Join us for the First Annual Heart of the Prairie Run on May 30, 2026! This will race will be held at Blooming Soul Farm near Nickerson, KS. Please note, this is a new date from the initial scheduled date of September 30, 2025. Due to low entries, the race was postponed to the spring.  Half marathon begins at 7:00 AM 5k begins at 8:00 AM Proceeds will support The Heart of MFB and go to offering financial assistance to families in South Central Kansas who are undergoing medical treatment for birth defects. The Heart of MFB is a 501c3 that offers awareness and support to families through complications during pregnancy or birth defects. We achieve this through offering informational resources and emotional and tangible support including care packages for families. The Night Owl 5K is a run/walk through Panola Mountain State Park, just outside of Atlanta, with all proceeds benefitting AWARE's mission of wildlife rehabilitation and education! We accept injured and orphaned native Georgia wildlife, like an owl hit by a car or a baby opossum that lost its mom. We heal their wounds if they're injured, raise them up if they're orphaned, always with the goal of returning them to the wild. On race day, non-releasable AWARE wildlife will be there to cheer you on from the sidelines and greet you at the start/finish. You'll get pictures with the animals, a t-shirt, a chance to win medals, and more. About half our participants walk, so it's suitable for runners/walkers of all ages and skill levels. The Rock Hall Triathlons are nestled on the edge of the Eastern Shore of Maryland in picturesque Kent County and only 18 miles from Baltimore “as the fish swims” (put your bike rack on a boat!). Rock Hall is one of the friendliest, most laid back towns anywhere…and is full of history. George Washington took the Annapolis Ferry to Rock Hall nearly ten times before heading to Philly on horseback to work out America’s Independence! The swim takes place in Rock Hall Harbor on the Chesapeake Bay, protecting athletes from any serious wind or chop. The bike course is a triathlete’s dream with beautiful ribbons of pavement and wide shoulders throughout most of the rural course. The run course is pancake flat and takes athletes through the quaint nautically themed neighborhoods and side roads of Rock Hall, MD. This race is worth the trip to Maryland’s Eastern Shore. There will be three races held on the same day.  There will be one marathon, and two 5k's, one 5k will be competitive and the other will be a family fun walk/run.  We will start in the field at the beginning of the Micheal Castle Trail in Delaware City and use the trail going into Maryland to the turnaround and then back to the start where there will be a party in full swing cheering the athletic as they finish.

The Spring Street Mile and 5K is a road race in Manchester, CT featuring separate races for men and women.  The mile course is point-to-point; the start is one mile from the finish. The check-in area & registration table is near the finish line so please plan accordingly. The 5K course starts and finishes in front of the Globe Hollow parking lot.  Restrooms are in the parking lot at Mt. Nebo, one mile from the Spring Street Mile start. The Spring Street Mile leaders will be extremely fast, we ask everyone to be humble about their start position and we will ask the fastest runners to start on the line. The Rhinos 5K is an out-and-back fun run on the Lowell Riverfront Trail in Everett, WA. It starts and ends at Lowell Riverfront Park and offers gorgeous views along the Snohomish River. On race day, packet pickup will begin at 9AM and end at 10:20AM at the Start Line in Lowell Riverfront Park. The race will begin at 10:30AM and parking is free. It's our 30th year! Join us for a seaside race on a flat, partially shaded course through scenic Avon-by-the-Sea. Clocks and water stops at each mile. Shirts guaranteed to first 1,500 registered runners. What Is OUTLAST? OUTLAST is a 6-hour trail endurance challenge where runners complete a 5K every hour, on the hour. Each lap must be finished within the hour to stay in the event. The event kicks off with an exciting road run through the neighborhood from Van Zant School to the Woodstream Swim Club where athletes will compete in a fun swimming race.
