We invite you to join us at our 18th annual North Creek Explorer 5K Run & Walk race which has been a local favorite for many years! It is one of just a few Saturday evening races in the area praised for its great atmosphere with live music and food for all. This race keeps growing with record number of runners, families and friends and we hope to see even more runners on the course this year in support of the Coconut Creek Police Explorer Program. In 2025 we were able to donate $8,000 to the Explorer Program thanks to the support of our community. Wheeler Mission—Bloomington’s Dash 4 Shelter is a timed 5K to benefit programs and services for our guests experiencing homelessness in Bloomington, Monroe County, and South-Central Indiana.

The 2026 Christmas in the Park, sponsored by Chick-fil-A, will be held on December 5, 2026 at Deming Park. This race benefits Clothe a Child with 50% of the proceeds going to the organization. This race includes a 5K run/walk option for adults and youth, and a 1-mile Reindeer Romp for youth. The Reindeer Romp will start at 9:40 a.m. with the 5K starting after that. The deadline to register and receive a t-shirt is Sunday, November 29th at 11:59P. Packet pick up will take place the morning of the race at the Torner Center inside Deming Park. Race Day Awards:Awards will be given; including overall awards, age group awards, and walker awards. Awards are based on 5-year age groups. 2025 Results  2025 Photos This hidden gem takes place the first weekend in December following the single-track dirt trail of the Sycamore Trail along the Des Moines River. Unpredictable winter weather in Iowa has brought rain, snow, and negative temps but has also brought picturesque 50-degree days and some of the fastest dirt trails in the state. This race caters to veteran and new trail runners alike. With rolling single track, vast views of the Des Moines River and ever present wildlife, you don't want to miss your chance at a Des Moines tradition of capping off the racing season. The name NOLAN means "champion" and the 2nd annual Nolan Davidson Champion's Run was established to celebrate Nolan Davidson and the spirit of competition and determination in which he lived his life. On December 7th 2023, Nolan tragically passed away from injuries sustained from a drunk driving accident. Nolan's love for sports and compassion for others left a lasting impact on his school community and the Kansas City youth soccer community. With last year's race proceeds, the Nolan Davidson Foundation was able to donate $30,000 to KC Fusion Soccer Club for youth scholarships, fully fund the Foundry Church’s Club 45 youth group nights for fourth and fifth graders, and donate over 1,000 toys to Children’s Mercy Hospital. This year there's two great ways to enjoy the annual Snowflake Shuffle 5K! About the race: Fast and fun certified course that meanders through St. Joseph, starting and finishing on the campus of the College of Saint Benedict. Or, if you'd rather, a virtual 5K that you can run wherever you are! ​All the fun stuff: Snowflake Shuffle provides one of the coolest long-sleeved race t-shirts in central Minnesota to each finisher. Yule Run Clinton is a combined 5k walk/run and 8k run through Clinton's historic Olde Towne! The race dashes and dances from Jefferson Street to Clinton Boulevard, which takes runners through the route of the annual city-wide Christmas parade. This year's run begins at 7:00am, but we hope not to see anyone running as frantically as gingerbread men! ROCHESTER UGLY SWEATER 5K December 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM   Join us for the 9th Annual Rochester Ugly Sweater 5K in Webster, NY (New Location) on Saturday December 5, 2026. The Rochester Ugly Sweater 5K will take place at North Ponds Park (aka Charles E. Sexton Park). All runners participating in this years Ugly Sweater 5K  will receive a custom Ugly Sweater 5K long sleeve shirt (same shirt for either Team Santa or Team Grinch) and of course a finisher medal. New for 2026, we have added the 5K Yeti Walk category. Those who register to walk the 5K will receive a custom Winter Beanie as well as a well deserved finisher medal.
