Strasburg Mayfest 5K – Benefiting Abigail's JourneyThe Strasburg Mayfest Committee, in collaboration with the Town of Strasburg, is proud to host this year’s Mayfest 5K to benefit Abigail's Journey. Abigail is a courageous 3-year-old girl with complex medical needs who has faced big challenges from birth. Her journey includes ongoing care, therapies, and out-of-state medical treatment, including an upcoming airway reconstruction surgery in Boston on April 6. Join us for the 5th Annual Race to Space on May 9, 2026, on Linfield University's Wellness Trail. This is a timed race with 12, 8, 6, 3, and 1-hour options, and an alternate 4-loop relay for teams of 2-4 participants. NEW this year is the Bingo Run! For each lap, runners draw a number. Once you have pulled the three numbers that match what appears on your bib, you have finished the race. Choose from 10, 20, or 30-number races, with the option to continue running after your bingo card is filled.  Base Camp is located at the start/finish of our approximately 1.5-mile loop trail course, located at 57 Keck Drive, McMinnville, OR.  Profits from the event go to charity.   Sign up before December 31 to get the best pricing.   Find Your Why Our event provides runners and walkers with many options because people have different goals and fitness levels. Our 2026 Spring 5k, which will be held at in downtown Rossford, OH on May 9th. It is the culmination of our Girls on the Run of Northwest Ohio Spring season. All of our participants will be competing in the 5k along with their family and friends. The community is encouraged to join in the fun as well!

The North Lake Physical Therapy Gator Grinder Triathlon is an excellent introduction for the first-time triathlete, as well as a great early season event for the experienced racer.  All proceeds support the Canby Gators Swim Club.  Thank you for your support. Swim 500-yard (20 lengths, 10 laps) pool swim in a 6-lane, 25-yard pool, with up to 4 swimmers per lane. There will be volunteer lap counters. Drafting is permitted. The swim will be seeded by 500-yard swim-time submissions. Heat assignments will be e-mailed by the Thursday before the race. The first heat will be in the water at 7:30 a.m. Check-in at least one hour before your start. Bike The one-loop 12-mile bike course is over the beautiful rolling country roads that surround Canby. A bike helmet is mandatory. Drafting is not legal. The Capitol City Crit is a closed-course criterium set against the iconic backdrop of the North Dakota State Capitol Grounds. Known for its fast corners and spectator-friendly layout, this event challenges racers to combine speed, tactics, and endurance in a tight, thrilling loop through the heart of Bismarck.   We’re keeping the extended 1.2-mile lap distance — offering racers more chances for attacks, strategy, and recovery. All races will run counter-clockwise, with the start/finish line located near the State Library on the east side of the course. Each race begins with a half-lap lead-in paced by an official.

Join us for the 6th annual Crystal Coast Indoor Triathlon! This is an indoor triathlon at The "GYM" Cape Carteret Aquatic & Wellness. This triathlon is for fun - every participant is a winner! The Triathlon consists of a 20-minute swim in our indoor pool, followed by a 20-minute indoor cycle class, and finally a 20-minute run on our Cybex Treadmills. Join us for the memory walk in Downtown Newark. This walk is to bring awareness to those that have died due to substance use disorder, those that are still struggling and our unsheltered population.  Feel free to bring a sign to carry on this walk or a pair of shoes that you would like to carry to represent your loved one. Ohio CAN/Newark Homeless Outreach strives to educate, embrace and empower those whose lives are affected by substance use disorder and their families. Join us for the 2nd Revel Run 5K! It is a cross country style 5K on the beautiful grounds of Revel Run in Chelsea, Michigan. All proceeds from the race will help support the Chelsea Track & Field Teams. After the discontinuation of the long-running Chelsea Heart and Sole race and the Run for the Rolls & Robin Run events, our Chelsea community is in desperate need of an annual event for our active members. The Sheyenne High School Track & Field Team is proud to host the 10th Annual Greg Grooters Memorial Run on the streets of West Fargo on Saturday, May 9, 2026.Greg Grooters passed away in 2016 after battling cancer. He was a dedicated teacher, coach, and administrator within West Fargo Public Schools. As the first principal of Sheyenne High School, Greg took great pride in establishing the school and building traditions that continue to shape its culture today.Greg was also an avid runner and passionate supporter of track and cross country. He participated in countless road races and coached the West Fargo and Moorhead High School track and cross country teams to State Championships. Deer Dash 5K is a chip-timed 5K race through the beautiful Summerfield neighborhood of Lake Linganore starting and finishing at Deer Crossing Elementary school. The Fun Run is a non-timed event that takes place on the recess grounds of Deer Crossing Elementary, behind the school. Produced by the Deer Crossing Elementary PTA, this event is an annual event loved by all that brings our community together around healthy habits and movement and raises money for school improvements and programs that support the staff and children at DCES.
