The mission of the Kansas Infant Death and SIDS (KIDS) Network is to serve those who are or may be touched by the tragedy of infant death or SIDS by providing supportive services, community education, professional training and support of associated research. The KIDS Network’s strategy is to reduce infant mortality by collaborating with statewide initiatives to address prematurity, congenital defects, stillbirth and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). PDEVV Hub is hosting its 4th Annual Tulip Trot for Parkinson’s Disease Awareness, on April 25, 2026, at Garvin Park 1600 N Main St. in Evansville with the timed 5k starting at 8:00AM and the 1-mile walk beginning at 9:00AM.  All events will be rain or shine. Highlands Gravel Classic

The Highlands Gravel Classic is the first of two qualifiers in the USA for the UCI Gravel World Series (GWS). The GWS will include both new and existing events from around the world to qualify competitors to attend the world championships in Nice, France.  Selection for the world championships will be based upon age group and gender, along with both Elite men's and women's categories for UCI-licensed riders.  The top 25% finishers of ages 19-34 and then each 5-year age group (ex 35-39) separated by gender up to the oldest competitor will qualify. 2026 Sunflower Elementary Community Fun Run/Walk

Lawrence, KS
The purpose of this non-competitive race is to bring the Sunflower Elementary and Lawrence community together to support health, wellness, and connection. The race start will take place at Sunflower Elementary School in the beautiful Lawrence, KS, and consist of a loop circling the Sunflower and Southwest Middle School property that is partially off-road on grass and partially on paved sidewalk. Participants can run/walk from one to three loops based on preference, and volunteers will be present to help with route directing. Ride 4 A Reason has 3 different routes for cyclists of every level and experience, and there's always a virtual option for those that prefer to ride with us in spirit!  110 Miles - Ride all the way from Oakland to Sacramento!  The century ride begins at Oakland Technical High School and passes through beautiful bay area communities on the way to Sacramento.  68 Miles - Start in Suisun City and enjoy some of the most delightful miles of R4R.  This route begins at the Suisun City train depot, and riders can choose a shuttle bus from Oakland Tech (leaves at 8 AM) or take the train/drive a car to the Suisun City train station.  45 Miles - Our most family friendly route starts in Vacaville and has less than 600 ft of elevation gain, making it a perfect ride for anyone who is newer to long-distance cycling. Nail the Rail Half Marathon, 10K & 5K

Join us for a stroll along the Sacramento Rail Trail.  A converted Southern Pacific Railroad track that starts at the base of Shasta Dam and runs for over 11 miles. Enjoy a the view along the Sacramento River/Keswick Lake in the cool of the morning.  Trail is very flat and fast. Field is limited to 400. Races include a half marathon, 10K and 5K. Finisher awards to Half marathoners.  Awards 3 deep in age groups, plus overall awards. Start/Finish will be from the Chappie OHV area at the base of Shasta Dam.  Once you cross Shasta Dam you will follow the road down to the OHV area. Walk for Jenna's Joy: Mental Health Awareness

This event is a walkathon on April 26th, 2025 in El Dorado County (EDC). This walkathon will raise money for the non-profit Jenna Sue Souza Furst Memorial Scholarship Fund which provides scholarships and a free therapy session to local high school students within EDC. The walkathon aims to spread mental health awareness with an emphasis on our youth. The trail will start at the Placerville Town Hall, go through main street, and loop back to Placerville Town Hall, utilizing the EDC trail at the end. BOOKING IT Through the Bluff

The Hokes Bluff Library Foundation and our co-sponsors, the Hokes Bluff Lions Club and Tawannah Lions Club, invite everyone to join us as we go "BOOKING IT" THROUGH THE BLUFF on April 26, 2025. Options for races include a 10K Run Only beginning at 8:00 AM and a Triathlon starting at 8:30 AM. The triathlon will be an exciting triathlon totaling 42 kilometers starting at the Hokes Bluff Community Center.  Athletes will begin with a 5K run through the streets of Hokes Bluff to Hokes Bluff Ferry Road.  Participants will then kayak 4.5 kilometers paddling with the current on the Coosa River until they reach the designated landing spot at the Coosa Veranda boat ramp. All triathlon participants will be required to wear life jackets when in and around the water. The race will continue, as the challengers complete a vigorous 32.4 kilometers cycle through Eastern Etowah County to the finish line at the Hokes Bluff Community Center. The triathlon can be completed by an individual athlete
