We are asking that everyone register as soon as possible so that we can have our ducks in a row come race day! The T-Town Turkey Trot is held annually in Toronto, OH, along the scenic banks of the Ohio River and benefits the Helping Hands of Toronto, OH food pantry. Come join us for the 2026 Charlottesville Turkey Trot 5k on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, Nov. 26th at 9:00 am. The race starts and finishes next to Albemarle High School and features a neighborhood course with flat stretches and gentle rolling hills, totaling 133 feet of elevation gain. Ample parking will be available at Albemarle High School, Journey Middle School, and Greer Elementary. The race proudly supports two local beneficiaries: the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank and Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry, both of which provide critical food resources to individuals and families in need. The Blue Ridge Area Food Bank serves Central Virginia and is an affiliate of the national organization Feeding America. Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry, located directly on the race route, is the largest distributor of food from the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank in the Charlottesville area and provides free groceries to families and individuals up to two times per month, with nearly one-third of households

Join us at Smith Mountain Lake State Park for the region's only Turkey Trot - 1 mile and family friendly 5k on November 26th (Thanksgiving) at 9 am! Hosted by LAT Wellness Studio, this race is located on a scenic, asphalt route and welcomes walkers and runners to participate. A portion of proceeds is donated to the state park. Register by October 31st to guarantee a shirt. There will be prizes for top qualifiers for runners plus the best dressed turkey family! Awards for runners start at 10:00 am. Cost: Online pre-registration is $20 until November 5. Online registration is $30 between November 6th and November 22nd. Race-day registration is $45 and takes place from 7:15 to 8:15 at the Booker Building. T-Shirts: Individuals who want to be guaranteed a t-shirt need to register by November 12th to allow for AOT staff to place the t-shirt order. Since 1979, the Parkersburg Turkey Trot has brought families, friends, and runners together for a scenic run or walk through City Park. What began under Dr. Gary Ogilvie’s direction and carried on by Joe Corra continues today as a festive blend of friendly competition and family fun. The first male and female finishers each take home a LARGE fresh turkey and a unique Turkey Trot hoodie, and all registered participants are entered into drawings for 50+ door prizes with winners posted after the race. The Rhode Island Family Turkey Trot 5K   EVENT INFORMATION Event date is Thursday, November 26, 2026 at beautiful Centreville Bank Stadium in Pawtucket, RI! Participants in the 2026 race will enjoy an epic on-field finish inside the Stadium. After the race, we hope you’ll join us at the AAA Insurance Market Plaza inside Centreville Bank Stadium for a post-race drink at the bar (credit card only, no cash) overlooking the Stadium and finish line!   This year’s race will be capped at 3,000 participants.   Youth run for kids aged 12 and under starts at 9:00 a.m. The kids race will be completely inside the stadium, starting and finishing at the 5K finish line. The kids will complete one loop inside the stadium. As always, parents are welcome to run with their children. Walkers always welcome!  T-shirts for all 5k and Kids Race participants who pre-register before race day.  T-shirts are not guaranteed for registrants on race day. Please join us for the 3rd Annual Fort Gibson Turkey Trot. This will be a family friendly event raising money to help with the Jean-Pierre Chouteau Trail System. Whether you’re racing for a personal best or just strolling for fun, this tradition is all about community, gratitude, and a little pre-pie calorie burn. 🦃👟 The Richard Kane YMCA - TURKEY TROT is a community timed 5K fun run/walk and a 1-mile fun run. The purpose of the event is to promote health and wellness through physical activity in a family-friendly environment. 🏁 Participants will complete a 5K (3.1 mile) course or a 1-mile course on the Bartlesville Pathfinder, and the event is open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. ABOUT THIS EVENTThe 10th Annual Bobcats Turkey Trot 5K is an event organized by the Beaver Bobcats Girls Basketball program. There are two options for this 5K. (1) A chip timed Run/Walk, (2) untimed Fun Run/Walk. Timing provided by Wolf Creek Race Management. COURSEThe 5K course is a beautiful run through the streets of Beaver along the Ohio River. Please note, streets will remain open to traffic.  The route will have signs and volunteers directing the way. A water station will be located at the halfway point of the 5K course.
