynesboro. We’re also excited to offer two additional race day events: Aquavelo (swim/bike) and Duathlon (run/bike/run).

Welcome to Western Pennsylvania! Here We Go! That’s how we cheer for our beloved Steelers and how Western PA will cheer for you at the Annual Jenny Lee Tri Cup. Western Pennsylvania and Beaver County are beautiful in June, and we can’t wait to host a Junior Elite, Youth Elite, and NTDR Cup event. Along with some fun age group races. Beautiful Brady’s Run Park is located in the heart of Beaver County near the Beaver River and the towns of Bridgewater and Beaver. Hotel stays will be 12-15 minutes from the park and the hotels are 15 minutes from the Pittsburgh International Airport.  Beaver County is rolling out the red carpet for you. They are shutting down the park for the races and we will have full access to their recreation center with hot showers and a large facility for packet pick-up and a race expo. This race is a fundraiser supporting the Mambarare Water Supply Project led by the Engineers Without Borders – Philadelphia Professional Chapter, whose members volunteer their engineering skills to partner with communities around the world to design and implement sustainable infrastructure projects. Through long-term collaboration, our teams work to improve access to essential resources like clean water, sanitation, and reliable infrastructure. 1st annual Rhode Island Yacht Club Cardboard Boat Regatta will be open to the public and held at the RIYC facilities on Ocean Avenue, Edgewood, RI in 2026 Date to be Announced.  Join us as we celebrate a day of creativity, competition, and free family fun. We will kick off a series of heats testing the engineering, ingenuity, determination, and artistry of our participants.  Launching from Stillhouse Cove, each hand made cardboard boat must hold at least two crew members, who will hopefully paddle their ship out and around a buoy and back to the beach. Western Pennsylvania and Beaver County are beautiful in June, and we can’t wait to host a Junior Elite, Youth Elite, and NTDR Cup event. Along with some fun age group races. Beautiful Brady’s Run Park is located in the heart of Beaver County near the Beaver River and the towns of Bridgewater and Beaver. Hotel stays will be 12-15 minutes from the park and the hotels are 15 minutes from the Pittsburgh International Airport.  Beaver County is rolling out the red carpet for you. They are shutting down the park for the races and we will have full access to their recreation center with hot showers and a large facility for packet pick-up and a race expo. Several races will be hosted over the Father’s Day weekend. Adult Draft-legal Races this year are open to all ages 16 and older. This will be a two-day prelim and finals super sprint

Strokes, Spokes & Strides is a sprint distance triathlon located in beautiful Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. The inaugural event was held in 2015 as a celebration of the Waynesboro Area YMCA 100 year anniversary. Our goal was to create an event that would promote community spirit and welcome all levels of athlete. The triathlon course can be completed as an individual or as part of a three person relay team. Athletes of all levels are encouraged to compete – experienced cross trainers, families as well as first time competitors. The triathlon start, swim, transition area and finish are located at the Y. The swim portion of the event is held in the Y’s six-lane, 25meter pool; the bike and run routes will take athletes through tree lined neighborhoods and farmland throughout Waynesboro. We’re also excited to offer two additional race day events: Aquavelo (swim/bike) and Duathlon (run/bike/run).

All shadow event registrations will receive a specific shadow event registration shirt! All Shadow Event participants will receive a shirt, and a medal, and ruckers will receive the custom GORUCK patch. After you register, please allow us two weeks to ship your packet. Packets will begin shipping in May! When you receive your gear, you can go out and run anywhere you’d like. Don’t forget to tag @JogginForFrogmen in your pictures. Run, walk, or roll through Arthurdale's beautiful historic district dotted with original New Deal homesteads! Visit the historic grounds, run and play with our goats, and join us to celebrate the dream of First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt and homestead life with the whole family.  Pre-registration price is $30 and the deadline is May 13. Start your Family Fun Day off right with the Fuel Your Fire 2nd Annual 5k Walk or Run in Wonewoc. Race will be held on June 13th at 8am. Tri 4 Schools is a part of Active Youth Wisconsin, a nonprofit committed to empowering kids to be happy, healthy, and confident through movement. To support this mission, we donate 100% of youth entry fees to the participants' schools.  We offer 5 in-person course options for this race. While there are recommended ages listed below, please select the course that best matches your child’s ability, regardless of age. Athletes must be able to navigate the course themselves and follow signage and volunteer directions along the course. Only athletes are allowed on the course; spectators/parents may spectate from the side. Note that the Long Course is only open to athletes age 7 and older.  If your athlete uses a bike with training wheels, they must be registered for the Short Course. Experience the thrill of running before a pre-assembled cheering crowd as excitement builds for the annual Gaspee Days Parade. Each year, more than 2,000 runners take part in this beloved event, racing along the Parkway’s iconic red, white, and blue road stripe. Whether you’re competing for a prize or running just for fun, your participation helps support one of the community’s most cherished traditions—all proceeds benefit the Gaspee Days Parade.   RACE DETAILS The race starts at 9:30 AM sharp on Broad Street at Chiswick Road, Cranston, RI. The course spans 5K (3.1 miles) and was bicycle calibrated by Ray Nelson. It runs south on Broad Street into Warwick onto Narragansett Parkway then turns at General Hawkins Drive and returns north. The race finish line is just past the Parade reviewing stand at Rhodes Place. Timing and results are coordinated by Spitler Race Systems. Due to the timing of the Parade, which immediately follows the 5K, the race has a strict cut-off time of one hour. Y

The Gravel Unravel Experience Gravel Unravel is an endurance gravel bicycling series on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State. This series is brought to you by a partnership between Peninsula Adventure Sports and La Vogue Cyclery This event is designed for those who wish to challenge their physical abilities to the maximum while enjoying the lushness of Olympic National Forest. Participants can ride short (23-32 miles), medium (46-55 miles), or long (69-80 miles) distances on majority gravel courses (percent varies by race/distance) while enjoying towering evergreens and vivid green moss and ferns. Join us for Bigfoot's Backyard Bash! Runners will get a shirt and finisher medal. This is a low key, fun vibe event. Runners can start anytime between 8am and noon. You can run 1 five mile loop or multiple. There will be no timing and no top awards. We will have aid station snacks at the loop start/finish area.  We loved the vibe of GTR this year and decided we needed a summer version.  This event is limited to 250 runners.  The shirt cutoff is June 1.
