Welcome to the first year of the Full Moon 5K Trail Run/Walk at Brandywine Creek State Park! The trails of Brandywine Creek State Park are waiting for you! Come on over, enjoy the trails, and watch the moonrise of the Flower Moon at the top of Hawk Hill after you cross the finish line. This event is a fundraising event for three groups: The Friends of Brandywine Creek State Park, GRIT: Girls Really Into Trails, and the Delaware Interscholastic Cycling League.  Moonrise will be at ~8:20PM and we encourage everyone to bring a chair so you can stick around, enjoy the music, lawn games, s'mores, snacks, and a drink at the top of Hawk Hill. (Adult beverages available for for those 21+). S'mores and lawn games are free for everyone, participating runners and families alike.  Sunset will be at ~7:57PM. The HOH 5k is the sole fundraiser for the HOH scholarship program. This race is organized by the Northbrook District 28 PTO Council with volunteers from Greenbriar, Meadowbrook, Northbrook Junior High and Westmoor. All proceeds benefit the Homer O. Harvey Scholarship Fund. 5K runners and walkers will start at 8:00 a.m with a group start. We welcome strollers, but NO dogs, bikes or rollerblades please. The lot behind the junior high will be closed from 7:45 - 8:15 a.m. for the race. The race is chip timed for instant results of the race. Runners can see their results after they finish. Welcome to Chesapeake Cycling Club's Tri-County Classic spring cycling event, which will take you on a tour of Talbot, Queen Anne's, and Caroline Counties, in the heart of Maryland's Eastern Shore, considered one of the top cycling destinations in America, with “a crazy quilt of fields, small towns, coves, and sinuous tributary rivers. Check-in Details: So we will have check-in from 6:30 am to 10 am. We have each group with a suggested start time: 7:00 am for the Century route, 7:30 am for the Metric Century route, and 8:00 am for the 34.8-mile route. This is so you can ride with the group on your route, based on rest stop times. It is a check-in with a show-up-and-go, so no big line-up, but no check-ins after 10 am. You need to keep in mind that the Oxford ferry and Scottish Highland Creamery open at 8:30 am, which is 50 miles out for the Century and Century Metric groups, and 14 miles for the 34-mile group. Join us for the TopCity Half Marathon & 5K on May 2nd, 2026.  The Top City Half Marathon & 5k aims to be a premiere event that enhances the health, wellness and culture of Topeka.  The route takes you on the popular Shunga running trail, while also showcasing the neighborhoods of Kansas’ TopCity. Every participant receives a participant race T-Shirts, a finisher medal, participant bags filled with sponsorship goodies, and access to post race beverages from Chaos Coffee and Iron Rail Brewing (if over 21)! This is more than a race; this is a celebration of our amazing city!  Please note, to allow us to satisfy city permit requirements for street closures, half marathon participants must maintain a pace of 16 minutes per mile or faster.

The 11th Annual SUP & RUN 5K  presented by Charles Schwab or Sarasota event will be held at Nathan Benderson Park to benefit RUCK9 (www.RUCK9.com)   The SUP & RUN 5K gives athletes three great races in one to choose from.  5K RUN 5K Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) OR5K SUP & 5K RUN (There is a start line mat (chip) for the combination SUP & RUN) Athletes participating in the combination SUP & RUN will run the 5K first and then hop on their paddle board for a 5K paddle around Nathan Benderson Park.  The SUP & RUN 5K draws top runners and SUP'ers who compete for cash prizes but it's our not-so-serious athletes who have the most prominent place in the event.   Athletes participating in the SUP portion of the race MUST know how to swim.  If you are not able to swim, you may not participate in the SUP portion.   The SUP & RUN 5K is a family style event.   WALKERS ARE WELCOME and encouraged to attend.   Why choose the SUP & RUN 5K?  Every finisher receives

Athletes of all skill levels are invited to run your choice of our 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or 1-Mile course.  All races will start at BMX parking, a short trail walk from the Animal Shelter @ Tom Brown Park. Races will finish at the Shelter's back parking lot. None of the courses will be run on Easterwood.  Easterwood will remain open before and during the races.
