One of the flattest courses you’ll ever run and a great race to strive for a personal record (PR)!  The Healthy Tilghman 5K or 1 Mile Run/Walk is a chip timed event held on scenic Tilghman Island surrounded by beautiful water views.  The race is an out and back course that starts and finishes at the Black Walnut Point Park at 4787 Black Walnut Point Rd, here the 5K course heads out along the breakwater into the surrounding farmland, past a historic church and then back to the park.  While the 1mile course route follows along a quiet scenic shoreline.  Proceeds from the event support Healthy Tilghman, a non-profit that provides health-oriented programs, including counseling and substance abuse services, for the Bay Hundred region.  RACE INFO  - Check in and day of registration starts at 8:00 am and the 5K begins at 9:00 a.m., followed immediately by the 1 mile walk. - The 5K will be chipped timed by TCR Event Management and results will be posted immediately after the race. - Please reg

The Night Owl 5K is a run/walk through Panola Mountain State Park, just outside of Atlanta, with all proceeds benefitting AWARE's mission of wildlife rehabilitation and education! We accept injured and orphaned native Georgia wildlife, like an owl hit by a car or a baby opossum that lost its mom. We heal their wounds if they're injured, raise them up if they're orphaned, always with the goal of returning them to the wild. On race day, non-releasable AWARE wildlife will be there to cheer you on from the sidelines and greet you at the start/finish. You'll get pictures with the animals, a t-shirt, a chance to win medals, and more. About half our participants walk, so it's suitable for runners/walkers of all ages and skill levels. The Rock Hall Triathlons are nestled on the edge of the Eastern Shore of Maryland in picturesque Kent County and only 18 miles from Baltimore “as the fish swims” (put your bike rack on a boat!). Rock Hall is one of the friendliest, most laid back towns anywhere…and is full of history. George Washington took the Annapolis Ferry to Rock Hall nearly ten times before heading to Philly on horseback to work out America’s Independence! The swim takes place in Rock Hall Harbor on the Chesapeake Bay, protecting athletes from any serious wind or chop. The bike course is a triathlete’s dream with beautiful ribbons of pavement and wide shoulders throughout most of the rural course. The run course is pancake flat and takes athletes through the quaint nautically themed neighborhoods and side roads of Rock Hall, MD. This race is worth the trip to Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Join us for our annual Beer Me 5K presented by Tucker Brewing Company.  The course will start on one side of Tucker Brewing Company and finish in the front parking lot spilling into the beer garden.  As you run this super flat course it’ll go through the industrial & residential area around the brewery and leading you back to the party at the brewery.  The after party race will be like NO OTHER!  Every runner receives an ice cold beer after they finish with an option to pre-purchase a tasty breakfast burrito.  Then sit back and enjoy the music, saunas, cold plunges, entertainment, vendors and more!  This will definitely be a race and an after party you won’t want to miss. The Little Village Rotary Club presents the 6th Annual Carrera por paz, or Race for Peace, a community 5K Run/Walk Event. This event's objective is to promote anti-violence by supporting youth programs in Chicago’s Little Village and surrounding communities. Proceeds of this race will be invested into the community in the form of renewable grants, youth development, and job training. The 2026 Run Into the Summer 5K Run/Walk will take place at Monroe Central Jr.-Sr. High School on the Cross Country Course on May 30, 2026 beginning at 9:00AM. It will be all on grass, with the finish on the HS Track. There were 309 registered participants in 2025! All funds are being raised for the Monroe Central Athletic Training Program. These funds will help continue the Monroe Central Athletic Training Scholarship (2 @ $500), and buy new rehab and recovery equipment for the Athletic Training Program. This is the registration site for Kit's Club members to participate in Wheels on Campus! If you are not a Kit's Club member, please see the regular Spring Cycle registration site. You will receive an official Spring Cycle bib at the Hutzell Athletic Center at the University of Saint Francis. Kit's Club members can come to Wheels on Campus and start their adventure anytime between 10 AM - 11 AM. A Spring Cycle shirt is not included with this registration, but you can pick up for your official Kit's Club shirt here if you haven't already done so at a prior event. You can purchase a Spring Cycle shirt for an additional fee of $10 through this registration. This event allows participants of ALL ages to participate in a different way! Think scooters, wagons, roller-skates, rollerblades, balance bikes, Heelys, strollers and skateboards! As long as it involves wheels and exercise, you're in! No age minimum or limit!

The reason for this race: Miles Jacobsen is 10 years old and currently in 4th grade. His family moved to KC in 2021 when his dad was hired as the Lead Teaching Pastor at Heartland Community Church off Strang Line Rd in Olathe. Miles Jacobsen is one of the many kids in Kansas City battling a brain tumor. Days after his 9th birthday in March 2024, he was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. After a long year of chemotherapy, Miles is now awaiting the development of more targeted therapy that will help him fight the growth of this tumor. It is an opportunity for children to have fun, learn life skills, meet other burn survivors, and process the trauma of their injury in a supportive environment. Although Camp Susquehanna’s campers are of varying ages, activities and groups are geared towards each camper’s developmental needs.     5K will begin at the Old Forge High School's Veterans Memorial Stadium, move through mostly residential areas, and end a block away from the Famous Revello's Pizza. Oklahoma Steps Against Skin Cancer is a 5K Run or Walk and 1 mile Fun Run and Walk supporting those who have or have had skin cancer.  Funds from the event will be donated to The Skin Cancer Foundation. The race will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026 on the Eagle Trail on the campus of Oklahoma Christian University.  The one mile walk starts at 9 am and the 5K starts at 9:30 am.
