Run in the Park--Highland Park 5K

Join us for the 16th annual Highland Park NJ "Run in the Park" 5k race & Kids' Races on Sunday, May 3rd! Come take a run, walk, or stroll through the downtown and beautiful neighborhoods of Highland Park NJ for a great cause. Race proceeds to benefit the Highland Park Public Schools PTOs. The course, closed to traffic during the race, starts on North 5th Ave by the high school and then heads downhill towards New Brunswick for a fast first mile. The race then winds its way through the historic streets of Highland Park before finishing on the high school track at the Municipal Recreation Complex. Medved Madness Trail Races

The Madness Will Consist of Two Separate Races. The Long Course will be roughly 13 miles. There is an early start option for the Long Course. Who We Are: Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Fourth Annual Race for Raymond

Chase the Shadow is a free, untimed fun run/walk/roll that is open to participants of all fitness levels.      How does is work? The rules are pretty simple. Just finish the 5k route before The Shadow. Participants will follow a bicycle lead on a route that follows the Fort Wayne Trails network.
