MoMoFo 100k and 20 mile Fun Run with Virtual Options

Martinsville, IN
This 100km trail race will prove that there’s more than just corn in Indiana! Situated in Indiana’s beautiful Morgan Monroe State Forest, this evening-start event will have plenty to offer throughout the night with its old growth forests, natural rock formations, lakes, and creeks. Oh, and did we mention the hills? With about 8,500 feet of climbing—yes, over 8.5k of climbing!—in addition to southern Indiana’s typical summertime heat and humidity, this race is tougher than you’d think. Comprised of 85% single track, 11% forest service road, and 4% paved road (but with a generous cutoff time of 20 hours), we assure you that you won’t be disappointed. For those less adventurous trail nuts we offer up our “fun run”.  If you aren’t quite up for the full 100km we have a 20 mile loop for you to “enjoy”.  This run will start Saturday June  6 at 8:30am. You will have a SUPER generous 6 hours and 30 minutes to complete one loop. This is the  same loop as the 100k folks with the same unbelievable

Hello Friends! We’re Kirk and Leslie Shadrick, Benjamin’s parents, and we’re truly grateful you’re here. Benjamin Mario Shadrick is our son, and his life is the reason we serve. Though Ben's life on earth was brief, his story changed us. It deepened our faith, stretched our hearts, and made us see vulnerable children in a way we never had before. And in that place; through prayer, tears, and a lot of listening, we believe the Lord gave us a clear calling: to build an orphanage for Him. We call it Casa Benjamin; a Christ-centered home in Zacatlán, Puebla, Mexico for children with special needs who are medically fragile and facing life-limiting illness. Children who need hospice-level care. Children who deserve to be held, comforted, protected, and loved consistently. 6th Annual Rick Moyer Legacy Foundation Pump n Run/ 5K

Wilmington, OH
Ricky Moyer loved many things in life, including farming, weight-lifting (all exercise really) and practicing law.  He was a devoted husband and father with countless friends in each of these industries. Always putting others before himself, he was generous, kind and always quick to offer words of wisdom. Over the years Rick competed in dozens of 5K races, often with his family in town. With his favorite season upon us, we are choosing to honor Rick’s legacy featuring his very favorite event - a Pump & Run and 5K walk/run. As he would often say to family and friends in regard to these friendly physical competitions - “pain is weakness leaving the body.” Our goal remains the same and we look forward to giving out our first scholarship to any Clinton County student interested in furthering their education in Agriculture, Criminal Justice or History.
