FOX TROT is our little town’s Big 5K run and for the kiddos we have a 1 Mile Fun Run! This will be the 32nd Annual Caddo Mills Fox Trot. Don't forget; we are a USATF Certified 5K route. For any road running performance to be accepted as a record or be nationally ranked, it must be run on a USATF-certified course. We’re thrilled to announce our third annual MCAP Heroes on the Run 5K and 1-Mile Fun Walk, taking place at Norristown Farm Park on Saturday, May 2, 2026. We’re expecting more than 200 runners and walkers for this family-friendly event, which will feature breakfast, face painting, giveaway music, and more! For the past 22 years, MCAP has been a lifeline for more than 11,600 children impacted by abuse, neglect, and trafficking maintaining a 100% acceptance rate so that every child referred to us receives representation. J's Run for Pancreatic Cancer

We are family and pet friendly 5K at Saylor Park, Coplay PA. On Saturday May 2, 2026 we will host our second Tri My Way Adaptive Adult Triathlon! This race is designed for neurodivergent adults ages 19+. This is a swim/bike/run event for adults (19+) with developmental disabilities including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, global delays, etc. ALL abilities welcome, including those that may require the use of flotation devices, adaptive bikes, walkers, power wheelchairs, and other assistive devices.
