Join us for our 4th Annual  Pomona Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon!  This event will take place on Sunday, June 14th at the lake in the front of the Pomona Subdivision, Manvel, Texas. Pomona is 8 minutes from our old location straight down Kingsley (Cnty Rd 48) or 288 to the Pomona exit. Since July has repeatedly been so hot, moving it to June should help with the help a little. The Pomona Tri/Du offers a 500 meter lake swim followed by a 12.5 mile bike ride and a 3 mile run; duathlon athletes will do a half mile run vs the swim. The Millville Army Air Field Museum (MAAFM) preserves the history of the Millville Army Air Field, Millville, NJ, which was dedicated by the U.S. War Department in 1941 as “America’s First Defense Airport.” During its four-year existence, more than 10,000 men and women served here, with 1,500 pilots receiving advanced fighter training in P-47 Thunderbolt and P-40 Warhawk fighter planes. The Museum honors the memory of 14 pilots who died while training at Millville. Stella 14k Boneyard Bash

Join us for a challenging and scenic 14K around Armstrong Hill in Jeffersonville and Fletcher, Vermont. This hilly course features just under 1000 feet of elevation gain, and passes by beautiful Metcalf Pond. The route primarily follows dirt roads, with a few paved sections as well. Lake Placid Marathon and Half and 10K

Sunday, June 14 8am start   Cutoff time for both Marathon and Half is 2pm.  10K will run concurrently. The Half Marathon is a single loop out and back while the Marathon is a double out and back. Both races begin/end on Main St. in the charming Village of Lake Placid at the Olympic Speedskating Oval. The Marathon/Half course is a combination of flat, rolling and some hills and runners enjoy mountain views, open areas, shaded areas, a class III trout stream, and beautiful Mirror Lake along the way.  Well-stocked aid stations are available.
