Our 5th annual, fun, local, hometown 5k race to help "Raise the Bar" for all Springport running athletes. This event will be run entirely in the town of Springport around a 2 lap road and trail course. There will be ample opportunities for spectators to cheer on all the athletes.  We will again start and finish at the Springport Bible Church this year. This change will help make less foot traffic on sidewalk on M-99 in front of the tavern and hopefully give us some more room. Our event is still GROWING!!! The New River Gorge Rim to Rim Race is a running road race from one rim of the New River Gorge, down to the bottom where you'll cross over the New River, then back to the rim of the other side with a short trail section to finish. This bucket list event will provide runners with breathtaking views throughout the course in the adventure sports capital of West Virginia - Fayetteville. This event is hosted by Active Southern West Virginia at Adventures on the Gorge, where racers will finish at the resorts rim side pool to enjoy a catered brunch overlooking the New River Gorge. Join us for the 4th Annual 5k and 1 mile run/walk to raise funds for the Angel of Hope Statue and Memorial Garden! The race begins at the future location of our Angel of Hope Statue and Memorial Garden, in the open lot across the street from St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Teutopolis. Registration begins at 7:00 AM, and the race starts at 8:00 AM. All Children 12 and under can register for $5 - price will change at checkout for these youth registrations. The registration fee for participants 13 and older is $25 until April 25th; the price will then increase to $30. 3/4 MINUS CYKELTUR

The ¾ Minus Cykeltur is a gravel grinder consisting of a 52-mile route on asphalt and gravel roads and a 75-mile route on asphalt, gravel, and some dirt singletrack trail. The 3/4 Minus starts and finishes on Oak Street adjacent to Matchwood Brewing Company and is followed by a party and award ceremony at Matchwood Brewing with food, drink, and live music. It takes place annually on the first Saturday in May. This is a charity event, proceeds of which are donated to Pend O'reille Pedalers and KRFY - Panhandle Community Radio  The 3/4 Minus Cykeltur is the first of three annual events in the Idaho Panhandle Gravel Series. It Is followed by the Monarch Grind on the last Saturday in June and Aether's Traverse on the third Saturday in August. And they’re off! The Wixom Downtown Development Authority (DDA) will host the 10th annual Derby Day races on Saturday, May 2nd at Sibley Square Park located in the heart of downtown Wixom. 5th Annual Recovery Awareness Walk & 5K

Now in its 5th year, our annual Recovery Awareness Walk will be continuing our 5k Walk/Fun Run options!  This event is spearheaded by the Shawano Menominee Resiliency Coalition to help bring awareness and support to those living in and working towards RECOVERY from addiction and mental health struggles in our local communities!  In the first two years, the Recovery Celebration & Awareness Walk was able to help raise funds to open the Shawano Recovery Center and the Greater Shawano area's first Women's Recovery Residence!  In the third year, funds were utilized to open a new recovery center, Rise Wellness, which is in the development phases of hiring an executive director and offering additional activities and programming to our local communities.
