The Lake T Sprint Series has been the first race for many Iron Distance Triathletes. In its 25th year, this race continues to be the stepping stone for so many triathletes to get to the next level. Tom Schreiber Memorial 5K and 1 Mile

The Tom Schreiber Memorial 5K and 1 Mile celebrates Tom's lasting impact on the lives he touched. Tom served as the track and cross-country coach for over twenty years, first at Alliance High School (Alliance, OH) and then at Valley Forge High School in Parma Heights, Ohio. The proceeds from this event will be used to create a scholarship in Tom's name and be awarded to a senior track or cross-country runner from the Parma City School District. The 5K and 1-mile events will each be chip-timed. Runners and walkers of all levels are welcome to participate. You can register for both distances, and your times will be combined to determine rankings for the combo category. Sandi Paws Rescue is back for a EIGHTH year with their 5K! All proceeds will go to our mission in saving abused and abandoned dogs and cats. Fond du Lac parks are now dog friendly, so make sure to bring your running partner! Register no later than 7/04/2026 to be guaranteed a t-shirt! There will be water dishes set up on the route for your fur friend. If you want to walk/run with a pup, we can have someone set you up with one. All runners and walkers' welcome.
