The Unleash the SHE 5K ,10K (now including a 2 mile walk and kids 1K!) will be hosted again at Little Thistle Brewing Co. in Rochester, MN on April 25th. The beautiful course will utilize the trails and tree-lined neighborhoods around Cascade Lake and have a whopping celebration finish right at Little Thistle Brewing Co. Outside of the Med City Marathon weekend, this event is the largest 5K running race in our community, with incredible swag and a great race with live music and post race celebrations. Although this event is here to celebrate the women in our lives and stand with the MN Ovarian Cancer Alliance to provide support for individuals and families struggling with Ovarian Cancer,  This is event is open to EVERYONE (Men, women, kids, non-binary are all encouraged to come out and support!)  This event includes hoodies, racer camping mugs, neck buffs, and finisher medals (free beverages at the finish line, courtesy of Little Thistle Brewing Co) Virtual race option and fundraising

Welcome to the 22nd year of Alec's Run-to be held on April 25th, 2026. There will be a children’s fun run starting at 9:00 am at the front of HHH HS West, under the Finish sign, and the 4 mile run/walk starts at 9:30 am, on Wolf Hill Rd. Molly's Miles 5K, 10K and Virtual Run is a mid-Missouri race that raises money to support the family members of police officers killed in the line of duty. All proceeds from the race will be provided to Missouri Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.). The race is named after Officer Molly Suzanne Thomas Bowden who was mortally wounded while conducting a routine traffic stop on the night of January 10, 2005 in Columbia, Missouri. Molly passed away on February 10, 2005 at the age of 26 years old. She had been on the Columbia Police force for over three years and was the first Columbia Police officer killed in the line of duty. The slogan for this race is "In Honor of the Survivors," and focuses on the surviving families and affected co-workers of Missouri law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. A Mile A Day For Jay 5K is an event that was created to honor a truly amazing, exceptional and one of a kind person--Jason Clemente. He was diagnosed in 2016 with pancreatic neuroendocrine cancer and in 2019 was also diagnosed with chronic myelogenous leukemia. For 7 1/2 years, Jay battled cancer like a warrior and responded with an awe-inspiring determination to fight cancer and live his life to the fullest. No one loved life more than Jay. He didn't just live it, he left his mark on it. He filled it with joy, laughter and incredible moments. Jay left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him, and now, by coming together in his honor, we carry forward that legacy. The 40th Annual Arny Johnson run/walk will be held on Saturday, April  25, 2026, 8 am at Zenith Park Way Trail Head (5451 Zenith Pkwy Loves, Park, IL 61111)   The race is the same location as last year, starting and finishing near the Zenith Park Way Trail Head. Both races will go out along Willow Creek Path and into Rock Cut State Park. Corse map down below! There is a 5k and a 10-mile run/walk. The races will be a gun start all at the same time.  This is a Kid Friendly Race. All 18 and under are $15 (price adjustment at check out.) There will be three water stops for the 10-mile course. When leaving and re-entering the Willow Creek Path near the dam, you will pass it twice. And near the north entrance to the park where the paved path crosses the road. ZOE Japan Rescue Walk to End Child Trafficking The ZOE Rescue Walk is more than just a walk—it’s a powerful movement of individuals like you, uniting to take a stand for freedom and make a real impact in the fight against child trafficking. Every dollar you raise helps rescue vulnerable children in Japan. The 3K Walk will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Kapolei Regional Park at 7:30 a.m. Anyone who would like to get some additional exercise can run the course, starting 3 minutes before the walkers. Our Rock the Run 5K started in 2015 to celebrate our 60th Diamond Anniversary of The Hope Center at Hagerstown Rescue Mission and to bring the community together to help raise support and awareness for the homeless and hungry in our community. Rock the Run 5K allows us to bring businesses, runners, walkers, competitors, and volunteers together to have fun, share some laughs, run or walk a few miles, and raise money for those in need. This year's fundraiser will help us convert our front porch into a 4-season emergency weather shelter. We encourage our participants to have fun with costumes and accessories and show us your pirate or princess side! We'll be making this event a little more exciting with some pirate & princess-themed touches to everything. Staged out of beautiful General Smallwood State Park, this triathlon has beautiful, rolling courses and low traffic roads. The swim takes place in the Mattawoman Bay, known across the Nation as a prime example of what a fully restored Chesapeake Bay tributary looks like! After a quick run to the transition area, athletes will race along the rolling, freshly paved, low traffic roads of Charles County.
