This fun, family-friendly event invites participants of all ages and abilities to choose between a 5K walk/run or a 1-mile walk/run, making it easy for everyone to get involved. It’s the perfect opportunity to bring your family and friends together for a great cause. Enjoy a lively morning filled with games, face painting, food trucks, and more, all while showing your support for the lupus community. Hope in Motion 5K is a community walk/run benefiting HOPE Community Services, Inc., a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality mental health and substance use services. Funds raised through Hope in Motion directly support client care, helping HOPE continue to serve individuals and families regardless of their ability to pay. As a CCBHC, HOPE provides comprehensive, integrated services including mental health treatment, substance use support, crisis services, care coordination, and recovery-focused programs that meet people where they are. This 5K is a race for all fitness levels. The course is mainly flat with a long slow rise in the middle. Come and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Finger Lakes Region. The Bath Kiwanis is a service organization sponsoring this race that has served the community for over 65-years. ALL proceeds from the race will go back to the Bath area through a variety of youth projects, senior citizen events and community needs.

The Cause The proceeds from this race will contribute to a scholarship fund in honor of Cpl. William B. Fulks and support this local Marine Corps League Detachment in its pursuit to serve veterans of our community. This trail event is an annual tribute to this local hero who was assigned to the 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C.   On May 1, 2006, Cpl. Fulks was wounded while conducting combat operations in Anbar Province, Iraq by an improvised explosive device (IED) which detonated beneath his Humvee near Fallujah.  The blast inflicted second and third degree burns along with internal injuries. Cpl. The Dawn To Dusk To Dawn Track Ultras are run on Academy Park’s Knight Track located at Academy Park High School, 300 Calcon Hook Road, Sharon Hill, PA, 19079.  It is a USATF certified 400M all purpose track (USATF cert # PA18001BW).  USATF 2026 Sanction is pending. Water, a sports drink, and snacks will be provided trackside.  Limited kitchen facility available at this time, so bring you own food.  We will have a menu later.  This is a CUPLESS RACE. Bring reusable cups, bottles, pack, or whatever else to manage your hydration. Port-a-Johns will be available trackside. D3 will have the IAU's BRONZE LABEL! A new running off-road race on the Adirondack Rail Trail. Day before Mother's Day, Saturday May 9, 2026 starting at 1130a.  Out and Back event starting and,  finishing  at Bike Lake Placid (455 Old Military Rd).  Fun at the finish will allow everyone to enjoy a post-race celebration including food, drink, music and awards. Bellmore Junior Girl Scout Troop #933 invites you to join them in the inaugural "Log Off and Lace Up One-Mile Fun Walk and Run"! Meet us at Randy Lane Park in South Bellmore for a fun morning on Screen Free Saturday!  (Saturday, May 9th). Warren County Parks and Recreation is hosting the 3rd Annual P.A.C.E. Marathon and Half Marathon in 2026! PACE stands for Parks and Community Events, and the goal of this race is to have people experience these two communities. This year's race will feature the communities of Smiths Grove and Oakland, a truly beautiful section of Warren County, KY. The Sheyenne High School Track & Field Team is proud to host the 10th Annual Greg Grooters Memorial Run on the streets of West Fargo on Saturday, May 9, 2026.Greg Grooters passed away in 2016 after battling cancer. He was a dedicated teacher, coach, and administrator within West Fargo Public Schools. As the first principal of Sheyenne High School, Greg took great pride in establishing the school and building traditions that continue to shape its culture today.Greg was also an avid runner and passionate supporter of track and cross country. He participated in countless road races and coached the West Fargo and Moorhead High School track and cross country teams to State Championships. THE HANOVER EDUCATION FOUNDATION 5K AND ONE-MILE FUN-WALK TIME: Check in starts at 7:00 am for pre-registrants. 8:30am is the official 5K race start time.  The Fun Walk begins at 8:15am. PLACE: Race begins at Whippany Park High School. Address is 165 Whippany Road, Whippany, NJ 07981. Parking is available in the parking lots at Whippany Park High School and surrounding streets. Refreshments and music will be provided before and after the race. 5K COURSE: The 5K Run for Health is a sanctioned USATF course (3.1 miles) through the neighboring areas. There will be water stations and timers along the route. 5K FEE: $35.00 single adult or $25.00 child pre-registration fee. Join us at Madison Elementary on May 9th for our 9th annual Stars & Spikes 5k event! This year we are time traveling back to the 1980's for our race theme with our race apparel centering around the neon colors of the decade. Explore the Cap Sauers Holding Nature Preserve - the largest tract of undeveloped land in Cook County, IL. This race will cover every inch of maintained trail within the Nature Preserve. With over 1000 ft of elevation, this marathon is mountainous by Chicago standards! The course uses the Sag Valley Trail system, covering the Yellow, Green, Blue & Tan trails. What is the Sangamon Cycling Series? The Sangamon Cycling Series (SCS) is a four-month training program designed to help cyclists build fitness over the summer and connect with other cyclists. The program is organized by the Springfield Bicycle Club. Your registration includes entry into four supported rides starting at various locations in the Sangamon County, Illinois area. Each ride features different distances ranging from 25 miles to 100 miles. It's your choice which distance to ride. Back for a 12th year, the 2026 Starved Rock Country Marathon and Half Marathon, 5K and now 10K  have become the "must do" events of the running community in central Illinois. The Marathon course will again encompass the scenery of the Illinois River, the neighborhoods of Ottawa, and the rolling landscapes in and around Starved Rock State Park. Runners will be inspired by the scenery of rolling country hills and natural rock formations tucked into heavily wooded areas created by the Illinois River thousands of years ago. This record eligible marathon course has 16 aide stations with Gatorade at each station and we plan to stock one station for the half and two for the marathon with GU. Runners participating in the Half Marathon, which starts in the heart of Starved Rock State Park, will experience the neighborhoods of Ottawa in addition to wooded scenery and sites along the Illinois River.
