FEAR Trail Fest 2026

About Trail Fest:FEAR Trail Fest is a 5 mile lollipop loop trail race in Lewis Morris Park in Morristown, NJ. The course is run mostly on the Yellow Trail in Lewis Morris Park. It’s a runnable course with a mix of rocks, roots, and some good climbs totaling around 600 feet of elevation gain. The course starts with a wide section on the Patriots Path before moving to single track for the full Yellow Trail loop before traversing the short section of the Patriots Path again back to the finish. The course is meant to attract runners looking to tackle their first trail race, or an experienced veteran on the trails looking to have a fun and fast race! Hikers are welcome too, with a generous 2:30 hour time limit. Additionally, we will host course previews (see dates below) on the actual course so no one needs to go into the race blindly.
