This scenic course is a paved out-and-back, crossing three bridges along the Savannah River and the Augusta canal, with start/finish at the Lake Olmstead Trailhead. 3 Bridges 10K follows the 5K course for the first 3 miles, then continues along the canal path out past the pump station before it returns to Lake Olmstead Trailhead.  3 Bridges makes a cash donation to the Augusta Canal National Heritage Area to help maintain and improve trails.  Virtual Options: Run anywhere anytime, or run the course at a time of your choosing. The 20th Annual Heart & Sole 5k will be Saturday, March 6, 2027 in downtown Augusta, Georgia. The course will start and end at The Children's Hospital of Georgia, where numerous medical miracles take place every day.

There will be a Sweeper at the race that will maintain a 20-minute per mile pace. Please stay ahead of the sweeper to be guaranteed an official time at the finish.  Course marshals will be on course until the sweeper passes them. His family moved to KC in 2021 when his dad was hired as the Lead Teaching Pastor at Heartland Community Church off Strang Line Rd in Olathe. Miles Jacobsen is one of the many kids in Kansas City battling a brain tumor. Days after his 9th birthday in March 2024, he was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. After a long year of chemotherapy, Miles is now awaiting the development of more targeted therapy that will help him fight the growth of this tumor. Despite these challenges, Miles is a joyful and active kid whose positive outlook has inspired hundreds, if not thousands, of people since his diagnosis. His heart beats strong for people of all ages who are enduring their own cancer journeys, and he’s always looking to lift other people’s spirits. The 6th annual Ashland City Half-Marathon will take place on Saturday March 7th, 2026 in Ashland City (20 minutes west of Nashville). The pancake flat, USATF-certfied course will go from Riverbluff Park and then take you on the beautiful Bicentennial Greenway, returning you alongside the Cumberland River on Chapmansboro Road. This is a loop many of the faster runners in the Nashville area have been using for time trials and tempo runs and is about as flat as you can get without doing a boring out and back race. In an effort to be more inclusive, in 2025 the course will only be open for 3 hours (13:44/mile). But please do not enter unless you are 100% confident you can cover the entire course in under 3 hours.

IN-PERSON RACE 3/06/27 - Join the San Antonio RoadRunners for the 24th running of the Prickly Pear — the race offers 50K, 15K, and 5K distances run on the natural trails of McAllister Park. These courses contain dirt, rocks, tree roots, and next to no pavement. Trail shoes are recommended. Start Times/ Course Cutoff - 50K starts at 6am and will run three 10.34 mile loops. 15K starts at 8am and is one 9.36 mile Loop. 5K is 3.38 miles and starts at 8:30am. Now in its 13th year, the Newport News One City Marathon is a great point-to-point marathon option located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. This course is known for its fast times and a high percentage of Boston Qualifying times. There are also additional race distances available including half marathon, 5K and Nautical Mile fun run. If you are up for a challenge, run the 5K on Saturday, and either the half or full marathon Sunday!

The Brooks Lake Sammamish Half Marathon presented by REI is a point to point race from Redmond to Sammamish. You will run along the East Lake Sammamish Trail that is fully paved. We also offer a half-marathon walk category with a generous 4 hour time limit. This flat run is perfect for a half-marathon personal best whether you’re running or walking!  The race is chip-timed, and each participant will receive a chip-timed bib, participant shirt, and a finisher medal. Aid stations are provided every few miles (see course map). The Lake Sammamish Half is cupless, so you either need to bring a handheld bottle, wear a hydration pack, or we can provide you with a re-useable cup at the start line. VIRTUAL RACE INFO - We have 30 spots for virtual runners. Once they sell out there are no more available. LASAA’s mission is to provide athletic events for our members, comprised of Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department employees and law enforcement personnel, to promote health, fitness, and camaraderie.  The Mug Run series started in 1993. The primary participants were law enforcement personnel with an average of 10 runners.  Since then, the Mug Run series opened its participation to the general public. Today, participation has grown to over 300 runners.   The race provides outside friendly competition and positive interaction between law enforcement and the community.  Race day pricing increases to $40 so make sure to sign up early.   Each runner will receive a T-shirt on race day.
