Join us on November 7, 2026, as we honor the life and sacrifice of SSgt Cierra Monet Rogers, an Airman who courageously gave her life while saving a family from a burning building in Korea. This 5K is a celebration of her courage, service, and selflessness, while also giving each participant the opportunity to recognize an “Unsung Hero” of their own. Participants are welcome to run, ruck, or walk the 5K at their own pace. During registration, participants may also choose to submit the name and story of an Unsung Hero they would like Rogers ALS to recognize as part of the event. Come run. Walk. Remember. Honor. The Saint Louis Half Marathon and 5K returns for its 47th year on Sunday, November 8, 2026. ​First run in 1980, this event holds the title of the longest-running half marathon in the St. Louis region, offering runners a classic road race experience through the historic and scenic setting of Forest Park.  THE COURSE Both the Half Marathon and the 5K start and finish at the Muny Festival Grounds.
