Miles in the Maize is a unique running experience for people of all ages and abilities! With a 5k and Maize Mile, this event takes competitors through a unique off-road course weaving around a corn maze, pumpkin patch, and other beautiful fall Iowa scenery!  The Maize Mile will kick off the festivities at 9:30am, and the 5K will follow at 10:00am! LOWVELO is an annual fundraising event that rallies the community for one great cause – funding lifesaving cancer research at MUSC Hollings Cancer Center, the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in South Carolina. Our goal is to eradicate cancer by supporting research at Hollings that investigates new treatments and promising approaches to finding cures. 100% of every participant-raised dollar from this grassroots event goes directly to cancer research.  Participation is open to all ages for the 7- and 14-mile rides, age 13 and up for the Spin® classes, age 14 and up for the 23- and 50-mile rides and age 16 and up for the 80-mile ride. The Equalizer Groad Gravel Race rolls out in 2026, Saturday morning, November 7th, from Marthasville Mo!   The Equalizer is many things! Its the regular and awesome 50k or 100k Equalizer, its also the Finalie Event to the SHO ME MO' GRVL SERIES, and its The Missouri State Championship race for gravel.  This is a must do race for 2026!  Free onsite camping in Wessel Park and the KT Caboose Friday and Saturday night.⛺ Showers and bathrooms available across the street at the Ballfields and at the KT Caboose.🚿 😍 The 50K sees some new gravel and roads this year and will join the 100k through the full classic Equalizer loop through Warrenton and all of the most awesome and refreshing creek crossings from last year. The Mountain Lakes Ranch Social Committee is excited to kick off the fifth 5K/10K Mountain Lakes Mania. This is one of the most challenging 10K courses in Texas! The 3rd Annual "Feed A Veteran 5K" is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026. Watch this page for registration updates. D.C. has over 500 homeless veterans living on the streets or temporary housing facilities. During the winter months, these veterans face extreme cold out in the elements and have no where to turn for support and a hot meal. The Feed a Veteran 5K on Saturday, November 7, 2026 is a fun 3.1 mile road race on an enclosure golf car path of Old Hickory Golf Course in Woodbridge, VA. The race is organized with community partners to raise money and provide hot food and winter survival kits for the homeless veterans in DC and provide suicide prevention programs for veterans. What makes this race incredibly unique is that after the race, all participants and volunteers will have the opportunity to assemble sandwiches and soup that will be delivered to these homeless veterans the afternoon after the race! The Beaufort Lions Club is pleased to announce our 8th Annual Beaufort Bridge Run 5K Race and 1+ Mile Dog Strut on November 7, 2026, with the course going on and over the two bridges in Beaufort. These events are the only ones to feature both Beaufort bridges – the high-rise Gallants Channel (Grayden Paul) Bridge and the Turner Street Bridge. With this run/walk event, the Beaufort Lions Club will be starting our 2nd decade of fundraising road races. This trail is a beautiful, paved greenway trail along the Cape Fear River. The start and finish line will be at the Cape Fear Botanical Garden. The TXTRI at Canyon Park 2025 is serving as a replacement for Texas State Sprint Triathlon, that was suddenly canceled by the University. We are heart broken by these actions but also see a blessing in disguise by being able to move the event to Canyon Park and working with WORD of Comal County. TXTRI has a history at Canyon Park with an Olympic Distance Triathlon (circa 2005-2014). We are excited to bring triathlon and other activities to this beautiful venue. With the sudden cancelation and only two months to plan, for Nov 9th, 2025, we are focusing on bringing you a closed looped sprint course all inside the park, without traffic, simpler and safer course.
