This race is a 5K/10K run/walk hosted by students of the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Georgia Southern University (Armstrong Campus). The race route spans the Armstrong Campus and will be lined with volunteers to cheer you on. Woods Creek Feet Meet

The Feet Meet was started over years ago intending to be a family event to help encourage and promote physical fitness in our community.  We host a 1 mile and a 5K fun run/walk.  Both are aimed at getting our families out, exercising, and having fun!  The more our children are introduced to different kinds of physical fitness, the more likely they are to be comfortable with it.  Kids are even more likely to take note of physical fitness when they see their parents join in the fun! Traditionally, the Feet Meet has been a great success in promoting family fitness and healthy lifestyles.  Our participation has ranged from 400 to over 1,000 runners. Healthy Kids Running Series Spring 2026 - Glenview/Northbrook, IL

Who We Are: Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Kids will earn points for each race they complete based on their finish. What is a Tunnel to Towers Climb?The Tunnel to Towers Climb Series was created to honor the heroic life and death of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on September 11, 2001 after strapping on his gear and running through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers. Honor all of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 and support our first responders and military who make extraordinary sacrifices in the line of duty! We are excited to present the 18th running of the Philosopher’s Way Trail Runs at Carolina North Forest in Chapel Hill, NC on Sunday, April 26th, 2026! If you prefer to run or walk the course on your own, the courses will be open Monday, April 28th through Sunday, May 3rd. Please join us for our 4th Annual “I Don’t Give A 5K” walk/run fundraiser on Sunday, April 26.  We always have a great time, and it’s a family-friendly event with competitive participants and exciting results. Stasny Road Racing is resurrecting an event from Ashtabula County past! We are happy to announce the Stasny Road Racing 5K Prediction Race! How does a 5K Prediction race work? Simple! During the registration process, you will enter an estimated finish time. This will be your official guess! Your goal is to run a 5K and finish with a time (+/-) of your official estimated finishing time without any timing aids. Awards to the top 5 runners closest to their official estimated finishing time. Official Event Rules  You must enter your official prediction during registration in the "Estimated Finishing Time" section.
