Brief Description During the CORE Indoor Sprint Triathlon athletes will swim for 10 minutes, Bike for 15 Minutes (Keiser Spin Bike), and Run for 15 minutes (Precor Treadmill). Total distance traveled for each athlete will be measured at the conclusion of the event. The Telluride Foundation, in partnership with the Peter Inglis Avalanche Education Fund (PI Avy Fund), is hosting the seventh annual Skidola, Telluride’s winter uphill race, on Friday, March 12th. The Skidola is an open-registration, on-snow uphill race from the Town of Telluride to the San Sophia Ridge. Racers can compete using microspikes, snowshoes, skis, or splitboards. All racers will receive a Skidola buff and prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finishers, best costume, and middle-place racer. This is a family-friendly race, welcoming both competitive racers and those who just want to have fun! All races start/finish at East Beach and head West along the popular Golden Gate Promenade. The 5K event climbs up Battery East trail to the Golden Gate Bridge before heading back to the finish. The 10K and Half Marathon courses continue underneath the Golden Gate and follow the Coastal Trail to Baker Beach with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean along the way. However, the medical and community perceptions surrounding Edwards' Syndrome is where Downs Syndrome was decades ago. The Edwards' Syndrome Association has a vision to permanently alter the negative perceptions of Edwards' Syndrome and create a more inclusive world for those with the diagnosis.

2026 Muddy Shamrock Results Woods, dirt, mud, roots, and maybe some other adventurous trail stuff will be experienced at the 6th annual Muddy Shamrock Trail Races @ The Forge. Run Leo is one of the premier races in the Triad with upwards of 1000 runners each year. It is the main fund raiser in support of the children of St. Leo Catholic School.
