Please join us on Sunday, June 7th, at the beautiful Millennium Park for the second annual Ele's Place - West Michigan Healing Hearts 5k! Let's "Run for Kid's Grief Relief" while raising funds and awareness for grieving children, teens and their families in Grand Rapids and the surrounding West Michigan area. Ele's Place is a healing center for grieving children and teens. We provide grief support groups for kids ages 3-18, who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or anyone significant in their life. All services are free of charge for as long as a family needs them. This is why we need YOU! We invite families, corporate partners and the community to participate in this outdoor, family-friendly, "fun" run/walk event to raise funds for grieving kiddos, with the option to honor, celebrate and remember someone special in your life who has died. This event is an opportunity to put “one foot in front of the other” to support our peer-to-peer grief

In 2025, Happy Soles participants helped Fish & Loaves Community Food Pantry purchase 3.5 million pounds of food to feed over 50,000 households. For all of those that laced up their sneakers or rode their bikes in 2025, we cannot thank you enough for your support of our mission. But, we need your help again this year!! The Challenges1. Happy Soles will be held at Taylor Heritage Park Sheridan Pavillion. The route will take the racers through the beautiful Heritage Park. Our racers can walk, run, or bike the route - or even participate virtually! We appreciate your support. 2.   The final piece of the challenge comes in the form of fundraising!   The need has continuously grown at Fish & Loaves, with more and more families seeking resources and help every day. The Hot Dog Mile is an annual event celebrating hot dogs and regular dogs, dreamed up by the runners of Eastern Market Brewing Run Club. Participants eat four dogs and run four 1/4 mile laps- it's as simple as that! All proceeds after race costs are donated to a local Detroit Dog Rescue! It's like a beer mile, but with hot dogs! 4 hot dogs, 4 quarter mile laps, hopefully no puking and some beers at the end. a great hang-out to support dogs, eat hot dogs, have some beers and enjoy a lovely Sunday at Eastern Market! Join us by participating in this unique 5K race that lets you bring along your best friend – your dog! ​Hosted by the Bay Area Women's Center, the Judy V Spencer 5K-9 Fun Run/Walk event will be held Sunday, June 7 at the Bay City Community Center, 800 John F. Rocky Mountain Road Runners holds a monthly Trophy Series in the Denver area.  We provide a low-key, low-cost racing environment. Everyone is welcome to run with us! This race will start and finish on Kenosia Avenue. Runners will begin the race heading northbound until they reach Christopher Columbus Avenue. From there, runners will continue around the cul-de-sac and head back towards the start/finish line. The course is flat and will have a hydration table set up around the halfway point. There will be a post race party and awards at Elicit Brewing following the race.  Every dollar raised from this race will go toward supporting an officer’s child’s higher education fund. At the end of the event, a recipient will be randomly chosen by an independent third party. A free beer from Elicit Brewing will be given to any runner age 21+, with valid proof of sign up.  There will be plenty of parking available on race day at the Elicit Brewing lot, located at 15 Backus Avenue. A celebration of Trumbull High School Seniors, the Trumbull High School Eagle Final Fly Thru is a car procession allowing High School Seniors a chance to cruise the Town of Trumbull while onlookers cheer them on into the future!  The event will begin at the Trumbull Mall and proceed along a planned route to Trumbull High School. ALL SENIORS MUST BE DRIVEN BY PARENT OR OR GUARDIAN ALL DRIVERS MUST ALSO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT Seniors may safely travel in a vehicle as the procession leads them through town and culminates at Trumbull High School. I will be holding the fourth annual, Dashing for Donuts 5K and kids 1 mile fun run on June 7th! We will be running the same course as last year. It will be held on the El Dorado Trail from the new bridge at Missouri Flat Road. It is an out and back race. Once you're finished, you get a donut and a medal. The 5K race will happen first and then we will have the kids 1 mile race.   All proceeds from the race will go to the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, (NOCC) -Team Teal. I am a 16 year survivor of ovarian cancer and a team member of NOCC - Team Teal. The Menlo Park Kids Triathlon (“MPKT”) is a triathlon specifically for kids ages from 4 to 17 years old. A triathlon is a race that consists of a combination of three sports: swimming, cycling, and running. The kids start the race with swimming at the Burgess Pool in waves (triathlon speak for groups) of 20 to 25  kids. From the swim, they run to the transition area to put on their helmets, shoes, and anything else they need. They then mount their bikes and head out to the bike course. When the kids are done with the bike, they head back to transition to put their bike away, and head to run round Burgess Park. They finish the race in the park by crossing through the finishing chute!

A sweet treat in the summer heat! Join us on Sunday, June 7th, 2026 for the 1st Annual Lemonade Dash in San Antonio. This sweet race is the 1st in a three-race series, all designed to keep you fit and refreshed this summer. The Summer Dash Series includes the Lemonade Dash, Popsicle Dash, and Watermelon Dash. All are great family events!

Come join us and support our Military in our 18th Annual WW Military Miles 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon in Keller Texas. It starts and finishes in front of Keller City Hall Building.  The event benefits two charities: Fisher House Foundation and  WWP.  The “Happenings” begin at 6:45am with the Half Marathon corral followed by the 10K and then the 5K. About the Run: Camp Agape Northwest is proud to present our annual 5K run/walk around Magnuson Park in Seattle, WA. The Run For Agape 5K is the perfect event for runners (and walkers) of all ages and abilities. Run for Agape benefits Camp Agape Northwest - a camp for kids with cancer and their families. Camp Agape Northwest creates a place for kids with cancer to feel joy, siblings a chance to feel special and parents a time to be together. We believe that when a child has cancer, the entire family is affected and in need of care and healing. We do this through creating a community of Agape - the purest form of love. Last year Run for Agape was able to raise over $46,000 for Camp Agape Northwest. Come join Women's Distance Festival 5K, a race for women runners and walkers of all ages and abilities.  This race is part of the Maryland RRCA's Women's Distance Festival Series. Run After the Women 5K starts 15 minutes after the WDF 5K race. Both races run the same 5k course starting in Bluemont Park. Held annually on the first Sunday in June, this year’s 20th annual Reston Sprint Triathlon takes place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, beginning with a 400-meter swim in Lake Newport pool, followed by a 12-mile bike ride on the streets of Reston, and a 5K run on area pathways. Afterward, celebrate your success and share your stories with friends and family in the post-race beer garden. Our in-person Monthly Meetup series begins in February. The Chastain Chase 5K Run and 3K Walk is a joyful community tradition held in celebration of National Cancer Survivors Day. Benefiting Cancer Support Community Atlanta, this family-friendly event invites participants of all ages to run or walk a beautiful course through historic Chastain Park. Participants are encouraged to create teams of friends, family members, and coworkers to walk or run together in honor of a loved one who has been affected by cancer. It’s a meaningful way to celebrate survivors, remember those we love, and come together as a community of support.
