This high-energy 5K team challenge puts three-person teams head-to-head in timed competition where strength, wit, and teamwork matter as much as speed. Teams race in multiple competitive heats, completing 3 laps around the 1.05 mile course. At the end of every lap, teams face a physical or mental challenge that must be completed before moving on. Push through fatigue. Rely on your teammates. Stay sharp under pressure. Every decision, every rep, every step counts. The Utah Run for CDH race is back! This event is for everyone! Whether it’s a training run, your Saturday morning exercise, or your goal to run a race, bring your family and friends to participate while raising awareness and making a difference for a baby born with CDH! Outdoor yoga on a weekend morning by the river is just what the yogi ordered! Become one with nature while you work on your flexibility and core strength. Yoga is for everybody and every body, not just the super flexible. The class led by Align Yoga, Rocks, and Reiki is a mixed-level flow and great for beginner to advanced practitioners, but we do ask that you have taken at least a class or two before showing up! Join us for the SIXTH ANNUAL MINDY MOSES 5K MEMORIAL FUN RUN on May 16, 2026 at Clark Park in Bellville.  The 5K Memorial Fun Run is a timed race and will begin at 8am.  Awards will be provided to winners,   T-shirts will also be provided to runners registered by May 2nd.  A limited number of t-shirts and merchandise will be available at the run for purchase.  The cost for the 5K is $30.  All profits generated from the race, after expenses, will go into the Mindy Moses Memorial Fund.  This fund was set up to help support kids and community events in Memory of Mindy.

The racecourse for the Best 5K on the Brazos is a flat and scenic course that runs along the Brazos River from Indian Spring Park. Take this opportunity to possibly set a personal record for the 5K. This is the target race for the Waco Women's Training Program. So, please come out and support them as this will be the first 5K race for many of them. All three races are on Sunday morning and are a part of Appalachian Trail Days Festival in beautiful Damascus, Virginia. Choose from either the half marathon or 5K, which offer some of the best views in Rhode Island, including scenic views of Narragansett Bay and the iconic Providence skyline along the East Bay Bike Path. Both USATF-certified courses conveniently start and finish at Pierce Memorial Stadium in East Providence, RI. The Rhode Island Half Marathon will be capped at 2,000 participants. Come out and run this free mile on the track at Harding Academy. The event will take place on Sunday, May 17th, and will start sometime between 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm. We will run heats based on your estimated mile time. We will wait to see how many people are signed up to determine how many heats we will need.  This will be in conjunction with the MRTC KIDS! Run graduation which starts at 2 pm.  We will also be having a cookout so come out, see how fast you can run a mile on the track, and then get something hot off the grill.
