Welcome to the 3rd annual MTC Zilla Tri Sprint Triathlon WITH NEW EXPANDED YOUTH SHORT SPRINT AGE GROUPS! This triathlon is a great event for all ages, 10 and up, beginners and seasoned athletes. Event hosted by the Metro-Tri Club. Race begins in the beautiful Bolm-Schuhkraft Park in Columbia, Illinois. The SPRINT event, open to ages 14 and up, begins with a 300 meter serpentine swim in Columbia Bath and Tennis pool. The 11.2-mile bike course has mostly flat roads with one challenging hill, and railroad crossing (time not adjusted for stoppage at train track). The bike is non-draft legal. The 5K run course will take you through a neighborhood, onto the trail, and will have plenty of shade. The YOUTH SHORT SPRINT, open to ages 10-17 years, will begin with a 200 meter serpentine swim in Columbia Bath and Tennis pool. The 6 mile bike course has mostly flat roads with one challenging hill, and railroad crossing (time not adjusted for stoppage at train track). The bike is non-draft legal. T

The 8th Annual Game On! Palm Beaches Triathlon will take place at beautiful Ocean Walk on Singer Island. Singer Island, an oceanfront neighborhood part of the City of Riviera Beach, offers a relaxing blend of natural beauty, seven miles of pristine beaches, and upscale hotels and resorts. This event will feature a Sprint Triathlon and a Sprint Duathlon with relay divisions. The quarter mile Atlantic Ocean swim (or 1 mile run) will be followed by a bike that will take you north, out and back on A1A, and then over the Blue Heron Bridge with views of Peanut Island and the Port of Palm Beach. The run also heads over the Blue Heron Bridge and through the historic Town of Palm Beach Shores, also known as the best little town in Florida. You will enjoy the lovely architecture in this quaint seaside neighborhood before heading back to the finish line at Ocean Walk.

You will have it made in the shade at this fun event celebrating Summer, hosted by Wichita Running Company and Fartleks. Fartleks is Wichita's local running shop and smoothie stop. The Sunglass Run 5K is an event for the whole family with a 5K run/walk and kids run afterwards!  All participants will receive a finishers medal and a pair of sunglasses!  5K participants will receive a pair of the popular Goodr sunglasses that are designed to keep you looking cool while being active!  5K and Kids Run participants can also add an event shirt if they like for just $8! Cardio Kidz is BACK this summer in Arlington Heights! Last summer we hit a record high number of 184 runners; help us grow past 200! Join us for a three (3) week running series for kids ages 2-14 of ALL ABILITIES. Each race takes place once a week on Sunday and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50 & 100-yard dashes, 1/4-mile, 1/2-mile and 1-mile run. Kids can register to run UP in distance for a greater challenge. An Alternate 1/4-mile race is available for 2nd-8th graders who are looking for a shorter race. And that's OK! We hope they will give it a try and will encourage them every step of the way! In addition to the physical benefits of running, the program aims to build social-emotional skills. This sweet race is the 2nd in a three-race series, all designed to keep you fit and refreshed this summer. ​The Summer Dash Series includes the Lemonade Dash, Popsicle Dash, and Watermelon Dash. All are great family events!

Seaport Village 5k -SDGirls Run Fundraiser Join SDGirls Run for the Seaport Village 5K, a scenic waterfront race in the heart of downtown San Diego! Maine Endurance Sports Alliance (MESA) a 501(c)3 nonprofit is proud to continue the great running history established by The Great Augusta Marathon & Half with the introduction of the AUGUSTA MARATHON – Full/Half/10K/5K – Running Festival on Sunday July 12, 2026 starting at 7 am at Elk Lodge, 397 Civic Center Dr, Augusta Maine allowing more participants of all abilities to cross the finish line. This event is USATF sanctioned, and Boston certified (Marathon ME25002JK).  The full marathon will run from 397 Civic Center Dr out Route 11/27 to Belgrade Lakes Maine and back to the beginging. The H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash is a an opportunity to have fun and stay active together with friends or family! The Dash combines fun obstacles and quick dashes to keep you moving and energized. The course will be offered in two categories. Those ages 6-14 will complete 8 Obstacles and run a 1 mile run. Obstacles include a tire flip, balance beam, spear throw, stepping stones and more. Participants ages 15+ will compete in 16 Obstacles and a total of 2 miles. Obstacles will include bucket carry, spear throw, tire flip and more!  This outdoor Obstacle course will help you build confidence, strength, endurance, balance and so much more. Finisher medals and t-shirts will be awarded for completion of the course. Race runs in 5 minute waves. Sunday, July 12, 2026 Come conquer "The Gauntlet" at the 39th Annual Spillway Classic Trail Run! This is an off-road 3-Mile event with a course that evolves with the ecosystem and natural trails through the Bonnet Carre Spillway. 4th Annual Glenoma Park 5K Run/Walk - In Memory of Darian Paige Atkinson   July 13, 2025 8:30am- Registration 9:00am- Race Time   Race starts at the scenic Glenoma Community Park, heads south-east across the road to the base of Dog Mountain. The course follows the base of Dog Mountain (if you look up you might spot a hang glider), then loops back through the Kosmos Wildlife Area ending where you began at the park.  Course footing is paved road and mostly dirt trail. There will also be a 2-mile stroller friendly fun run/walk as well.  Exciting news for the kids, this year there will be a scavenger hunt along the trail for the young participants! ARE YOU READY TO CHASE THE SHARK? The race starts at 6:30 a.m. Check-in will begin at 5:30 a.m. in the park.  There is no separate packet pick up, so pick up your bib on race day.  Start: The Shark Chase will begin on the beach at Kailua Beach Park near the boat ramp. The start line is actually on the beach. Faster runners should move to the front and walkers towards the back to avoid collisions. Course: Out and back course.  The wave-washed course follows the shoreline to a turnaround point near the Kaneohe Marine Corps Base, then back to the start area.  The entire course is on the beach.  Shoes are optional - you will probably run through some shallow water depending on the tide and your desire to make a splash. There will be a "shark" to chase - the shark gets a head start. Come and enjoy the 'Run Like the Wind' races in Westport, WA, by entering a 5K run/walk, a 10K run or a Half Marathon run on the scenic Westport Light Trail and beyond.  Our courses are rolling and fairly flat.  All the races will start at the marina, go down and around the Fishermen's Memorial and then head for the paved trail around Half Moon Bay and through Westhaven State Park. A little farther down the trail, the 5K folks will turn around and head back to the starting point.  Those running the 10K will appreciate the ocean views as they continue south on the trail and then run around the Westport Lighthouse before returning to the marina. After running around the lighthouse, the Half Marathon participants will follow the signs to the beach where there will be 5.7 miles of running in the sand before returning to the marina.
