The THIRD ANNUAL St. Joseph 5k “Turkey Trot” Run/Walk will be held on November 26, 2026!  Starting and finishing at the Margaret B. Upton Arboretum, this will be a wonderful way for families to gather, friends to reunite, and the community to strengthen – not to mention a guilt-free way to begin a day famous for indulging!  Participants will run or walk past Silver Beach Pizza, Shadowland, the Carousel, and our Iconic beaches on the way to an energetic finish with music, refreshments, and awards. Our goal is simply to create an event that will become a tradition as so many other Thanksgiving Day races have become throughout Michigan.

Kick off your Thanksgiving morning with movement, laughter, and community at the very first Fenton Turkey Trot! This 5K Run & Walk will take place along the scenic Silver Lake Laff Pathway, making it the perfect backdrop for a festive and feel-good start to the holiday. This event is all about family, fun, and fresh air—whether you’re racing for a PR, walking with a stroller, or just out to burn the bird before the feast. The fifteenth Annual Thanksgiving Day 5K is coming back to Hyde Park this fall! Event Details: Come and join us for Oberlin's own version of the traditional Thanksgiving Turkey Trot. This event will feature a 5K Run/Walk or 1 Mile Fun Walk. This is a 5k race in memory of Drew Ceppetelli who passed away on Thanksgiving morning. This is an event that honors her life and raises funds for a scholarship in her name. This is a way for friends, family, and community members to come together and remember her while raising money for a fund used for people to better themselves, a cause that was important to her. The race is an untimed event, which means that participants can run or walk the course at their own pace. The course is designed to be beginner-friendly, with mostly flat terrain, and is suitable for all fitness levels. Participants can register for the race in advance below or on the day of the event between 8 and 9 AM. Donations for the scholarship fund can be made during registration or on the day of the event. The chip-timed 4-Mile Wobble Gobble Run on Thanksgiving is a festive family event that welcomes runners and walkers of all ages to "wobble" their way through a mostly paved/sidewalk course in downtown Keene. Held annually on Thanksgiving morning, this run/walk has become a beloved community tradition for many, allowing people to kick off the holiday with a healthy dose of fun and exercise before they "gobble" their Thanksgiving feast.   Walkers begin at 8:30 am.  Runners begin at 9:00 am. The event is NJ’s original Turkey Trot and consists of a 5K Run & 2M walk that takes participants through the historic streets of Flemington, NJ. Each year, the CEA/JFI Trot has attracted upwards of 6,000 runners & walkers who help raise funds for CEA’s employment programs that benefit hundreds of individuals with disabilities. The Rhode Island Family Turkey Trot 5K   EVENT INFORMATION Event date is Thursday, November 26, 2026 at beautiful Centreville Bank Stadium in Pawtucket, RI! Participants in the 2026 race will enjoy an epic on-field finish inside the Stadium. After the race, we hope you’ll join us at the AAA Insurance Market Plaza inside Centreville Bank Stadium for a post-race drink at the bar (credit card only, no cash) overlooking the Stadium and finish line!   This year’s race will be capped at 3,000 participants.   Youth run for kids aged 12 and under starts at 9:00 a.m. The kids race will be completely inside the stadium, starting and finishing at the 5K finish line. After the race, we hope you’ll join us at the AAA Insurance Market Plaza inside Centreville Bank Stadium for a post-race drink at the bar (credit card only, no cash) overlooking the Stadium and finish line!   This year’s race will be capped at 3,000 participants.   Youth run for kids aged 12 and under starts at 9:00 a.m. The kids race will be completely inside the stadium, starting and finishing at the 5K finish line. The kids will complete one loop inside the stadium. As always, parents are welcome to run with their children. Walkers always welcome!  T-shirts for all 5k and Kids Race participants who pre-register before race day.  T-shirts are not guaranteed for registrants on race day. 20TH ANNUAL GUTHRIE SAYRE TURKEY TROT LIVE RACE WITH VIRTUAL OPTION FOR 2026!  Be a part of this beloved holiday tradition and the largest 5K in Bradford County, with over 1,200 runners participating annually! This flat, fast course starts and finishes at the historic Sayre Theatre, and the course runs on local streets through the Athens and Sayre Boroughs.

Please join us for the 27th A8K Classic and the Tom Fleming 2K Run benefiting the Glen Ridge Educational Foundation.  Start time 8K 9:00AM, 2K 8:15AM. The 8K Run honors local hero and Olympic Champion, Horace Ashenfelter, who won the steeplechase event at the 1952 Olympic Games in Helsinki, Finland. The 2K Run honors local hero Tom Fleming who won the 1973 and 1975 New York City Marathons. COURSE: The 8K Course is a USATF Certified “relatively flat” road course with two water stops through historic Glen Ridge. The one mile course is USATF certified; an out and run back on Ridgewood Avenue. USATF NJ Members receive a $3 discount Up until 5 days prior to the event (discount taken off during the registration process.)  To this All 8K Awards will be grab and go. Come join us on Thanksgiving morning for a 2-mile fun run! The event will be held at Mehaffey Park. We will have a fun course, music, and more! Come dressed in your best Turkey Day outfit. Every participant will receive a memorable campfire mug and bib. Shirts can be added on during registration. This event will benefit KidsPak. We will be accepting food donations to help fill their shelves and a portion of the proceeds will go to them too. Groups of 3 or more get a discount at registration! Start is at 8am! Louisville, Colorado Turkey Trot 2026 The 13th Annual AdventHealth Avista Louisville Turkey Trot began as a way to collect food and donations for our local food bank, Community Food Share, while bringing our community together on Thanksgiving morning.
