The Plano Pacers Remembrance 5K and Kid's K will be held on May 30th, 2025 at Windhaven Meadows Park. The 5K will start at 8:00am. The Kid's K will start at about 9:00am, after the main event. Course layouts can be found here. Inactive or prospective members can click here to process membership transactions. Active members do not need to register, just show up with your chip and run. If you are a new member or don't have a chip, arrive early (before 7:30am) to pick one up from the membership table. Guest preregistration is available online here. Pre-registered guests can pick up a bib before 7:30AM in the registration area on race day. The Kid's K is free and open to all kids. No need to register in advance.

Legacy 100 is a ride through mostly back roads in the beautiful painted churches area of Texas, with our beneficiary being the Alzheimer’s Association (via Ride to End ALZ - Texas). We have multiple distances to choose from and a staggered start based on distance. There will be fresh kolaches and locally-brewed coffee before the ride (while supplies last). After the ride, a meal will be provided for all riders/volunteers, and we'll have some games such as cornhole for folks that want to relax and play. ***This is a ride, not a race, there will be no chip-timing (so as maximize money going towards life-extending research) or awards. What is the LivSports 24 Hour Adult Hockey Marathon benefiting LivFree? Here’s how it all works - the event is a continuous game with 60 to 90 skaters playing on two teams in 3 rotating groups based on ability, with a running score from opening puck drop to the final horn. Each player raises $1000 dollars for the cause. LivFree is a pediatric cancer non-profit organization that provides children and their families with moments of joy to take a break from struggle and enjoy some family time together. The event kicks off with an exciting road run through the neighborhood from Van Zant School to the Woodstream Swim Club where athletes will compete in a fun swimming race. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each age group, and every participant will receive a commemorative t-shirt. All non-members of the swim club are invited to stay for the rest of the day and will recieve a free day pass to the pool for one child and one adult. What Is OUTLAST? OUTLAST is a 6-hour trail endurance challenge where runners complete a 5K every hour, on the hour. Each lap must be finished within the hour to stay in the event. If you finish early, you rest until the next round. Miss a lap, and you’re out. Complete all six rounds, and you OUTLAST. This isn't just about speed — it's about pacing, discipline, and mental grit. A Summer Biathlon is Cross Country running combined with Rifle Marksmanship   The 6K running race is divided into three parts:   First: The timing starts with waves of one or two runners leaving the start line every minute and running an approximately 1-mile loop. As you approach the shooting range at the end of the first running loop, you will run into the range, catching your breath, lie down in the prone position and pick up an easy to use .22 caliber target rifle. You shoot 5 shots at 4.5-inch metal knock down targets 33 meters away. For each missed target you are required to run a 70-meter penalty loop after the shooting stop. If course conditions do not permit a penalty loop, 25 seconds will be added to the runners overall time for each target missed.      Second: After this first shooting stop, you run out of the range and run the same 1-mile loop again.
