Held in conjunction with the Taste of Syracuse, Paige's Butterfly Run brings runners and walkers from across Central New York to downtown Syracuse each year to participate in one of the region’s premier 5K races. Our goal is to put on a stellar community event while raising the critical dollars necessary to fund local childhood cancer research and patient programs at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital. This year, Paige's Butterfly Run will be celebrating its 30th event on Saturday, June 6, 2026 in downtown Syracuse. This family friendly event includes: 5K USATF certified race3K fitness run/walk5K Centipede Team DivisionCaterpillar crawl for kids under 5 years old Your participation in Paige's Butterfly Run helps to support children and families fighting childhood cancer in Central New York. Annual 5K fundraiser for All Babies Cherished Pregnancy Assistance Center. Family fun walk/run. We recommend that you register online prior to the race to decrease the handling of cash and lines for registration due to pandemic concerns. You will be able to register online up until the start of the race using your smart phone and a credit card. There will be a post race ceremony with small prizes for top runners in each age group. Water and snacks will be provided post-race as well. It's easy to raise sponsorship funds with our on-line sponsor sign-up.

Join us for our first-ever 5K! Locust Grove Fruit Farm has been home to eight generations of the Kent family — a legacy made possible by the farmers who have cared to this land generation after generation. Farming is in our blood, and we’re committed to keeping that tradition alive for those who dream of continuing it. To give back to the community that has supported us at both the farm and the brewery, all proceeds from this race will benefit our first-ever Locust Grove Fruit Farm & Locust Grove Brewing Co. Scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to a Marlboro High School senior planning to pursue a career in agriculture or a skilled trade. The 5K will take place in the town of Milton on June 6th at 11:00 AM, starting at the Locust Grove Pick Your Own Stand and finishing at our brewery. Celebrate with us, support a great cause, and enjoy a cold drink at the finish line as we give back to the community we love.

This is a 2nd annual 5K- with a portion of the proceeds going to local sport booster clubs.   Race kicks off at 9am.

A grassroots hometown 5k run and walk to raise awareness about Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita or AMC for short. The run began in 2011 for it's namesake, Roger, a local young man born with the rare condition. Roger's run has raised thousands over the years and donated the proceeds to the AMCSI support group and also established scholarships for Red Hook High School seniors continuing their education in physical or occupational therapy and physical education. Roger, now a sophmore, at Red Hook High School, loves all things sports related, so in 2025, the Red Hook Raiders Sports Club took over the annual run and continues to donate a portion of the proceeds to AMCSI while also continuing their mission to provide support to sports programs in the Red Hook school district. Welcome to the Welcome Home Plants Inc 5K Get ready to have some fun and join us on Saturday, June 6th, at 8:00 AM in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY, USA. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to spend time together, this event is perfect for the whole family. At Welcome Home Plants Inc, we're all about bringing nature, community, and well-being to families in supportive housing.This 5K Walk/Run is not just about fitness; it's about showing our love for plants and our community. Join us for the 5th annual Island 25 or Island 15 Bike Race on Howland Island- part of the Northern Montezuma Wildlife Management Area on Saturday, June 6, 2026. A great warm up event for the Black Fly Challenge the following week. Riders of both the Island 25 and the Island 15 will start at the Savannah Fire Dept. (corner of Rt 89 and Savannah Spring Lake Rd). There is lots of free parking. Helmets are required to be able to participate in the races. The event will be capped at 250 total participants.  In order to uphold Safety and Integrity Standards, this event will exempt from participation any athlete/individual officially sanctioned by either Safe Sport or the WADA (doping). On June 6th, our community comes together not just to run or walk, but to remember. The Westlake Veterans Club invites you to honor the courage, sacrifice, and unity shown on D‑Day by joining us for a military‑themed 5K run and 2K walk.  And will have designated sections named after the 5 landing sites- Omaha, Utah, Gold, Juno and Sword. Both the 5K and 2K courses are on the beautiful, flat roadways surrounding the golf course with the start and finish lines at the world class clubhouse!  Proceeds will enable the continuing philanthropic donations the Westlake Veterans Club provides to veteran and community causes in the Greater Ocean County area. Sankalpa, in collaboration with Plainsboro Township, is organizing the annual 5K Run/2K Walk for the fourth year. Bashore Bash 6HR & 12 HR Ultra The course is located in the Blue Mountains on the trails of the Bashore Scout Reservation in northern Lebanon county. The trails consist of mostly single track technical trail with some double track. You will experience tree roots, rocks, dirt, mud, and all things nature as you wind your way through and around the trail. There will be plenty of shade. Loop distance will be determined closer to race depending on trail conditions  but will be around 3.5 miles depending on trail conditons. You get to choose how many loops you want to complete. Hosted by the Leander Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center the 12th annual Old Town Street Festival 5K takes place in Old Town Leander. This chip timed event starts in the heart of Old Town and tours through the streets of Leander. The course is flat and fast with no hills or rough terrain. The Decatur Running Club is sponsoring a timed 5k beginning at 8 a.m. on June 6th and a Kid's Ramble at 7:30 a.m. ages 10 and under.   The start/finish will take place at the east parking lot on the trail.  The paved course is an out and back.  Water station will be available along the course.   Proceeds are used to fund club events as well as supporting youth running programs in the Decatur area.   This race will be hand timed (NO BIB) by the Decatur Running Club. All participants receive a finisher medal and hand painted rock.  Age group awards for the 5K are 10 and under, then 5 year increments up to 75 and over.   Race T-shirts are available for additional purchase.  50/50 fabric. Join New Leash On Life, a 501(c)(3) organization, a no-kill pet adoption and resource center currently in development for Crown Point, Indiana, Saturday, June 6th for our inaugural 5K and 2K Dog Run/Walk! Our event is open to not only families, but their dogs as well! Even if your pooch is more of a couch potato than an athlete, we will have a curated vendor area to explore as well as food vendors, contests, and demonstrations! For families, the thrilling Y Climbing Tower will be open for anyone adventurous at heart.   Our fun run is open to anyone with or without their pets! The course trails through the beautiful YMCA Camp Triangle Hills and will offer plenty of sights (and smells!) for our two-legged and four-legged participants. Native American Health Center (NAHC) is excited to announce our 25th Running Is My High (RIMH) 5k/10k Fun Run and Walk themed "25 Years in Motion" on Saturday, June 6th, 2026 at the Fairy Land area of Lake Merritt; 699 Bellevue Ave., Oakland, CA 94610.   NAHC created Running is My High to engage community from all walks of life in an event promoting physical, mental, and cultural health. Annually, our 5K/10K draws over 400 runners and walkers from across the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. This special event will feature programming that honors Community Health and Native American cultural practices; includes guest speakers; and features outreach tables to connect our community to helpful resources.
