A day of wellness celebration at the Jimmy Graves Community Track to benefit Sunday Strong. Events will include a one hour walk-a-thon, a hybrid fitness competition, and an afternoon of track running events for all ages. Sunday Strong’s mission is to increase physical activity in adults with intellectual disabilities by partnering with fitness providers to host weekly group exercise classes at no cost to our athletes.
