Steps For Freda

Steps for Freda is the annual memorial 5k hosted by Freda's Light, a 501(c)(3) registered organization, to honor the life and legacy of Freda Veronica Riley while raising awareness for cerebral palsy. More than a 5k, it is a day of remembrance, education, celebration, and community, bringing together families, friends, healthcare professionals, advocates, and supporters who share a commitment to creating greater opportunity and inclusion.
