The 2026 5 Towns 5K Run/Walk for Israel presented by The Israel Chesed Center      The run/walk will be presented by the Israel Chesed Center. It's been fun to offer our returners new courses and formats which have highlighted different parts of Ithaca and its surrounding communities. And, first timers, what hopefully will be another day running one of the most beautiful and finest half marathons in the Country. 2025 will be no different. Here's what we're planning: We'll again start stage from Trumansburg High School, with a Start line on South St. From South St, runners will take a left onto Main St to start a weave through downtown Trumansburg's rolling before beginning to head for Ithaca. They'll pass through the upper tip of Taughannock Falls State Park before reaching the head of the Black Diamond Rail Trail. From there it'll be a steady descent along the hard packed gravel surface to arrive back in Ithaca. Once you emerge it'll be a, hopefully, fast final mile, running north along the Cayuga Lake for a finish in Cass Park. Note: Course configuration may change. 2026 Course Format / Highl

RHSC's Super Hear-O 5K & Family Fun Run For the past two years, over 200 families gathered on a beautiful Sunday morning in June, many wearing superhero costumes, and ran, walked, rolled and strolled for a really great cause. They came out for Rochester Hearing & Speech Center’s annual Super Hear-O 5K, an event to celebrate the superheroes making a difference in the lives of individuals with hearing health needs and children with developmental disabilities served through our nonprofit mission of “Communication for Life.” At RHSC, we provide both hearing health testing and treatment for individuals of all ages, but we also provide Early Intervention and Preschool Developmental Services to our youngest and most vulnerable children, many of whom are currently on the waitlist for Early Intervention services in Monroe County. Since 2015, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation’s Tower Climb NYC has been held at One World Observatory, One World Trade Center in New York City. 1,250 participants climb 104 stories, symbolizing strength, hope, and the resiliency of the American spirit. The event celebrates the life and sacrifice of all 9/11 heroes, including FDNY firefighter Stephen Siller and FDNY Captain Billy Burke. On September 11, 2001, Stephen Siller, a FDNY firefighter assigned to Brooklyn’s Squad 1, had just finished his shift and was on his way to play golf with his brothers. He suddenly got word over his scanner that an airplane had hit the North Tower of the World Trade Center. Stephen drove his truck to the entrance of the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, strapped 60 lbs. of gear to his back, and raced on foot through the tunnel to the Twin Towers. There, he gave up his life while saving others. Captain William F. Burke, Jr. and his men were on the 27th floor of the North Tower when the South Tower collapsed. Billy

Welcome to the Keuka Lake Triathlon!!! The race has grown to be one of the largest in the Finger Lakes Region. Originally based in Penn Yan, the event moved down the shore to Keuka College in 2005. Our hosts have provided a beautiful setting right on campus. The post race dining experience goes far beyond the typical, offering an indoor buffet style lunch with a large menu selection. We are excited to announce the 2026 Steve Olsen Run for Rogosin In Person Event on Sunday, June 7, 2026, 9:00AM at Hudson River Park, Pier 62, NYC. Proceeds from the 5K run/walk will benefit the Rogosin Institute's kidney treatment and research programs. This will be our 17th year hosting the event, and it has raised over $2M to date, thanks to the generosity of people like you! The Queen of Prussia 10K is an all-women's, high-quality running event on June 7, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.  The race will begin and end at King of Prussia's Town Center, where outdoor shopping, dining, and now running meet.  We are excited to continue offering both a 10K and 5K option. Moosic Borough is thrilled to announce the second annual Move with Moosic 5k Run/Walk is scheduled for June 7, 2026 with a 9AM start time. The race will begin at  the Moosic Youth Center, wind down Main Street and Minooka Avenue to Felter Field, pass by the Moosic High Alumni Memorial and Edmond Piaski Park on Elm Street, travel up Spring Street to Mary Ann Nawrocki Park, and loop back around to end with a celebration back at the Moosic Youth Center.  New this year we have added a 1/4 mile kids fun run.  Children ages 10 and under are welcomed to sign up for this free event which will follow the 5k. The North Jersey Pride Run is a 5K and Kids Race in South Orange, NJ that brings our community together and raises funds for North Jersey Pride, Inc. The American Cancer Society is the only organization in the world to be able to shut down the world’s busiest bridge to host this one-of-a-kind bucket list race. With 5k and 10k walk or run options, the sights of this run are breathtaking, and you'll be making your miles more meaningful with funds being donated to the American Cancer Society!

This year's event will offer something for everyone! Our goal is to raise money to find a cure for HHT (Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia), also known as Osler-Weber-Rendu Syndrome, HHT is an inherited disease that leads to malformed blood vessels in multiple organs of the body and typically begins with nosebleeds during childhood. HHT can result in serious health problems if not promptly diagnosed and treated. Our mission is to find a cure for HHT while saving the lives and improving the well-being of individuals and families affected by HHT.  Followed by announcements/welcoming, we start off with a picturesque kayak/SUP tour circling the main island of Gibraltar for a 2.8k (roughly 30 minutes) paddle throughout the Lake Erie waterfront and canal-front residential areas prior to the 5k run/walk. The 2026 TEF Tenafly 5K Run and Dog Walk on June 7, 2026 Join us as we celebrate the 28th TEF Tenafly 5K Run & Dog Walk on Sunday, June 7, 2026.   This USATF-sanctioned 5K Run has become one of the largest road races in North Jersey, drawing more than 1,500 runners of all ages and abilities.  After the runners leave the starting line, more than 100 dogs - with their owners - follow them along the same 5K course.  But that, of course, is only some of what makes our race special.  We have family-friendly events for everyone - including a 1-mile Fun Run for runners of all ages and abilities, our Tiger Cub runs for the 6-and-under crowd, and inflatable bounce houses to entertain kids of all ages!  All registered participants receive a t-shirt*, a goodie-filled tote bag and great swag* and all finishers receive a medal!  In addition, we invite you to visit our Family Health & Fitness Fair to meet our sponsors, share some snacks and drinks and get your face painted.  Our eager volunt

Moosic Borough is thrilled to announce the second annual Move with Moosic 5k Run/Walk is scheduled for June 7, 2026 with a 9AM start time. The race will begin at  the Moosic Youth Center, wind down Main Street and Minooka Avenue to Felter Field, pass by the Moosic High Alumni Memorial and Edmond Piaski Park on Elm Street, travel up Spring Street to Mary Ann Nawrocki Park, and loop back around to end with a celebration back at the Moosic Youth Center.  New this year we have added a 1/4 mile kids fun run.  Children ages 10 and under are welcomed to sign up for this free event which will follow the 5k. This years event will kick off the summer in our community and all proceeds will be used to reimagine and rejuvenate our green spaces in Moosic Borough. A SPECIAL THOUGHT Kenny Dolan was alive for a brief 23 years.  Yet in that time, he not only brought a tremendous amount of joy to a great number of people, but more importantly, he taught them how to laugh, love and have fun. Tragically, on March 14, 1990 Kenny passed away as a result of an automobile accident.  The Kenny Dolan Memorial Fund at Iona University has been established from this race to assist a student in need of financial support for his or her education. It is in this spirit that Kenny will be remembered. Date: Sunday, June 7th, 2026 at 8:00am Join us for TRI the PARK at Bedford Hills Memorial Park, a youth triathlon designed for fun, challenge, and community spirit! Participants will compete in a POOL swim, followed by a park bike and run. Whether your athlete is tackling the long course or giving the short course a go, it’s a great way to race into summer. The entire race should take athletes anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes as it is a beginner course, and each participant will receive a finisher’s medal! Long Course: 100m swim, 2mi bike, 0.50mi run Short Course: 50m swim, 1mi bike, 0.25mi run Participants can compete in either distance race and must be between the ages of 6-16. Register by noon on May 10th to guarantee your event T-shirt! After that, shirts will be available on a first come, first served basis while supplies last. Registration closes on May 31st.

The Lilac Festival 5k run/walk is a great event for all.  Nice flat course for speedsters or walkers.  The only race in America where every finisher gets a lilac seedling! The Lilac Festival is a chance for families to come out and do something fun, as a hometown, family-friendly event. The fun begins on Friday June 5 and continues all weekend.  Saturday the festival gets into full swing with the parade at 11 a.m. Other events on Saturday include a car show, and a great juggling act. The Greenfield Glide runs through a hilly Schenley Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The race begins and ends at the turn-around on Overlook Drive by the Oval Park Shelter, after taking a running tour of the beautiful trails of Schenley Park through the majority of the course. Presented by the City of Pittsburgh Office of Special Events in partnership with the Greenfield Community Association.

To get this year's shirt you must be registered by May 21st. Then entries will receive shirts from the past races and some extra 2026 shirts. There is no dates on the shirts by the way.  Race is located at the McDanel's Boat Launch at Moraine State park,  McDanels Road, Portersville,Pa. 16051.  Proceeds go to (PACFI) Pennsylvania Cystic Fibrosis Inc.  The race is entirely on the paved bike path with a out and back course.  Packet pickup starts at 7:00 am up till you start. Half marathon starting time is 8:30 am The 5k starting time is 9:00 am.   There are 3 water stops on the course for the half marathon. One at the 5k turn around ( 1.55 miles in ) , Half Marathon turn around 6.55 miles in , and once again at the 5k turn around 11.55 miles in.  There is bathrooms at the start/finish line area and one out on the course near mile 5.
