Girls on the Run and STRIDE are innovative health education and wellness programs, combining the power of running with life-changing self esteem and character-enhancing lessons. These lessons encourage healthy habits and active lifestyles in young boys and girls. Many in our community are unable to afford access to this life-changing program. That's where you come in! All proceeds from the EmergeOrtho 5K go towards helping provide scholarships for these participants. Over 40% of our Girls on the Run & STRIDE participants utilize financial assistance and we couldn't support these families without your help! Come Run Like It's Recess at this fun filled, inter-generational family event, benefiting ALL CHUH Schools. Run or walk the 5K course that loops through the heart of beautiful Cleveland Heights.  Stay around after the race for refreshments, entertainment, and the Kid’s Fun Run around the High School track.  Online registration is $30 for adults, $20 for children (14 yrs and younger) and Kids' Fun Run is free. Please join us this year for our 14th annual running of the Race for Case. Race for Case is a community-oriented event benefiting all students of Case CLC. Profits from the event have helped us build our permanent greenhouse on school grounds and fund a set of digital microscopes, a VR system, and school events. RACE INFO: Join us Saturday, May 16 at 7 am for the Guernsey County Crossroads Marathon. This is a continuation of our Spring Race that has taken place since 2018, but now it has a new name and a new race, the inaugural Crossroads Marathon. This event is meant to showcase historic downtown Cambridge, Ohio and The Great Guernsey Trail and will consist of a marathon, a half-marathon and a 5k distance. This will be Chip timed race with timing services provided by Muskingum Multisports. May We Grow Old" 5K run/walk to celebrate Older Ohioans Month! All proceeds from this race will be used to serve older adults in Clermont County through services like Transportation, Lifelong Learning, Meals on Wheels, Adult Protective Services, and many more! This day will be a celebration of growing older and gathering in community to support one another. The race will be at Sycamore Park in Batavia, with the 5K portion mostly on trails. The “Boots on The Ground” race consists of a 5k family-oriented, pet-friendly, fun walk or run, as well as a more demanding 10k run (twice around the 5k course) starting at 9:00 AM with an Honor Guard Salute. 21st Annual Dolphin Dash 5K   This is our 21st Annual Dolphin Dash, in which we are raising money for Abby's Legacy Foundation. Abby’s Legacy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports childhood cancer patients through research, care, and love. All money raised from our Winter Carnival, Casholas, and this race will go to this charity.   You may both register and pay for the race on this page. All registrations include a T-shirt designed by an Ocean Lakes student along with a race bag. The cost of the race will be $35, and on race day will increase to $40 (and you will fill out a paper registration form). When & Where: The 5k run starts at 9:00 am at the Warren County Health & Human Services Complex (the former 15th Street School; same location as in previous years!) inFront Royal, Virginia. Course: A measured 5k (3.1 mile) route on paved roads through the northwestern part of Front Royal and the grounds of Randolph-Macon Academy. The 7th Annual Zen Squirrel Trail Run is where it all started for Roadless Races in 2019, and it's BACK!  Offering 2 mile, 5 mile, and 10 mile distance options, this race brings together trail runners for fun, challenge, and healthy competition.  Runners will be treated to some awesome courses that include a mixture of smooth and flowing dirt trails, rock and root strewn single-track, and challenging hill climbs.  After finishing the race, enjoy post-race food, great music, a free kids race, and an awards ceremony with fun contests and lots of giveaways.   Sprawling over 900 acres and located on the south side of Chapel Hill, NC, Briar Chapel is a green community that boasts a vast network of forested hiking and mountain biking trails.  In addition to 20+ miles of fantastic trails at Briar Chapel, centrally located Great Meadow Park, with its beautiful lawn, stage, and pavilion, offers a perfect setting area to start and finish a race.

Miles for Messiah 5K & Breakfast is our annual event that benefits the youth programs at our church. The 5K course starts near PVCC and finishes at the Family Life Center where a delicious breakfast will be served to all runners. Breakfast plates are also available for any spectators for a small fee &/or donation. The race course is a figure 9 with a loop off of Doggett Road and small inclines. Treetop Adventures and North Carolina Boys Academy are hosting a MAD DASH Challenge (300m swim, obstacle course & 5k) and Fun Run on May 17, 2025. All ages are welcomed to participate in this family-friendly event. Treetop Adventures is an outdoor adventure park situated on Lake Hickory in Conover, NC. Course offerings include tree-lined challenges for both adults and children.Treetops is partnering with the North Carolina Boys Academy to help families thrive. Join us for the 12th Annual Amanda's 5K Race/Roll to help benefit Amanda Bissette Batchelor with her medical care. Chip timing provided by Run the East LLC. Race will take place rain or shine. For your safety, the use of headphones during the race is discouraged. Bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, or rollerblades will not be permitted on the course. Strollers will be permitted, but the for the safety of the other participants, we ask that you begin the race at the back of the group. Registration cost is $30; day of registration is $35 T-shirts included if registered by April 10th.  No extra t-shirts will be ordered after this date. To be guaranteed a shirt, you must register prior to April 10th.  Race day registration/pickup will be held from 6:45-7:30 AM. Water will be provided on site.

On Saturday, May 16, 2026, the Rotary Club of Rocky Mount is hosting the annual TACKLE THE TAR 5K Obstacle Course Race & Family Fun Day at the Rocky Mount Sports Complex.  Our first heat begins with our Kid’s 1-mile fun run at 8:45 A.M. and festivities will continue until noon.   All proceeds from this event go directly to the funding of college scholarships for deserving students in the Rocky Mount Area.  Since 2016, thanks to you, we have raised and awarded over $510,000 in scholarships to youth in our community.  Thank you for making such a difference in the lives of so many! Tackle the Tar is a 5K Obstacle Course Race that begins at the Rocky Mount Sports complex and courses through historic Battle Park and the E.B. Grain Company property.  It comes complete with a MUD PIT and 20+ OBSTACLES to overcome.  All racers will receive: T-shirt, medal, one free beer (if over 21), and goodie bag.
