Please join us in our small community, Benton, KS during our Benton Day celebration on Saturday, April 25th. Start time is at 8am.  The race will be an out and back course and timed by Timer Guys. T-Bird Trot 5K formally known as Circle Foundation. Several years ago, Circle Foundation handed off the race to the Circle Booster Club.  Same race, same community, and proceeds still benefiting our students in USD 375.  If you feel led to make a donation while processing your registration, we would be extremely grateful!  There is a free will donation breakfast sponsored by the Circle Booster Club during and after the race to kick off Benton Day.  Your race entry includes breakfast, just show your bib when you get in line. For non-participating family members and friends, we encourage a donation.  Our route will include a trail just under a mile of the course. Trail shoes aren't needed for this run. Campus Student Council is proud to announce Penny Schuckman as our 2026 beneficiary for the Gary Engels Memorial (GEM) 5K. The GEM 5K honors the legacy of Gary Engels, a beloved English teacher at Campus High School whose impact continues to be felt throughout Campus and the Haysville community. Each year, a new beneficiary is selected in his memory. Penny Schuckman, director of the Dr. John Burke Learning Center is the beneficiary of the Gary Engels Memorial 5K. Penny was chosen since in December, she experienced a medical emergency when a brain aneurysm ruptured. Penny has a strong medical team that have coiled the aneurysm, in this process they discovered another aneurysm that will be treated soon. What makes Penny remarkable is not only her resilience, but her gratitude to her medical team, family, friends, and everyone at USD261.  To know Penny is to love her. Sustainable Glasgow is excited to host their fifth annual Homegrown 5k on Apri 26th, 2024 at 7:30 am.  New for this year, we will have a chip-timed race with age group awards, but joggers and walkers are welcome!  The race will begin at the Yancey's Patio in Downtown Glasgow, Kentucky and meander through beautiful neighborhoods and the South Green corridor before ending back on the Square.  Course closes at 8:30 am.  Proceeds of the race will benefit Sustainable Glasgow and supplement the Double Dollars program for the Bounty of the Barrens Farmer's Market.   We will have a packet pickup and in-person registration on Friday evening before the race at First Christian Church, 1100 N. This is a 5k run and 1 mile dog walk to benefit the Humane Society of Calloway County. The 1 mile dog walk will be inside the Murray State Arboretum on the paved path. We are so excited to announce the inaugural Harmon Field Half Marathon & Morris Fun Run!  After Harmon Field was devastated by Hurricane Helene in 2024, it is now repaired and back open! We are excited to welcome back this much loved, scenic, out-and-back, 13.1-mile race through the beautiful Hunting Country of Polk County, NC. Our hope for this inaugural race is that it brings together runners, walkers, spectators, and families for a day of fitness, fun, and community impact. April is Amputee Awareness Month.  May 2026 will mark 5 years that I have been an amputee.  This event was created to raise awareness and support two groups that are important to me.  When I was in high school, I was a member of the track and cross-country teams.  Before my accident, I enjoyed running as a stress reliever and for exercise.  Working with kids is another passion of mine.  Nothing was going to stop me from getting back to teaching even after becoming an amputee.  Camp No-Limits is a camp for children who deal with being an amputee (https://www.nolimitsfoundation.org/). The 8th Annual Autism 5K Race (Honor Loop) is a commemorative event established to honor individuals with neuro-disabilities and wheelchair-bound persons.  Participants will join in this memorable event to honor the celebration of those who live with autism. The Feet for the Street 5K, was created to raise awareness and much needed financial support for the Winston-Salem Street School, a private, nonprofit alternative educational option for at-risk high school students in the Forsyth County area. Proceeds support FHFGBR’s mission to provide individualized services, resources, and support that enhance independence, productivity, and inclusion for people with developmental disabilities. Join us for our sixth annual Run Pro Rege (for the King)! This family-friendly 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk will be fun for all ages. Our aim is to bring awareness of classical Christian education to our community and help raise funding for our capital and scholarship needs. The Running of the Bulldogs 5K is a community event to raise money for the Brownsburg High School Band, Guard, and Orchestra. Each year, over 600 middle and high school students go through our amazing music and performance programs. As the Brownsburg student population grows, the costs to provide many of the necessary resources will also. Your support will allow us make sure money is never a reason for a child to quit something they passionately wish to pursue. YWCA Northeast Indiana's annual Race for a Reason provides an opportunity for the community to come together in support of the critical services provided by YWCA Northeast Indiana. The 2026 Race for a Reason theme is "Lacing Up for a Stronger Tomorrow".  The 2026 Race for a Reason will take place on Saturday, April 25th on Purdue Fort Wayne's campus with a 5K start time of 9:00 AM and a 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk start time of 9:05 AM. The event is professionally timed and includes awards by age and gender.

Angelic Warrior Foundation presents our 6th annual Angel Run!  The Angel Run will take place in person on April 25th, 2026 at Jamison Park in Winston Salem, NC. Come run with the kitties in purr-fectly delightful April 25th temperatures at the All About Cat’s – Cats Me If You Can 5k Run/Walk.  The course starts in historic Mitchellville Freedom Park, heads out to beautiful Fish Haul Beach, traverses the peaceful back roads of the islands north end and finishes on the Red Carpet “Cat Walk” near the All About Cats Sanctuary. There you’ll be greeted with human size Pet-Purr-Ratzi who will hand you your finisher reward!  Runners and walkers alike are welcome.   There’ll be an after-race party, and you’ll have a chance to meet and greet with real life feline friends and explore the good work that All About Cats does. The Azalea Festival is on. This is the 3rd race in The Pickens County 5k Race Series. Runners who complete three out of the four races in the series  will receive a race series swag and be eligible for series awards. This is a  chip timed race starting and finishing at the Doodle Park in Pickens on a certified course. All proceeds from the race will go to the Beverly Smith Scholarship Fund. The Pickens Women’s Association (PWA) is a non-profit civic organization that works to increase community awareness and involvement in Pickens. Proceeds from our fundraising efforts go to the Beverly M. Smith Scholarship fund. This memorial scholarship honors Beverly Smith, who was an integral part of the Pickens Women’s Association but left this earth too soon.  The Beverly M. Smith Scholarship is awarded each year to a female graduating from Pickens High School who exhibits exceptional leadership and civic skills. It is the largest non-academic private scholarship awarded at Pickens High School.

The TLSinclair Memorial Foundation is a charity organization in memory of Tommy Sinclair.  This organization's priority is to raise funds for Union County in South Carolina including high school scholarships, and giving to the many organizations that were special to him.  This 5k run/walk will be a fun run to raise money for this organization.
