We are all ready to get outside to start training for the summer race season. Part of that is starting our open water swim program.  If you want any coaching at these clinics, please contact us so we can make arrangements to have a coach work with you.  Watch for our clinic nights where you can learn from our coaches in a small group setting.  All swims are monitored open water swims with swim buoys, lifeguards, kayakers to watch swimmers and help them become better in open water swims for their upcoming races. 1-2 Lifeguards certified in open water swimming present at each event. These lifeguards are open water swim certified. Additional kayakers on the water each Monday night and weekend clinic to patrol for safety. We are always looking for volunteers to kayak for these. 2026 Nash Tri Camp

Since 2017 C26 Triathlon has been coming to the beautiful city of Nashville for its amazing training environment. Athletes get to ride on the Natchez Trace Parkway, enjoy beautiful fun scenery in Percy Warner Park, and take part in challenging but informative pool sessions where we have the whole pool to ourselves.  For 2026, our June Volume and Intensity Camp will be May 13-17. This camp has been an athlete favorite, so it is coming back... BUT... with some changes! :) We will have 3-4 coaches on hand for support, SAG, and athlete assistance but the format and structure of the camp will be more “session” driven than “instruction” driven; outside of our pool sessions. While coaches will be on hand for all sessions, the swim portion of the camp will be the only heavily instructed portion. This is a race series for EVERYONE! As long as you have a bicycle worthy of being ridden on dirt, and can pedal it, you can do this! If you are a pro, it’s great for training. If you are new to Mountain Biking and/or Riverside State Park, it’s a great way to learn the trails and make new friends. We use the term “race” loosely. We are all about fun and keeping it simple!
