Clocktower is back for year 6!!!! This is a fast out and back course that will start at Coventry High School, take you down Portage Lakes Drive, almost to the Clocktower, a quick jaunt through a neighborhood, and then back down to the high school. There will be prizes, awards, awesome medals, and most importantly; FUN!!! This race supports the Coventry Cross Country Team and the proceeds from this race will help send them to XC camp this summer and will buy them new shoes and spikes this fall! We will have a fastest stroller and fastest dog category!!! We will also host a 1 mile fun run on the road immediately following the 5k.

Westbrook Health Services is proud to host the annual Mothers Day 5K back to Belpre Ohio. We are excited to include a traditional 5K walk/run race, a children's race plus we will be hosting our Pump-N-Run event. Join us for a 5k in Bush's Pasture Park. The event will start over by the softball field. Parking is available near Yew and Lefelle Streets.  The course take place on hard and soft trails. This will be the first running of the “Licensed to Fly” 5k. The proceeds this year will benefit The Coats Lions Club.  This course will begin and end near the mural in Downtown Coats.  The race is scheduled for Saturday May 9, 2026. The race will start at 8:00 a.m. and will be chip timed. Medals will be presented to the top 3 overall female and male.  Age group medals will be given to females and males based on USAT&F 10 year groupings: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up. Join us for the 8th Annual Tomato Trot! This community run/walk benefits local organizations making a difference in the Susquehanna Valley. Our drop-in center on Sullivant Avenue continues to provide support for these women, many of whom are mothers, regardless of their custody status. Both the 5k and 25k courses span our cross-country trails, providing a beautiful and scenic run with varying levels of difficulty. Overnight lodging is available leading up to the event. Due to our non-profit status, all proceeds from the race will go back into the Outdoor Center operations, including trail maintenance and equipment purchases. Throughout the fall, winter, and spring, we offer a great place for outdoor recreation for individuals or the whole family. In addition to trail running, some activities include hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, boating, fishing, and ice skating. Welcome to the 10th annual Phelps Luck 5K and Fun Run sponsored by the Phelps Luck PTA! Through advocacy, events and fundraising, the PTA strives to provide the support our students, families and staff need to make our PLES community the best it can be for our children to learn and grow. This year’s race will be held at Long Reach High School. 5K participants will run on the Long Reach High School cross country course (combination of grass and pavement). Fun Run participants will challenge themselves to complete as many laps as they can in 20 minutes. The Fun Run race will be run on grass. The Lemont Quarryman Challenge 5K and 10-mile race offers runners a challenging course in Lemont's unique, scenic and small town setting.  The 5K and 10-mile race start and finish in historic downtown Lemont and wind through the hilly neighborhoods of Lemont. **Must be registered by April 25th to be guaranteed a race shirt.**

The Sterling Police Department is hosting our 4th annual Run For the Badge 5K. This is a FREE event but donations will be accepted at the door for C.O.P.S. (Concerns Of Police Survivors). The event will begin and end at the Sterling Township Building located at 505 W. Lynn Blvd in Sterling. Strollers and well-mannered dogs are welcome. Urbandale Middle School is hosting the 4th Annual Urbandale Color Run on May 9, 2026.  Registration starts at 9AM, Race begins at 10AM!  There will be an two routes available, a 3.5K, and a 5K!  Come join us, and get colorful!

Explore the Cap Sauers Holding Nature Preserve - the largest tract of undeveloped land in Cook County, IL. This race will cover every inch of maintained trail within the Nature Preserve. With over 1000 ft of elevation, this marathon is mountainous by Chicago standards! The course uses the Sag Valley Trail system, covering the Yellow, Green, Blue & Tan trails. What is the Sangamon Cycling Series? The Sangamon Cycling Series (SCS) is a four-month training program designed to help cyclists build fitness over the summer and connect with other cyclists. The program is organized by the Springfield Bicycle Club. Your registration includes entry into four supported rides starting at various locations in the Sangamon County, Illinois area. Each ride features different distances ranging from 25 miles to 100 miles. It's your choice which distance to ride. Back for a 12th year, the 2026 Starved Rock Country Marathon and Half Marathon, 5K and now 10K  have become the "must do" events of the running community in central Illinois. The Marathon course will again encompass the scenery of the Illinois River, the neighborhoods of Ottawa, and the rolling landscapes in and around Starved Rock State Park. Runners will be inspired by the scenery of rolling country hills and natural rock formations tucked into heavily wooded areas created by the Illinois River thousands of years ago. This record eligible marathon course has 16 aide stations with Gatorade at each station and we plan to stock one station for the half and two for the marathon with GU. Runners participating in the Half Marathon, which starts in the heart of Starved Rock State Park, will experience the neighborhoods of Ottawa in addition to wooded scenery and sites along the Illinois River. Panther Prowl 5KWelcome to the 3rd annual Panther Prowl 5K.  We invite you to spend your morning running or walking through the neighborhoods of Holliston with family and friends.  All profit will be going to the nonprofit organization: American Cancer Society. Route: Start/Finish at Holliston High School. Out of the parking lot, left onto Hollis St., left onto Highland St. and quick right onto Prentice St. Right on to Mill St., stay left onto North Mill St., left onto Hargrave and continue onto Bonney, left onto Prentice St. back to high school (first left back to Start Line). Course has some rolling hills and plenty of flat roads! Bib pick-up will be the morning of the race starting at 7:30 a.m. Race is 9 a.m. 5k Start time is 10:00.  Price is $30 until May 8th then increase to $40 day of event.  Student 6th grade thru 12th $15 and increase to $25 day of race, price will reflect discount at checkout. Saturday In The Park is a 5K race and 1 mile Fun Run open to the public and is sponsored by Run4Fun. The 5K course is through the lovely Independence Riverside Park and adjoining street while the fun run is within the park complex. There will be finisher medals and snacks at the finish line. Top finishers will be recognized.     We welcome runners of all ages! Between the 5K and fun run, our event includes a fifty yard Tot-trot for children 5 and under.  No registration is required for the Tot-trot. Each tot receives a medal for finishing.
