Issaqueena’s Last Ride is a challenging, mountain ride through the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and Foothills of South Carolina. The 100 mile ride is highlighted by the climb to Wigington Overlook where it is rewarded with expansive views of Lake Jocassee and the surrounding Carolina Piedmont. The 30 mile and the Metric Century 62.1 mile rides stay in the flatter areas of Salem and Tamassee where the roads are gently rolling with no difficult climbs. All routes feature scenic rural roads with little traffic.  This is a CHALLENGE.  Please follow rules of the road. Registration fee includes pre-ride coffee and baked goods, post-ride meal, cue sheets, SAG, and fully stocked rest stops.  The event T-Shirt is guaranteed until March 31, 2026 11:00 a.m. registration date and time. Middle Creek Valley Council of Churches is hosting along side McClure Annual Bacon fest. We are a nonprofit organization based in western Snyder County. We regularly plan and hold community serves events and conduct or assist with fundraisers when there is a need within the community. We currently provide service such as travel expenses for local citizens to receive medical treatments, rent or other household expenses for those who have found themselves in difficult situations, among many other services. We are hosting this 5k so we can continue to supply these services to our local community.

Cargo Ranch will be hosting the 11th Annual Cargo Classic on April 18th at 8:00 am. The run will happen at the Cargo Ranch, 4 miles NW of Shawnee, located at 8895 Coker Rd Shawnee, OK.  The 5k will be run on a USATF certified course there will also be a 1 Mile Run or Walk.  After the run, all the runners are served a hot breakfast as the awards are given out.  If you sign up by April 3rd you can take advantage of the early bird pricing of $30 for the 1 Mile Donut Dash and $35 for the 5k, and get a guaranteed shirt in your size.   About Cargo Ranch: Cargo Ranch is a mentorship program for youth in our community that have struggles or obstacles in their lives that make day to day living more difficult. Join us for PRC Pinwheel 5K Trail Run and Fun Walk!  It's the race against child abuse! This cross-country style 5K will take place at the beautiful Donovan Park in Peoria, Illinois.  We will offer a timed 5K race for runners, a fun 5K walk, and kids' run for the little ones!  100% of proceeds remain right here in Central Illinois and help provide child-friendly medical and social services for children when there is a concern for possible abuse or neglect.

The Ann Rehan Goebel Foundation was established to honor the life of Ann Rehan Goebel, MD, a Sioux City pediatrician who passed away from a brave battle with cancer on February 20, 2023. Ann loved being a doctor and helping people – and she did it with her own brand of care and personality. She wove a deeply human element into her medical practice, creating unforgettable connections with her patients and colleagues. When Ann passed away from cancer in 2023, her family and friends felt like her life’s work wasn’t done yet. That’s how the Ann Rehan Goebel Foundation was formed. Our annual Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) scholarship is inspired by Ann’s passion for the field and sharing her gifts with others. By helping students realize these similar aspirations, we will keep Ann’s spirit alive. This 5K helps support the ARG Foundation mission locally.

The race will be run partly on a city street and mostly on an asphalt trail. It will start and finish on N 5th Street just north of the YMCA, at the intersection with N 6th Avenue. We will be using the north parking lot of the YMCA. There is also plenty of parking across Kennedy Drive at Meadowview Center. Restrooms will be available at the YMCA. Participants need to wear their bib numbers on the front and have them visible when entering the start area and when coming to the finish line. If you sign up for the walk, you must walk the entire distance. No running, no sprinting to the finish line. Bottled water and pre-wrapped snacks such as granola bars and bananas will be available at the finish. All participants will receive a finisher’s award. We are celebrating our 20th year of the Charity Chase Half Marathon!!!! The Charity Chase Half Marathon is a rewarding run for those up for the challenge.  Hickory is in the foothills of North Carolina and the race course winds around the city with elevation changes that will require some effort.  You will have run up and down the equivalent of a sixty-story building before you finish but don't be scared off!  We have participants that run/walk and runners as young as seven and as old as seventy.   The Charity Chase 5k will take participants through the downtown area of Hickory.  Charity Chase Half Marathon will start at 7:30 AM.  Charity Chase 5K will start at 7:00 AM.   Our Charity volunteer groups help make Charity Chase Half Marathon run smoothly.  There will be over 300 volunteers at the start/finish and along the race course to cheer you on, provide water, Gatorade & GU.  They may even entertain you along the way!  Hickory's Police Department will be at every controll

This is the 15th Isaiah 40:31 Run hosted by the Upper School Student Council to raise funds for our gift to the school. In past years, we have been able to purchase a permanently mounted sound system for our gym, over 300 chairs and the racks for storing them, a portable stage, and a portable sound system for our Praise and Worship Team. This year, we would like to put our profits towards the purchase of a digital sign that would be located on our property next to Highway 421. All runners who enter either the certified 5K race or the 1-Mile Color Run will receive a t-shirt. Join us for our UCMS Honor Society Ribbon Run. This is a timed 5K that you may choose to run, jog, or walk. Racers will be released all at once and awards will be given out based on age group standings. We are encouraging runners to wear the color that represents the cancer that has affected or affects themselves, their family, or their friends. Proceeds from the race will go towards the Union County Cancer Association and the UCMS Honor Society.

The HYROX Sprint is a fast paced simulation of a Hyrox race, with only 1/4 the distance and reps. It's designed offer HYROX athletes an opportunity to test speed and strength using the HYROX race set up. Join us for the first annual Lawrence Public Schools 2 Mile Walk/Run on April 18, 2026! For this first year, race participation is limited to USD497 employees only. We hope to expand the offerings in future years!   The race will kick off at 9:00am, location to be announced in the coming weeks. Join us to honor longtime Coach Merrill Morgan Join the Seashore Striders for the 4th 5k Run & a 1 mile walk as we honor longtime Colonel Richardson High School Coach Merrill Morgan.  The former boys’ head basketball coach, Morgan, had 505 career victories, earned 485 of those over his 38 seasons at Colonel. He led Colonel to the state finals in 1976, and reached the state semifinals in 1973, 1976, 1990 and 1995.  In the fall of 1967 to joined Caroline County's Colonel Richardson High School where he served as a guidance counselor from 1967-2004; varsity boy's basketball coach from 1967-2005; and assistant girl's track coach in the 1970s. He excelled in all positions, as he encouraged and assisted both athletes and non-athletes, boys and girls, to be the best they could be. Our 5th Annual BPA 5K is a fun and community driven race that helps support our Business Professionals of America high school and middle school students who have qualified for the National Leadership Conference. Our course takes you on a small trip through the west end of town and around the school campus and is not one that is used for any other 5K.  Race day packet pickup and registration starts at 9 a.m. in front of the Jeff-Craig Elementary School.

We are excited to announce The Getting Miles Athletic Club's first annual Fort Wayne Park Race Series! Participants age 12 and under are eligible to compete in this race series.  The Shoaff Park Long Mile, the first race of the series, is a1,5 mile loop on the paved recreation trail in Shoaff Park. Make sure you arrive early to find a good parking spot, warm up, use the restrooms and pick up your race bib. Series participants need to return their race bibs to the packet pickup station in order to receive points for the race. You will use the same race bib for all the events. Runners will receive a race decal to put on their bib at the finish line.  Be sure to return your race bib to packet pickup after you finish the race.
