The Plano Pacers Remembrance 5K and Kid's K will be held on May 30th, 2025 at Windhaven Meadows Park. The 5K will start at 8:00am. The Kid's K will start at about 9:00am, after the main event. Course layouts can be found here. Inactive or prospective members can click here to process membership transactions. Active members do not need to register, just show up with your chip and run. The Legacy 100

Legacy 100 is a ride through mostly back roads in the beautiful painted churches area of Texas, with our beneficiary being the Alzheimer’s Association (via Ride to End ALZ - Texas). We have multiple distances to choose from and a staggered start based on distance. There will be fresh kolaches and locally-brewed coffee before the ride (while supplies last). After the ride, a meal will be provided for all riders/volunteers, and we'll have some games such as cornhole for folks that want to relax and play. ***This is a ride, not a race, there will be no chip-timing (so as maximize money going towards life-extending research) or awards. The Avon Volunteer First Aid Squad is a not-for-profit, 501c(3) organization that provides emergency medical and rescue services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at no charge, to residents and visitors to Avon-by-the-Sea. A Summer Biathlon is Cross Country running combined with Rifle Marksmanship   The 6K running race is divided into three parts:   First: The timing starts with waves of one or two runners leaving the start line every minute and running an approximately 1-mile loop. As you approach the shooting range at the end of the first running loop, you will run into the range, catching your breath, lie down in the prone position and pick up an easy to use .22 caliber target rifle. You shoot 5 shots at 4.5-inch metal knock down targets 33 meters away. For each missed target you are required to run a 70-meter penalty loop after the shooting stop.
