Rocky Mountain Road Runners holds a monthly Trophy Series in the Denver area.  We provide a low-key, low-cost racing environment. Everyone is welcome to run with us! The race uses a handicap start system, slow-to-fast, spread over ~10 minutes. This gives everyone a chance to win. We'll use your estimated finish time to assign you a start time with others the same speed. Race Day Details Time:   8:00am.  Show up 30 minutes early to get your bib and warm up!  Location:  Stonehouse in Denver.  Course:  The course on crusher/fine dirtParking:  Stone House Park is at 2900 S. Estes St., between Yale and Hampden.  From the intersection of Wadsworth and Yale, turn WEST on Yale, then SOUTH on Estes St.  The park will be on your left a few blocks south of Yale. Join us for the second annual Echo Park Lotus Run!

Welcome to the 3rd annual MTC Zilla Tri Sprint Triathlon WITH NEW EXPANDED YOUTH SHORT SPRINT AGE GROUPS! This triathlon is a great event for all ages, 10 and up, beginners and seasoned athletes. Event hosted by the Metro-Tri Club. Race begins in the beautiful Bolm-Schuhkraft Park in Columbia, Illinois. The SPRINT event, open to ages 14 and up, begins with a 300 meter serpentine swim in Columbia Bath and Tennis pool. The 11.2-mile bike course has mostly flat roads with one challenging hill, and railroad crossing (time not adjusted for stoppage at train track). The bike is non-draft legal. The 5K run course will take you through a neighborhood, onto the trail, and will have plenty of shade. The YOUTH SHORT SPRINT, open to ages 10-17 years, will begin with a 200 meter serpentine swim in Columbia Bath and Tennis pool. Joyeux 14 Juillet! Happy July 14th! Bastille Day is an annual DC Road Runners tradition and one of the Club's few races that occur during the work week. We're meeting at Fletcher's Cove for a 5k on the C&O Canal Towpath. The Towpath provides a flat racecourse that is often shaded in the summer.  In addition to overall  winners (1, 2, 3) and master's winners, we will offer awards 3-deep, male and female in 10-year age groups. Party With Purpose 5K is back! As one of the biggest races in Hoboken, this event supports local youth charities, including Boys and Girls Club of Hudson County, HOPES, Mile Square Theater and Community Lifestyle. Northwest Electric Fest (NWEF) is a five-day PEV festival nestled in the Pacific Northwest. These clinically supervised and controlled programs may last from 40 to 89 days at an average cost of $600.00 a day. The Cherry Pickers Trot & Pit Spit is the third Thursday in July celebrating one of Green Bluff's treasured delights...deliciously sweet cherries!
