Moraine Open Water Swim Clinics

We are all ready to get outside to start training for the summer race season. Part of that is starting our open water swim program.  If you want any coaching at these clinics, please contact us so we can make arrangements to have a coach work with you.  Watch for our clinic nights where you can learn from our coaches in a small group setting.  All swims are monitored open water swims with swim buoys, lifeguards, kayakers to watch swimmers and help them become better in open water swims for their upcoming races. 1-2 Lifeguards certified in open water swimming present at each event. These lifeguards are open water swim certified. Additional kayakers on the water each Monday night and weekend clinic to patrol for safety. We are always looking for volunteers to kayak for these. We do trade kayaking for free swimming! Swimmers must be a USAT Member or purchase a 1 day membership for the swims and clinics. This is our insurance and is required. 2026 is the first year of our 3rd decade of racing!!!!.  21st year of racing on Wednesday Nights in May and June.   Thanks to all who have raced with us over the years!  If you are new to our Series of Wednesday night fun, welcome!! This is a race series for EVERYONE! As long as you have a bicycle worthy of being ridden on dirt, and can pedal it, you can do this! If you are a pro, it’s great for training. If you are new to Mountain Biking and/or Riverside State Park, it’s a great way to learn the trails and make new friends. We use the term “race” loosely. We are all about fun and keeping it simple! Come out on Wednesday Nights and ride your bike. Pedal as hard as you want or casually if you want. If pedaling casually, do keep in mind that it will eventually get dark! New course every week. 2026 Nash Tri Camp

Since 2017 C26 Triathlon has been coming to the beautiful city of Nashville for its amazing training environment. Athletes get to ride on the Natchez Trace Parkway, enjoy beautiful fun scenery in Percy Warner Park, and take part in challenging but informative pool sessions where we have the whole pool to ourselves.  For 2026, our June Volume and Intensity Camp will be May 13-17. This camp has been an athlete favorite, so it is coming back... BUT... with some changes! :) We will have 3-4 coaches on hand for support, SAG, and athlete assistance but the format and structure of the camp will be more “session” driven than “instruction” driven; outside of our pool sessions. While coaches will be on hand for all sessions, the swim portion of the camp will be the only heavily instructed portion. Join us for the fourth  Annual Achilles Hope and Possibility 5K and 1 mile! Achilles St. Louis pairs athletes with disabilities and volunteers/guides to participate in races throughout the year. This one race benefits the Achilles St. Louis chapter, and we would love for you to join us to run, walk, or roll! Come run, walk, or roll on the beautiful paths at Creve Coeur Lake Park, and experience a fast, flat, and wide course. New this year, cyclists will have a chance to come ride alongside our Achilles tandem and adaptive cycling program at the conclusion of the 5K and 1 mile.
