BENEFITSBy participating in the 13th annual Bun Run, you will help support Wesley UMC's foreign and local mission work. Our foreign teams work with and support the Hands Together ministry that builds schools, medical clinics, homes, and community centers for the impoverished people of Northern Mexico. Our local missions are ALLOT which is a store that El Reno teachers can get classroom supplies at no cost; blessing boxes-15 food pantry boxes located throughout El Reno to help the hungry; Dolly Imagination Library Affiliate; we operate a local bookmobile that provides free books to kids at the schools and city events; and have local mission teams to help people in the community with yard cleanup and house repairs. Officer Christopher Reeves Scholarship 5K

Officer Reeves was killed in the line of duty on July 8th 2012, leaving behind his wife, son, family, and many friends. Since 2014 the Millville Police Department has chosen to honor Chris (Superman) in a special way with a scholarship in his name. Warehouse 660 TriFAHL (Tri For A Healthy Life) 2026

TriFAHL is one of the area's only triathlons. This is a short distance triathlon for men and women of all athletic abilities that provides the opportunity to "Tri for a Healthy Life" in a low-key and supportive environment. Since we are a smaller race, you don't have to wake up super early to try to find parking and walk a long distance to the race venue or wait in long lines to start the race. Plus you will be finished and on the road by 11am. First-timers and experienced racers are all welcome! Trail Kids Beginner Mountain Bike Clinics

These clinics are designed for participants ages 7-13 who have no experience riding single track trails (for programming for 13 and older, check out LCW Juniors programs). If you are new to the Trail Kids program, these clinics are highly suggested before taking one of the six-week evening sessions. Mountain bike clinics will be held in open grassy areas with some single track riding. During clinic practices, participants will be instructed by Loppet Trail Kids coaches on a variety of mountain bike skills, so they can become safe and confident riders. All participants must be able to safely ride and operate a bike with gears for shifting and two hand brakes on paved paths prior to attending the Beginner Clinic. Natchez Trace Century Ride

Registration will close at 7:00pm Friday May 1st (or if we reach 1000 participants sooner).   The Natchez Trace Century Ride is quickly becoming the largest spring cycling event in Mississippi. Nearly 1000 cyclists each year jump start their cycling season while discovering our small town charm and hospitality by pedaling on stretches of national scenic byway. This ride starts and ends in Ridgeland and provides an experience for riders of all ages and abilities. With your choice of distances from 8, 25, 50, 62, and 100 miles with mild to moderate elevation, it is a great ride to find your stride and other specialties along the route. DATE: Saturday, May 2, 2026 TIME: Race starts at 9:00 am and the course closes at 11:30 am. DESCRIPTION: The Rage in the Sage Duathlon is at Kiona Vineyards and Winery in Benton City. The race starts with a 2.5 mile run along the gravel and dirt roads that surround the Kiona Vineyards and Winery (44612 N. Sunset Rd; Benton City). The run is totally cross country. The cycle leg (MOUNTAIN BIKES, ONLY...SEE BELOW IN SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR THE GRAVEL BIKE DIVISION) is 10 miles long and takes a few loops via the dirt roads through the Kiona Vineyards and neighboring KS Vineyards, and then takes Artz Road and Sunset Road back to the transition area.
