United We Run 5k

Jensen Beach, FL
Welcome to our UWR5K Family! United We Run 5K is more than a race — it’s a community movement with a purpose. We exist to help children and families experience belonging, confidence, and connection through team sports. Our inaugural race proved what’s possible. With the incredible support of runners, volunteers, and sponsors, we not only broke even — we turned that momentum into real impact. Thanks to last year’s sponsorships and donations, we were able to award multiple full sports scholarships to families in need, along with additional partial scholarships, helping children step onto the field who otherwise may not have had the chance. Now, in our second year, we’re building on that success. Our goal is to grow — reaching more families, expanding access to youth sports, and strengthening the sense of community that makes United We Run so special. Every dollar raised helps remove barriers and opens doors for kids to play, learn, and thrive as part of a team. We are actively seeking sp

Folds of Honor Bethel Veteran's Day 5K

Bethel, CT
It began with Lt Col Dan Rooney’s flight home from his second tour of duty in Iraq. An F-16 fighter pilot in the Oklahoma Air National Guard, he became painfully aware of the realities families face when a loved one in uniform is fallen or disabled. As his flight landed, the pilot announced they carried the remains of Corporal Brock Bucklin on board. Lt Col Rooney watched as Corporal Bucklin’s twin brother walked somberly alongside the flag-covered casket to meet his family on the tarmac. Among them was the deceased Corporal’s young son, Jacob. Since that night, Lt Col Rooney has committed his life to rallying patriotic Americans and meeting sacrifice with hope through the Folds of Honor. Since 2007, Folds of Honor has provided life-changing scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen or disabled military and first responders. On our watch, those who protect our freedoms and our families will know they are not forgotten.

Canton Run Ruck 5K

Canton, OH
CANTON RUCK RUN 5K Saturday, November 7, 2026 | Plain Township Memorial Park Year Two. Bigger Mission. Deeper Impact. The Canton RUCK RUN 5K is more than a race — it’s a community-driven movement built to honor service, support local veterans, and bring people together with purpose. Whether you ruck, run, or walk, every step you take helps strengthen the lives of those who served our country and the organizations that support them right here in our community. In our inaugural year, this event sold out in just 100 days, raised $4,000 for local veterans’ service organizations, and rallied volunteers to adopt 30 local veterans’ families during the holidays — filling Christmas tree tags and collecting food and toys for the SAM Center.Year Two is about building on that momentum. Our goal for 2026 is to double participation, expand sponsorship support, and honor even more veterans along the course — and we invite you to be part of building what comes next.  WHO THIS RACE IS FORVeterans &
