This is a family fun 5K (3.1 mile) walk/run and a one mile walk/run on a flat course with lots of entertainment for all to enjoy whether you are a serious runner or just want to have fun.   You choose if you want to walk/run the one mile or the 5K or if you want to take the Bahia Shrine Challenge and walk/run the one mile then the 5K.  Come join in on our event and enjoy entertainment from the Bahia Shrine parade units.  We have a fun 0.05k (164 feet) race that anyone can participate in.  The guest of honor is Sir Gus, Jr.*, our furry camel who will be awaiting your visits for photos, carrots and kisses.  The race goes on rain or shine, no back-up date.  In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the race will switch to virtual, therefore you can still get your t-shirt and medal. Join us on Saturday, April 11, 2026 as runners from many states and countries take in Abraham Lincoln sites during this scenic half marathon. This USATF certified course will immerse you in Lincoln history unlike any other race!   ​The race starts at the Old State Capitol where Lincoln gave his famous House Divided speech.  Just across the plaza from the Capitol, within the first quarter mile of the race, is the Lincoln-Herndon Law Offices.  This is the only building still standing where Lincoln practiced law during in his 25-year career.  Not even a mile into the race, runners go back in time for two blocks, passing by the only home Abraham Lincoln ever owned.  During mile nine, runners enter Oak Ridge cemetery and are able to view Lincoln's final resting place.  Mile 10 takes runners through the local city park named after the 16th president.  During the final mile of the race, runners will pass by historic Union Train station directly adjacent to the Abraham Lincoln Museum and L

Dash by the Past is a family-friendly 5K or 1 mile walk starting at 9:00 a.m. with a scenic route that takes participants past previous Decorators’ Show House and Gardens homes on Meridian Street. This beautiful thoroughfare will be closed to all traffic for this event. The race begins and ends at the Meridian Restaurant & Bar at 5694 N. Meridian Street. We had another wonderful day on Campus in 2025 for our Bulldog Jog - the 6th year of our partnership race with Butler University and Indy Runners and Indy Walkers running club!  We're looking forward to even more fun in 2026. The Team Hoyt Memorial Yes You Can Run Together FEATURING 3 EVENTS: Team Hoyt Taper - 5 Mile Run perfectly timed to meet the needs of runners as they taper down one week before the Boston Marathon.  We run 5 miles to honor the same distance of the first race Dick & Rick ran together.  Running past the iconic "Yes You Can" statue next to Hopkinton Common. April 11th   About This Event:The Kal-Haven Trail Run is the Southwest Michigan Hometown Ultra, a great first ultra for anyone looking to expand their running beyond 26.2 miles, and a great hometown ultra to keep challenging yourself to a new PR every year. If an ultra is not for you, this run allows participants from all fitness levels to be involved as a 2-person relay team (duo), or 3-6 person relay team. Shake off those winter cobwebs and run the relay with your best run friends!!   The KAR Kal-Haven Ultra Run will be held on the Kal-Haven Trail State Park, offering a scenic, gently downhill run from “the Caboose” in Kalamazoo to South Haven (almost to the beach, but not quite).  There are ten aid stations that will energize runners with food, hydration, and awesome encouragement. These stations also provide runners with relay switch points while also supporting an opportunity for “fans” to support their runners. What is the LivSports 24 Hour Adult Hockey Marathon benefiting LivFree? Here’s how it all works - the event is a continuous game with 60 to 90 skaters playing on two teams in 3 rotating groups based on ability with a running score from opening puck drop to the final horn. Each player raises $1000 dollars for the cause. LivFree is a pediatric cancer non-profit organization that provides children and their families with moments of joy to take a break from struggle and enjoy some family time together. Whether it's tickets to a game, a broadway show, a night out - LivFree is here to help the whole family.  When will this take place and how does it work? The event starts at 2pm on Saturday, April 18th, 2026 and the final horn will sound at 2pm, Sunday April 19th. Get Ready for the Brown’s Creek Breeze 8k: A Fast & Fun Spring Kickoff!  Join us on April 11th for a road race on the scenic Brown’s Creek Bike Trail. This 8K course provides a gentle downhill gradient for fast times and personal records.  If you're looking for a race to kick off your spring fitness goals, this event is for you! THE RACE: The 14th annual Hattiesburg Half Marathon • 10k • 5k is set for Saturday, April 11, 2026. The race provides fundraising opportunities for participating Pine Belt nonprofits, while also attracting runners to the Hub City from numerous states. Online registration opens Monday, October 13th, for all three race routes.     THE COURSE: The Hattiesburg Half Marathon • 10k • 5k course highlights iconic local landmarks and engages Hattiesburg businesses. The 2026 course will once again wind through downtown, head toward the Avenues, and loop around the Hattiesburg Zoo. Run/walk around the historic town of Amory during our community wide 44th Annual Railroad Festival celebrating Amory’s founding in 1887 as a railroad town. The GO! St. Louis Read, Right, & Run Marathon® (RRRM) goal is to develop reading-proficient, community-minded and physically fit children in grades K-8 by challenging them to READ 26 books, RIGHT the community with 26 good deeds, and RUN 26.2 miles over a 26 week period. After 26 weeks of hard work, the program culminates when the students complete their race day goals with all of the students participating in the program in Forest Park. Coordinators manage the program entirely leading up to race day. Then on race day students complete the race distance they are registered for. Grades K-8 can run will run 1.2 miles on race day to complete the program. This race will be run solely with other RRRM students and have a specific start time outlined closer to the race day (coordinators will let families know more information closer to race day).  Grades 6-8 can complete their program by running the 5K distance. Lake of the Ozarks' Bridge and Dam is back for the 12th year and it's going to keep getting bigger and better!   The 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon take place on the historical Bagnell Dam Strip in Lake Ozark, MO.   Now brought to you by FundRuns and the Lake of the Ozarks Runners, Bridge and Dam will benefit Wonderland Camp, Lake of the Ozarks Shrine Club, Lake Area Big Brothers Big Sisters and FundRuns/Lake of the Ozarks Runners   The certified half marathon course will return and all races will begin at the Bagnell Dam Scenic Overlook. Missouri’s best obstacle course race! 3.1 miles and 25+ challenging obstacles await you in Blodgett, Missouri on 4/11/26! Come race with us in support of Heart of the Bride Ministries  in one of our three race options on Saturday- single lap competitive, single lap open, and 5 hour multi lap endurance event!  All participants receive a finisher medal and shirt. The 2026 Rock the Parkway half marathon and 5K is Kansas City's largest half marathon and is run along Kansas City's favorite half marathon course on historic Ward Parkway!  Both events start and finish in front of the world headquarters of our host, Burns & McDonnell.  The half marathon race is run separately from the 5K which starts after the half marathon participants have departed the starting area.
