Just a Pair of Shoes Run/Walk 5K to Empower Kids

Come join us on Saturday, May 9th 2026 for Just a Pair of Shoes' 4th Annual 5K run or walk to spread awareness and raise money for kids in the Dayton area.  Runner check in and day-of registration will begin at 9:30AM and conclude at 10:45AM. The check-in will be inside Southern Ohio Brewery. 100% of race proceeds will impact kids in the local area. The course is on the Beavercreek bike path. Top male and female runners will receive a custom one of a kind trophy in each age group. The crew at Wolf Pack Adventures is excited to bring you this unique event along the beautiful Little Miami River. Run as many 5K loops as you can in 6 hours at John Bryan State Park! Complete at least four loops to officially complete the race. You do not need to run for 6 hours. You can run for as long as it takes you to run four loops. Cavanal Killer 8k

We are two Delaware Occupational and Speech Therapists who are planning the 3rd Annual Stroke Awareness 5k Run/Walk event. The 6th Annual PARC/RCRC 5K Run/Walk is not a race, more so an activity that includes fun “challenges” and business stops along the route. Think walkathon/fun run meets Amazing Race.
