Experience our fun race being hosted at Dinosaur Valley State Park. Have fun in the morning sun on some "behind the scenes" trails that are open to the public just for this special event. The 2nd Annual Dino Stomp Out Kids Cancer is a family fun run/walk fundraiser benefit for children fighting cancer hosted by Brooke’s Blossoming Hope for Childhood Cancer Foundation. Miles for Migraine will host its 9th annual 2-mile Walk, 5K Run and Relax Illinois Event hosted in Chicago at Diversey Harbor/Lincoln Park. This event is a fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research. About the Dash for Dysphagia How are you going to #Dash4Dysphagia this year? Will you be walking, running, biking, swimming, roller-skating, dancing or doing something else?  The DRS Dash for Dysphagia is a fun way for friends and colleagues around the world to join together in support of research, education, and professional development in the field of dysphagia. This VIRTUAL event will help raise funds to support the DRS Research Career Development (RCD) Program and contribute to future scholarships and grant opportunities for our members. CASA is hosting its 5th annual Color Run event on June 6, 2026! Bring your family and friends to this fun, family-friendly event at Sycamore Middle School (no pets, please). Walk, jog or sprint - anything is fine so long as you have fun! There will be a post-race celebration with music, snacks and water. All proceeds from the event support CASA DeKalb County's advocacy of children from DeKalb County who have experienced abuse and neglect.  Registration fee is $30 for ages 13+ and includes a t-shirt and color packet and $20 for ages 5-12 and includes a t-shirt and color packet. Mended little hearts is a national organization that supports children whom have congenital heart defects. We take bravery bags to local children’s hospitals as well. This 5K hosted by Barrow Brewing Company on June 6th will benefit the Armed Services YMCA! The ASYMCA programs benefit military and veteran families including food assistance, childcare, travel support, deployment resources, wellness programs, and more. The 4th Annual Chord Energy Williston Marathon is a premier endurance event in Williston, North Dakota. This course is held at the Williston Basin International Airport. Runners will get the unique experience of running on the runway of the airport!  The Chord Energy Williston Marathon is a non-profit event and all proceeds go directly to Upper Missouri Relay For Life in Williston, ND. Each June, the CAMC Foundation holds the CAMC Foundation Run for Your Life 5-Mile Run/2.5-Mile Walk. All proceeds from the event benefit colorectal cancer awareness and screening initiatives to help people who cannot otherwise afford critical screening procedures in our community. Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer, and the second deadliest in both men and women combined in the United States.  The 5 mile run and 2.5 mile walk begins at Haddad Riverfront Park, takes runners and walkers through the streets of Charleston and returns to the park to finish. Giving Back Since 2011 The Derek Hotsinpiller Fallen Stars 5K is held annually to honor those law enforcement officers across this country who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty while following their call to serve and protect our communities.  We hope you can join us to help reach our goal of over 1500 participants this year.  Revenue generated from the race is entrusted to the Hotsinpiller Foundation to provide scholarships for those who wish to pursue or enhance their law enforcement career, support local law enforcement agencies and their mission, and assist injured officers and their families.

Runners will head up Market Street past vintage storefronts and the Farmers Market area before climbing to Oak Hill Cemetery overlooking the town. From there, the course follows a quiet back path along the rear of the cemetery, with peaceful views and a true “spirits” moment, before looping back through town on neighborhood streets and returning to Market Street Pizza for the finish. This is a relaxed, community‑focused event — perfect for runners, walkers, and anyone who loves exploring Illinois’ hidden‑gem towns.
