About Trail Fest:FEAR Trail Fest is a 5 mile lollipop loop trail race in Lewis Morris Park in Morristown, NJ. The course is run mostly on the Yellow Trail in Lewis Morris Park. It’s a runnable course with a mix of rocks, roots, and some good climbs totaling around 600 feet of elevation gain. The course starts with a wide section on the Patriots Path before moving to single track for the full Yellow Trail loop before traversing the short section of the Patriots Path again back to the finish. The course is meant to attract runners looking to tackle their first trail race, or an experienced veteran on the trails looking to have a fun and fast race! Hikers are welcome too, with a generous 2:30 hour time limit. Additionally, we will host course previews (see dates below) on the actual course so no one needs to go into the race blindly. The Novemberfest Race is a festive 4-mile race through beautiful Mine Falls Park followed by a post-race party and raffle held at Martha's Exchange Restaurant & Brewery.  Race day registration and number pick-up is held at Martha’s Exchange at 185 Main St. in Nashua from 9:30am until 11:00am on Sunday 11/23/2025. The race starts promptly at 11:33 am. Be part of the tradition. The annual Lincolnwood Turkey Trot is a chip-timed, USATF certified 5K and 10K race. This flat and fast course weaves through scenic Lincolnwood and features races for all ages and abilities, including a 5K Fitness Walk and Kid's Drumstick Dash (ages six and younger). Everyone that crosses the Finish Line will receive a finisher medal!

The race will begin and end on PR property, entering into the adjacent Squaw Creek neighborhood for a time.  The course will not be certified for this inaugural race, but chip timing with bibs will be used for accurate results. “Pass the Poult” Challenge: Our added element of fun! Join us for a memorial Fun Run/Walk to celebrate Mikey Goodwin. Mikey was a vibrant 19-year-old student athlete when diagnosed with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) a deadly form of brain cancer. Mikey lost his battle with DIPG and we are holding this fun event in his honor on November 26, 2025. The run will honor Mikey and others lost to this deadly disease and raise funds to help others battle this cancer. The course is on the beach. Join us for our 34th Year! The YMCA Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day tradition that attracts runners of all ages and abilities to Fredericksburg, VA each year. Run or walk the 5K course through scenic downtown Fredericksburg! Kids can get in on the fun by joining a parent in the 5K or running the 1-mile race. All finishers will receive a medal! The Glowing Gobbler 5K is an evening race that gives runners a unique opportunity to run through Newport News Park's Celebration In Lights. Get in the holiday spirit and have a little run while you are at it! Entry fees are non-refundable; race numbers and entries cannot be transferred to other persons. No exceptions. Lights in the Parkway 5K  The Lights in the Parkway 5K is a fun-filled event and great way to kick-off the holiday season with the family.  This festive 5K takes place on the Wednesday evening prior to Thanksgiving at the Lehigh Parkway in Allentown.  Runners (and walkers) get the opportunity to preview the lights display up close and personal by foot.  After the race, enjoy hot chocolate and cookies as we cheer on the runners finishing up. Registration for the Lights in the Parkway 5K includes a great view of the Lights in the Parkway holiday light display, a long-sleeved event t-shirt and hot chocolate and cookies after the race.  Shirts are guaranteed if registered by November 6th.  We will also be printing your name on your race bib if you register by October 29th – so don’t wait! Welcome back to the D&I Fitness Annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning. We are so excited to be back on for 2025! Run the 5k or walk the 2 mile loop, either way, join us in this fun family event! We will be starting/finishing in front of D&I Fitness which is located at 9 W. South Orange Ave in South Orange, NJ. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to the MEND, a non profit organization that strengthens and supports its food pantry network by providing supplemental fresh and healthy food, funds, volunteers, and a monthly forum for collaboration. Please consider dropping off peanut butter, tuna (in water), shelf stable milk, cereal, rice or dry beans at our gym during the month of November or bring on race day.

The Lake of the Ozarks Turkey Trot 5K is a family tradition held on Thanksgiving morning at Camdenton High School. 2026 will be the 17th year for this event. It's attended by many families who want to kick their holiday off with some exercise, friendly competition and camaraderie. This year we have a one mile fun run for kids and adults who don't want to do the full 5k course. The fun run begins at 7:45, the 5k at 8:30. Walk-up registration will open at 7:00am. The Williamstown Turkey Trot 5K takes place at the Autumn Lake Winery. Start your Thanksgiving by burning off some calories to make up for what you will be eating later in the day!  We are very excited to host the Williamstown Turkey Trot 5K at the Autumn Lake Winery.  Awards will be given to the top 3 overall female and male finishers.  Kids 14 and under are free with entry of an adult.  Bring the family and have a fun morning together.  This is a trail run consisting of hard pack dirt trails, grassy areas, and sand.  This is a rain or shine event.  If there is rain prior to or on race day the course may include muddy areas so plan accordingly.   The race will be produced and timed by JLD Event Management and Timing (JLDEvents.com) and results will be available online. Each year, the Newport County YMCA hosts the annual Pie Run on Thanksgiving Day. This USATF sanctioned race, originally founded in 1985 by the Newport Running Club, collects food donations for the MLK Community Center as well as raises necessary funds for the Y's Community Support Campaign.
