Selfhelp 5K Run/Walk

Selfhelp is proud to be participating in our 11th annual 5K! The run/walk is virtual, taking place anywhere, anytime between Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 15. There is also an option to race together on Sunday, November 8 in Central Park! Racers will receive a Selfhelp hat. We are raising money for Selfhelp's Holocaust Survivor Program, the oldest and largest program serving survivors in North America. Through a spectrum of housing, home health care and social services, Selfhelp provides survivors with the compassionate care they need to live with the comfort and dignity they so richly deserve.
